Powers/Abilities: Squirrel Girl has the proportionate abilities of a squirrel, including a bushy squirrel tail that she learned to hide by keeping it tucked into her pants when needed. Squirrel Girl's tail is prehensile and can be used as an extra limb in combat, most often used to hit her opponents.

Squirrel Girl has super strength, durability, speed, agility, metabolism, and reflexes.

Squirrel Girl has amazing climbing skills, with small claws on each finger that allow her to grip easily.

With enhanced teeth, Squirrel Girl can bite through most anything, including metal. Squirrel Girl has a retractable knuckle spike that can extend from her wrists.

She can leap several stories into the air, and she can talk to and communicate with squirrels (something she has taught others to do).

Squirrel Girl has many squirrel friends who help her keep an eye out for crimes, who help her in combat, and who will sometimes cover her entire body in squirrels to help her fight. Squirrel Girl bonds with many squirrels, but she had/has especially close bonds with Monkey Joe and Tippy-Toe, who frequently accompanied/accompany her on adventures.

Squirrel Girl possesses night vision and enhanced peripheral vision.

Squirrel Girl also has an enhanced healing factor.

Squirrel Girl keeps nuts in the "nutsack" pouches on her utility belt. Squirrel Girl has dropped nuts on a villain in a fight, and she has used crushed up nut dust to identify laser security systems.

Squirrel Girl has access to technology, such as her flying copter, the Squirrel-A-Gig, a gift from Big Bertha (her "Secret Santa").

She has used her own personalized Iron Man armor in combat, even flying it to the moon, and she has had access to Avengers technology, such as the teleportation gates connected to Avengers Island.
Squirrel Girl briefly used a flying suit designed by Melissa Morbeck.

In addition to having the powers of squirrel, Squirrel Girl also has the powers of girl, and is a talented computer science student, and regularly uses her knowledge of computers to help her in her missions. She has reprogrammed alien technology at least twice, when she helped Brain Drain assert control over his personality, and when she helped reprogram the computers in the Savage Land.

Doreen keeps a full stack of Deadpool's Guide to Super Villains (and their accessories) handy to aid her with knowledge about the person she is fighting.

Squirrel Girl's best abilities are perhaps her keen problem-solving skills and her ability to befriend even her opponents. She is naturally curious and compassionate.

Squirrel Girl has an acorn necklace that defies time travel rules, given to her by a future version of herself, and her friend Nancy Whtiehead wears the other; if Doreen leaves a note inside of it, it appears in Nancy's necklace immediately, and vice versa.

Squirrel Girl once wielded Mjolnir, the hammer of Thor, briefly giving her Thor's powers, and she has used the weapons of other heroes, including Captain America's shield and Spider-Man's web-shooters.

History:
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#1 (fb) - BTS) - Maureen Green and her husband Dorian conceived a child.

Per speculation from Dorian, during her pregnancy, Maureen may have experienced one or more of the following things: a squirrel bite, cosmic rays in the forest, an experimental nut serum, and/or a radioactive tree. When Maureen had a baby girl, they decided to combine their names and name her Doreen, with her middle name being Allene.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#16 (fb) ) - When Doreen was born with a squirrel tail, Dorian and Maureen considered her perfect exactly as she was.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#1 (fb) - BTS) - Dorian and Maureen took the infant Doreen to Dr. Ditray, who established that she was medically and legally distinct from being a mutant.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#1 (fb) - BTS) - By nine months, Doreen was already climbing trees and talking to squirrels, which meant the family could not get a cat.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#16 (fb) - BTS) - Dor and Maureen taught Doreen how to hide her squirrel tail in the back of her pants so that she could blend in with other kids. Though Doreen learned how to jump high into the trees, they also told her to hide this ability from others.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#16 (fb) ) - At Doreen’s fifth birthday party, several kids attended, including Tyler, Ashley, Kimberly, and Cameron. During the evening playing games, Doreen heard the game ‘follow the leader’ as ‘follow the leaper’, and she jumped into a treetop, startling the other kids. Dor and Maureen tried convincing another parent, Eric, that nothing had happened, even though Doreen was in the tree again.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#1 (fb) - BTS) - Dor and Maureen once walked in on Doreen trying to wash her tail in the washing machine.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#16 (fb) ) - At age ten, Doreen was crying in her room about feeling lonely and isolated when a squirrel began chattering at her, and she realized she could understand him. Learning his name was Monkey Joe, Doreen used her tail to stop a dog from attacking the squirrel, and they became fast friends. Monkey Joe helped her realize her potential to be a super hero.

Later, in class with teacher Miss Julia and students including Jeremy, Doreen drew her first image of herself as Squirrel Girl.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#42 (fb) - BTS) - Dor and Maureen took Doreen with them to New York City on a business trip and she brought Monkey Joe with her.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#42) - Doreen and Monkey Joe saw a flash of light in the sewer and they ended up defusing a bomb just before Kang the Conqueror attacked. Kang fired at Doreen and she was genuinely frightened until Monkey Joe inspired her to fight back, and then she and Monkey Joe (with other squirrels) attacked, triggering Kang’s time-travelling tech and disassembled it, giving herself memories that her future selves could travel back in time to help young Doreen defeat Kang.

Alongside her elderly self ("Old Lady Squirrel Girl of Reality-19542) and her 20s self, Doreen defeated Kang, after which Immortus showed up to send Kang back to the time-stream. Before Immortus sent her adult selves away, the elderly Squirrel Girl hugged Doreen and whispered to her that when she was in her 20s, she should take her necklace and hide it from Kang.

(U.S.Avengers#3 (fb) - BTS) - When Doreen was 12, she held on to a fire hose when Monkey Joe suggested it, but he regretted his advice.

(Marvel Rising#1 (fb) - BTS) - Having always loved problem-solving, math, puzzles, and computers, Doreen, in middle school, began designing websites, and she created a forum for the Neopaws using the name Chitterbug.

(Marvel Comics#1001/21) - Having received news from her mother that Dr. Ditray had reported that she was not a mutant, Doreen confided in Monkey Joe about her fear that she’d never belong.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#12 (fb) - BTS) - On Doreen’s first date, she kissed a boy who had a nut allergy, and the boy had stomach problems afterwards. Maureen found humor in the story.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#16 (fb) - BTS) - At age 14, Doreen loved Tarzan stories. She designed her own Squirrel Girl costume on paper.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#16 (fb) ) - When Doreen was 15, she told Monkey Joe of her love for Nancy Drew, and she wanted to start sleuthing. Just then, Bruce Banner fell out of the sky, his vision temporarily impaired, and the Abomination attacked shortly after. Doreen put on the costume she’d designed for herself, sent squirrels to fight the villain, then directed the Hulk on where to hit the Abomination in order to defeat him.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#43 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, Doreen had an Arctic-themed uniform.

(Marvel Super-Heroes III#8) - In the woodlands near Stark Enterprises, Squirrel Girl encountered Dr. Doom while on the way to meet Iron Man. Squirrel Girl jumped on a low flying Iron Man while he was testing an experimental radar system. After they both crash-landed, Squirrel Girl introduced herself and her abilities to Iron Man in order to win him over as a super-heroic partner. Unfortunately, Iron Man was not impressed, but before he could leave Dr. Doom disabled his armor and knocked him unconscious with a pulse-interruption ray. A tractor beam then hoisted all three of them into Doom's flying craft.

Squirrel Girl and Iron Man were both imprisoned within the same deathtrap; Iron Man was secured by energy draining bonds, but Squirrel Girl was unfettered within their prison. Spotting a vent, Squirrel Girl was able to open it and call for her squirrel friends. The squirrels jumped aboard the ship from the treetops, chewed through wiring, disabled Iron Man's bonds, and attacked Dr. Doom. While he was being gnawed on, Iron Man and Squirrel Girl encountered Doom. Rather than meet defeat by squirrels, Doom opened an escape hatch, disappearing into a nearby river. Iron Man gave chase while Squirrel Girl waited shore-side but Doom escaped.

(GLX-Mas Special#1 (fb) ) - Squirrel Girl fought and defeated the Mandarin.

(GLX-Mas Special#1 (fb) ) - Squirrel Girl fought and defeated the Atlantean Giganto.

(GLA#2 (fb) - BTS) - Squirrel Girl and Monkey Joe relocated to Manhattan, New York, operating out of Central Park.

(GLA#2) - Squirrel Girl and Monkey Joe took out a pair of muggers threatening Doorman and Flatman, after which the two GLA'ers invited her to join. When they ok'd Monkey Joe joining as well, she agreed, and she almost instantly joined them on a mission to investigate an alarm. The four GLA'ers attempted to assist Grasshopper against Batroc's Brigade (though he was doing quite well on his own). Squirrel Girl and Monkey Joe were present during the less-than-six-second interval between Grasshopper's joining the GLA and being killed by Zaran. Squirrel Girl and Monkey Joe wondered whether they'd made a mistake in joining, but Squirrel Girl decided that she was not a quitter.

(GLA#3) - Squirrel Girl and Monkey Joe arrived at GLA headquarters, and Doorman began trying to spook her by showing her all of the members who had died.

When the GLA went to investigate the scene of the first crime, Flatman recommended that Squirrel Girl remain behind on monitor duty. Not wanting to miss out on super hero stuff, she refused, recommending Monkey Joe stay behind instead. When Doorman questioned Monkey Joe's abilities (since he was a rodent, after all), Squirrel Girl argued that Monkey Joe had once defeated Dr. Doom. When she asked for a show of hands of who else present had taken out Dr. Doom, the other GLA'ers were forced to yield to her wishes.

While Flatman questioned the designers of the Chronal Accelerator at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Doorman kept trying to scare Squirrel Girl. Doorman apologized soon after, revealing that he was trying to scare away new members to prevent their deaths. She then offered him a nut from her nutsack.

However, at the same time, Leatherboy, a former member of the GLA who had been expelled for not having powers, invaded GLA HQ, broke Mr. Immortal's neck and then attacked and killed Monkey Joe.

(GLA#4) - Squirrel Girl was excited about opposing Maelstrom and his Cosmic Crunch, which could be their biggest adventure ever, but she was devastated upon returning to GLA HQ and learning of Monkey Joe's death: "He was a good squirrel. My best friend. I love you." Afterwards, she had no interest in going after Maelstom, but Mr. Immortal reminded her that if the whole universe was destroyed, all the squirrels would be, too. Determined to prevent this, she summoned an army of squirrels to help her, "Chhrt Cheet Cuk Cuk Cuk!"

Upon confronting Maelstrom and his lackeys, Batroc's Brigade, she sent the army of squirrels after Machete, reminding them that this one was for Monkey Joe. The vortex generated by Maelstrom pulled the squirrels into it, but Squirrel Girl managed to save one of them, whom she named Tippy-Toe (though she considered Monkey Joe 2).

(GLA#4) - Later, back at GLA HQ, after the GLA had received a cease and desist order from the Maria Stark Foundation, all of the remaining members (except, presumably, Tippy-Toe) revealed to each other that they were mutants. They then followed Mr. Immortal's suggestion to become the GLX: the Great Lakes X-Men!

(X-Men: The 198 Files - BTS) - General Demetrius Lazer of O*N*E made a threat assessment of the remaining mutants. In this report, he analyzed Squirrel Girl's threat as being low. Lazer also noted she appeared to be more concerned with the plight of the world's squirrels than involving herself in the human/mutant situation. (see comments)

(GLX-Mas Special#1) - Flatman knitted a scarf for Squirrel Girl. It was colored to match his own costumed form.

(GLX-Mas Special#1) - Squirrel Girl was narrating the prologue to the comic special, when Doorman interrupted her and asked her to pick up some eggnog and toilet paper for the party. En route to the store aboard her Squirrel-a-Gig with Tippy-Toe, she saw a laser-fight and touched down. With "Dum Dum" Dugan's blessing, she and Tippy-Toe took out MODOK, who was trying to steal equipment from Maelstrom's former base. Dodging MODOK's blasts, she and Tippy-Toe disabled his exoskeleton and he surrendered. Citing her impressive record, Dugan offered her a position with S.H.I.E.L.D., but she turned him down as she already had a team of her own.

Squirrel-Girl returned to the party with the eggnog, but forgot the toilet paper and headed out again and came across the spaceship of Thanos, who planned to charge his Pyramatrix with the life force of everyone on Earth and then conquer the universe.

(GLX-Mas Special#1 - BTS) - Squirrel Girl fought and defeated Thanos.

(GLX-Mas Special#1) - Uatu the Watcher appeared, congratulating on saving the entire multiverse, and he further confirmed that it was "the one, true Thanos" she had defeated, and "not a robot, clone, or simulacrum."

(GLX-Mas Special#1) - Later, at the GLX party, Squirrel Girl asked Doorman if he had any plans for Christmas Eve, and he replied that he had to see his dad.

Later still, Dugan called Squirrel Girl to help stop Terrax, who was on a rampage downtown. Feeling that Tippy-Toe had had a busy day, she asked her girl-squirrel to stay home and sit this one out.

On Christmas morning, Doorman gave Squirrel Girl a hat that matched his own costumed eyes. She and the other GLX'ers were pleased to see the Christmas star in the sky, though only Doorman was aware that what they were really seeing was the flaming corpse of Grasshopper (Neil Shelton)'s body as it re-entered the atmosphere.

(I ♥ Marvel: Masked Intentions#1) - Squirrel Girl fantasized about kissing Speedball, much to the amusement of Tippy-Toe. Leaving her room of Speedball memorabilia, she asked Flatman and Mr. Immortal to come with her to Madison where Speedball was making a public appearance and pose as bad guys so that she could save Speedball from them. When Mr. Immortal suggested that she simply introduce herself to him, she complained that they were making fun of her and stormed off.

At Madison, Squirrel Girl caught sight of Speedball's enemy the Bug-Eyed Voice sneaking up on the Masked Marvel, and she sprang to Speedball's aid, defeating the villain. However, no one witnessed her fight, and the police couldn't charge the Bug-Eyed Voice with anything more than a misdemeanor because he was only carrying paint-guns. They suggested that she return to the "big city"-- Milwaukee. Dejected, Squirrel Girl was astonished when Speedball appeared and thanked her for saving his life and then kissed her. As he bounced away, she wondered who told him what she had gone, and suspected Tippy-Toe.

(Thing II#8 (fb) ) - Visiting some squirrels in Manhattan's Central Park, Squirrel Girl and Tippy-Toe were drawn to the sounds of a battle between the Thing and the Bi-Beast. Reasoning that his dual noses made him more susceptible to foul odors, Squirrel Girl and Tippy-Toe gathered large quantities of garbage that so distracted the Bi-Beast that the Thing could easily punch him out. The Thing invited Squirrel Girl and her friends to his upcoming poker tournament.

(Thing II#8) - Squirrel Girl and the GLX attended the tournament, though Marvel Girl (Rachel Grey) took offense at the name Great Lakes X-Men and forced Mr. Immortal to pick another name. He chose GLD/Great Lakes Defenders, but Dr. Strange denied this as well. Later, after Flatman had won the tournament, Squirrel Girl and the rest of her teammates sang, "We are the Champions," leading Mr. Immortal to pick a new name: the GLC/Great Lakes Champions, despite Hercules' objections.

(Cable & Deadpool#30 (fb) - BTS) - The morning the Superhuman Registration Act was passed, Squirrel Girl and the rest of the GLC registered.

(Cable & Deadpool#30) - Unaware of the GLC's registering, Deadpool attacked them (minus Squirrel Girl) in their headquarters. He managed to kill Mr. Immortal (who got better later) and blew the place (and himself) up in the process. While recovering, Deadpool was attacked and viciously beaten by an enraged Squirrel Girl. The GLC then turned Deadpool over to the local authorities, who were unsure what to do with him, as it was the first time they'd actually caught someone. All the while, Squirrel Girl demanded Deadpool shut his evil, evil pie-hole.

(Mighty Avengers I#1 - BTS) - Tony Stark and Ms. Marvel discussed who should spearhead their first official Avengers team after the superhuman Civil War, Squirrel Girl was one of the superhumans they reviewed.

(Deadpool/GLI: Summer Fun Spectacular#1/2) - The newly-rechristianed Great Lakes Initiative journeyed to Wisconsin to find the source of an inebriation wave which had rendered nearly all of Earth's heroes drunk. Aided by Deadpool, they discovered a hidden A.I.M. base owned by Dr. Tannenbaum where the Olympian god Dionysus had been forced into their machines. The legions of A.I.M. were terrified at the very presence of Squirrel Girl, who they deemed to be the "Anti-Life" and "Slayer of All That Breathes." Afterwards Squirrel Girl gained access to Olympus to return Dionysus and helped Zeus out with a problem with Pluto. Back home the GLI invited Deadpool to join their team as their first reserve member.

(Deadpool/GLI: Summer Fun Spectacular#1) - Learning the horrible fate which Speedball had suffered since the destruction of Stamford, Squirrel Girl took off to try to help him. With Tippy-Toe, she broke into Thunderbolts Mountain and tried to console Robbie (now Penance), pointing out that the deaths weren't really his fault. However, Penance was so far gone that he refused to believe her.

Still determined to help him, Squirrel Girl went to Latveria and had Dr. Doom let her use his time travel machine so that she could try to save Robbie from his destiny. However, Squirrel Girl and Tippy-Toe wound up in the alternate future of Earth-2992 instead, where a divergent Speedball had been stranded with other time-traveling heroes. Squirrel Girl considered staying there with him so that they could renew their romance, but she discovered that Mr. Immortal was still alive in this future, and he told her to return to the past to help the GLI, who had been overwhelmed by Deadpool's obnoxious behavior since joining the team. Squirrel Girl returned just in time to kick Deadpool out, once again admonishing him for being a "evil, evil man."

(Avengers: The Initiative#19) - During the Skrulls' so called "Secret Invasion" the Great Lakes were one of many Initiative team's infiltrated by a super skrull. Squirrel Girl and her team were surprised to find out Grasshopper was the infiltrator, during their fight the team was joined by Gravity (Greg Willis) and Catwalk of the Skrull Kill Krew.  While her friends fought "Grasshopper," Squirrel Girl complimented Catwalk (who existed as a head in a jar) on her earrings, after which Catwalk asked if she was wearing fake fur. Squirrel Girl confirmed she did and her little friend Tippy-Toe wouldn't let her wear anything that isn't cruelty-free.

(Avengers: The Initiative#25 - BTS) - Squirrel Girls and the Great Lakes received message from Avengers Initiative director Norman Osborn they would receive a new leader: Wisconsin born Gravity.

(Avengers: The Initiative#25) - The cheerful Great Lakes awaited Gravity's arrival at the airport. Gravity, however, was less than pleased to join the team after being replaced by Prodigy as teamleader of Nevada's Heavy Hitters.

(Age of Heroes#3/4 (fb) - BTS) - Squirrel Girl fought and defeated Baron Mordo.

(Age of Heroes#3/4 (fb) - BTS) - Squirrel Girl fought and defeated Korvac.

(Age of Heroes#3/4 (fb) - BTS) - Squirrel Girl fought and defeated Ego the Living Planet.

(Age of Heroes#3/4 (fb) - BTS) - Squirrel Girl fought and defeated Fing Fang Foom, leaving him near a construction site.

(Age of Heroes#3/4) - Squirrel Girl returned from her fight against Fing Fang Foom to the Great Lakes headquarters where her friends were playing cards. When they asked her about the fight she mentioned she and Tippy-Toe could have needed their assistance. However, the Great Lakes were determined they would just get in her way and recalled several other threats Squirrel Girl had dealt with. Realizing the Great Lakes would never reach their full potential if she would be there to take on all of the threats, Squirrel Girl decided the time had come to leave the Great Lakes and continue on her own. Leaving through the bathroom window, Squirrel Girl made her way back to the construction site where Fing Fang Foom was still unconscious and told the media that were on-site she was the one holding the Great Lakes back and for now on would go solo. When the camera asked what was next, she replied "Disneyland!"

(New Avengers II#7) - When Avengers Luke Cage and Jessica Jones were looking to hire a nanny for their infant girl, Danielle, Squirrel Girl was among the many superpowered applicants, some of the other applicants were D-Man, Sepulchre and Ultragirl. While most of the diverse cast rubbed Cage and Jones and wrong way, Squirrel Girl did exactly the opposite, revealing she couldn't think of anything more rewarding than helping guide a child into the person they would eventually become. During the interview she asked to hold baby Danielle who immediately took a liking to the squirrel-like girl. Recognizing her love for children, Cage and Jones decided to hire Squirrel Girl on the spot. Just than, while still holidng the baby, Squirrel Girl noticed several Avengers walking by, Wolverine in particular. Instantly recognizing James she noted he looked well prompting Wolverine to ask what she was doing in Avengers mansion. After she explained that she would now be working in the Avengers mansion, Wolverine reminded her they'd promised to never see each other again, hinting at some kind of mysterious relationship. Unwilling to give up her newfound job, she hoped they could agree to be professional; Wolverine agreed, after which he told her she looked amazing. Somewhat confused by the situation, Jessica Jones asked for her baby, after which the Avengers witnessed the arrival of Dr. Strange's servant, Wong.

Squirrel Girl held her own against Wolverine, summoning squirrels to aid her when needed, though Luke and Jessica asked that she keep Danielle away from the squirrels.

While taking part-time classes at Empire State University, Squirrel Girl grew accustomed to her classmates staring at her tail. After saving a woman from being assaulted, Squirrel Girl battled mechanized Nazi soldiers while rushing back to Avengers Mansion to protect Danielle. She got back to Avengers Mansion to take Danielle just as the team was rushing off. Wounded, Squirrel Girl then saw more Nazis attack.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl I#1 (fb) - BTS) - Squirrel Girl and Tippy-Toe spent weeks living in the attic at Avengers Mansion while Squirrel Girl prepared to move to college.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl I#1) - Squirrel Girl sang her new theme song while defeating muggers in the park with Tippy-Toe. Squirrel Girl packed up her things and went to Empire State University, where she’d been accepted into the computer science program. Tucking her tail into her pants to give her a disguise, but also the appearance of a larger butt, Squirrel Girl stopped a criminal with an acorn as she told Tippy-Toe about her plans to keep her identity secret from now on. Tippy-Toe determined not to live with Squirrel Girl on campus. When Doreen met Tomas Lara-Perez, she quickly dropped the heavy boxes she was carrying, realizing a normal human wouldn’t have that much strength.

After arriving at her dorm, Doreen met her new roommate Nancy Whitehead, who loved knitting and her cat, Mew. Seeing Kraven the Hunter outside, Doreen rushed outside as Squirrel Girl and found Tippy-Toe already battling him. After consulting her Deadpool’s Guide to Super-Villains cards, Squirrel Girl sparred with Kraven, soon convincing him to go on and find more dangerous prey to give his life purpose. Back at the dorm, Doreen introduced Tippy-Toe to Nancy and Mew. Just then, the squirrels warned Doreen that Galactus was on his way to Earth.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#40 (fb) - BTS) - Squirrel Girl introduced her new best friend Nancy Whitehead to her squirrel friends, including Samantha, Nutasha, Fredrico, Patches Malone, Millenial Danielle, Regular Danielle, Chuckleprompt, “the Commish”, Delta Strike, L’il Big Nose, Big L’il Nose, Fruitmeister, Lady Acorn-A-Lot, the Great State of Indiana, Lefty Lucie, Rightie Tightie, Carly ‘Scamps’ Scamperson, Nick Furry (who was in charge of A.C.O.R.N. Nancy teased Doreen about her crush, finding out Tomas’ last name was Lara-Perez, and Doreen considered dying of embarrassment and then starting over somewhere under the alias Sally Awesomelegs.

Tippy-Toe warned Squirrel Girl that the Star-Sphere, the ship of Galactus, was getting closer to Earth, and only squirrels knew it (as Galactus had forgotten to screen his ship from squirrels). After realizing the Squirrel-A-Gig wouldn’t get them to the moon, Squirrel Girl and Tippy broke into Avengers Tower, where she used her claws to cup open a window, then used nut dust to see the laser security system. While Squirrel Girl distracted the Iron Man security drones, Tippy and her squirrel friends stole multiple suits of armor.

Outside, Squirrel Girl reprogrammed the armor (having been given access by Tony Stark) to create Iron Man suits for she and Tippy-Toe, then Whiplash (Anton Vanko) unexpectedly attacked them.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl I#3) - After interacting with Tippy, Kraven, and Iron Man online, Squirrel Girl (posting as @unbeatablesg) accidentally crashed in her armor, after which she defeated Whiplash with the help of the squirrels. Calling herself the Iron Squirrel, Squirrel Girl needed to fight Galactus, but heard about hostages being taken at the nearby bank.

squirrel covering    Squirrel Girl had squirrels cover her so that she could fight the robbers, where she saw Nancy, then she left the squirrels to finish the fight while she rushed off to the moon in her Iron Squirrel armor (which she boosted up by stealing more armor components), with Tippy at her side. There, she taunted Galactus out of his World-Ship and prepared to face him.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl I#4) - After interacting with Iron Man online, Squirrel Girl and Tippy talked to Galactus, learning he could talk to squirrels, and they befriended him, but he still planned to consume Earth. After entering his World-Ship, Squirrel Girl hacked his computer and discovered a planet full of nuts to direct him to instead of Earth. Galactus took them to Chtt-Chrrk and feasted, then returned them to Earth, but not before giving Squirrel Girl a specially designed card that identified him as her friend. There, they saw the squirrels wrap up the bank business with Detective Corson, then she rushed to class, where Nancy revealed she’d figured out that Doreen was Squirrel Girl, but promised to keep her secret. After class, Doreen had Nancy put on a suit of squirrels for fun.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl I#5) - Squirrel Girl joined the Fantastic Four (Thing, Mr. Fantastic, Human Torch), Storm, Falcon (Sam Wilson), Hulk (Bruce Banner), Hawkeye (Kate Bishop), She-Hulk (Jenn Walters), Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan), Hawkeye (Clint Barton), Spider-Man (Peter Parker), and Thor (Jane Foster) in fighting enhanced dinosaurs at the Statue of Liberty. Hippo attacked, but Chipmunk Hunk and Koi Boi arrived to help. Enamored with Chipmunk Hunk, Squirrel Girl jumped into the fight and de-escalated things by convincing Hippo to get a job instead of committing crimes.

The next day, Doreen took Nancy to the zoo, hoping they’d find an animal Nancy could talk to. When lions escaped their enclosure, Doreen and Nancy were shocked to see a super-powered squirrel, later called Girl Squirrel, defeat the creatures and save civilians. Seeing how the media was obsessing over Girl Squirrel, who stole Squirrel Girl’s tagline, Doreen asked the squirrels about her, but no one recognized the squirrel. Doreen was concerned about Girl Squirrel, and Nancy wondered if she was jealous.

Doreen snuggled Tippy closely that night.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl I#7) - After interacting with Tippy, Iron Man, and Nancy online, Doreen went to class with Nancy (who reminded Doreen to take off her headband), and they discussed the civil unrest around them with Ken and Tomas. When their professor began yelling at the class, many in the class started yelling and fighting as well, and Doreen and her friends tried to intervene, but they were overwhelmed by the violence of the students. Nancy proposed a theory that Girl Squirrel was actually Ratatoskr, looking up a Wikipedia article for information, and they realized the squirrel-god was behind the gossip and rioting.

web-shooters     Tippy joined Nancy and the three heroes in going to Avengers Tower, where they found the Avengers (Black Widow, elderly Captain America, Falcon, Hawkeye, and Spider-Man) arguing like everyone else. The Avengers attacked, and Squirrel Girl and her friends defeated them in combat. Squirrel Girl called Thor Odinson and Thor (Jane Foster), who briefed her on the history of Ratatoskr over the phone. Squirrel Girl assembled her friends to go find the two Thors, and Nancy and Tippy-Toe went with them to Asgard to fix Ratatoskr’s cell, while Squirrel Girl, Chipmunk Hunk, and Koi Boi stayed on Earth to fight Ratatoskr. In time, Squirrel Girl, Koi Boi, and Chipmunk found the seemingly heroic Girl Squirrel, who confirmed herself swiftly to be Ratatoskr. When Squirrel Girl and Chipmunk Hunk summoned squirrels and chipmunks to help them fight, Ratatoskr turned the creatures against them. Ratatoskr then attacked directly.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl I#8) - After interacting with Hulk, Iron Man, and Nancy online, Squirrel Girl battled Ratatoskr with Chipmunk Hunk and Koi Boi, until the villain turned her two friends against her by influencing their minds. Squirrel Girl put on web-shooters, which she’d stolen from Spider-Man during their brief fight, and she trapped Ratatoskr in them, but a crowd of mind-controlled civilians soon freed her. Squirrel Girl was pinned, and Ratatoskr was ready to whisper in her ears when Nancy, Tippy, and the two Thors returned with Loki (who was wearing a giant cat head), all of them wearing ear plugs to block Ratatoskr’s powers. Tippy gave Squirrel Girl ear plugs, after which the Thors attacked Ratatoskr. Using a megaphone, Squirrel Girl gave a lecture on envy to the crowd, distracting them long enough for Loki to return Ratatoskr to imprisonment. Later, Doreen then taught her friends how to speak squirrel.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#8 (fb) ) - After studying the villain Hellcow with Nancy, Doreen asked Nancy to make her a new practical costume. Outside on the balcony, Mew was grabbed by Howard the Duck. Squirrel Girl sparred with Howard, who threw garbage at her, briefly, after which she learned that he’d mistaken Mew for a cat named Biggs, whom Howard had been hired to find. Just then, Kraven the Hunter pulled up, having been hired to apprehend Howard. Kraven simply threw Squirrel Girl in the air by her tail.

Hours later, Squirrel Girl followed Kraven to the home of Shannon Sugarbaker, where she saw Doombots dressed up like Spider-Man villains. Squirrel Girl defeated the Doombots, but then she was attacked by Shannon, who used repulsor rays, web-shooters, and a hammer to knock Squirrel Girl out.

(Howard the Duck VI#6 (fb) ) - In Shannon’s hunting grounds, Squirrel Girl, Howard, Kraven, Weapon II, Beast, Biggs the cat, and Rocket Raccoon worked together to fight Shannon. After Biggs dug a hole, Howard and Squirrel Girl snuck back into Shannon’s mansion, where they found a secret room, and Howard put on a set of spare armor. They soon defeated Shannon.

Recognizing that they were mind-controlled agents, Squirrel Girl tried to befriend them, but they simply attacked, and Squirrel Girl summoned the local squirrels to help in the fight. White Tiger expressed to Squirrel Girl that she didn’t understand her.

(New Avengers IV#2) - Squirrel Girl and White Tiger bore the weight of the fight with the super-powered soldiers with crystals for heads, but they were soon overcome by the Neohedron themselves, controlled, their own heads replaced with crystals, including Tippy-Toe’s. After a brief fight, Songbird managed to free the others.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#1) - Squirrel Girl, Koi Boi, and Chipmunk Hunk saved civilians (including Corey, Joey, and Emily) from a building fire, then they took the others back to their new apartment. Nancy reluctantly went with Doreen to meet her parents, but Dor was unable to attend. Nancy found herself impressed with Maureen, and she loved seeing photos and hearing stories from Doreen’s childhood, especially when Doreen grew frustrated.

Doreen soon took Maureen and Nancy across the rooftops as Squirrel Girl, returning to the roof of their new apartments. There, Brain Drain seemingly attacked them, holding Tippy and Mew while ranting about existentialism, and Squirrel Girl attacked, but they soon defeated him, with Tippy chewing through some of his wiring.

Realizing Brain Drain’s programming was stuck in the 1940s era, Nancy and Squirrel Girl reprogrammed Brain Drain, using cell phone technology while bringing his components up to date, and after they rebooted him, Brain Drain thanked them for putting him in control of his own destiny again. He then agreed to audit college classes with them, wearing a rudimentary disguise.

Later, they visited Avengers Island through the teleporter for lunch.

After finding clothes to change into, Squirrel Girl stopped a local criminal at Café Papillon, then they left a note in a brick wall for Nancy to find decades later. Soon, they recognized another student from the future, Mary Mahajan (seeing her use headphones), and they began to wonder if others were trapped back in time with them. After earning money, Doreen used it to take an advertisement out in the local paper that would attract those from the future; she used her real name in the ad, but found herself wishing she’d used the name ‘Lady Awesomebod McMuscleAbs’ instead. Soon, she saw someone else advertising future tech in the newspaper.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#3 (fb) - BTS) - Doreen spent a week going through the responses to her ad. She then called a meeting.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#3) - Doreen held a meeting of the students trapped in the past, including Mary Mahajan, Trish, and others. Suddenly, Dr. Doom and Nancy Whitehead appeared in the room from the future, using a time machine, and Doreen rushed out of the room to change to a sixties Squirrel Girl costume. Nancy clued Squirrel Girl in on Dr. Doom being from the time period when she’d just fought him for the first time. To demonstrate how the future is impacted by time travel, Doom upgraded Nancy’s phone, and she accessed her off-line Wikipedia to confirm that Doom would take over the planet, rechristening it Planet Doom in the future. Doom attacked Squirrel Girl, who saved Nancy from being hit with another blast. Squirrel Girl avoided calling in a squirrel army as Tippy warned it could affect their knowledge of the future. Squirrel Girl tossed the students all into a pool four blocks away, then followed to regroup. 60's costume

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#4) - Mary, Nancy, and Squirrel Girl talked about plans to defeat Doom, including stealing his time machine (Doreen suggested they go back in time and recruit dinosaurs). Squirrel Girl went after Doom at his new castle base in Central Park while the others began working to build EMPs. Squirrel Girl and Tippy found Doom making rudimentary Doombots. Squirrel Girl put her all into reasoning with Doom and trying to befriend him, but he was not persuaded. When Nancy and the others arrived and tried activating their EMPs, they didn’t work. Just then, a time traveler arrived with another Dr. Doom, who unmasked to reveal she was an elderly Squirrel Girl (of Reality-61340), along with Cody, the ESU student who was responsible for the time travel problems in the first place.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#5) - As Dr. Doom opened fire on the group, Squirrel Girl teamed with the elderly Squirrel Girl of Earth-61340 to fight the Doombots and Doom himself. As Doom led the fight into the Museum of Natural History, Squirrel Girl convinced her future self to sit out, but first Old Lady Squirrel Girl gave her a peanut-flavored hard candy as a treat. Nearly overwhelmed by Doom, Squirrel Girl sent a message in code to Nancy to hit her with Cody’s time gun repeatedly, and it sent her days back into the past over and over again until over a dozen Squirrel Girls could all attack Dr. Doom at once.

The team disagreed with whether Jones should be rescued from S.H.I.E.L.D. or not, and Squirrel Girl and Tippy chose to say no. Sunspot drugged Squirrel Girl, Tippy, Wiccan, and Hulkling, and dropped them in the desert so they couldn’t stop the mission. Sunspot told them that they were the New Avengers now.

Later, Nancy, Tippy, and Ken helped Doreen write dating profiles. Doreen subsequently went on a series of bad dates, with Fancy Dan, Boomerang, Human Torch, Steve (who was afraid of squirrels), and Sentinel X-42903-22. Doreen went out with Brad, who used the screen name HawkJock, and she initially assumed he was also a super hero. Squirrel Girl distracted the media while Nancy jumped in Mole Man’s tunnel. Nancy reported back to Doreen that Mole Man had tried to kidnap her. Doreen dug through the ground and into the Mole Man’s domain, where she learned that Tricephalous was in love with Mole Man. Squirrel Girl let herself get defeated by Tricephalous as the Mole Man declared his love back for the monster. Squirrel Girl and Power Man attacked Vermin as Tippy convinced the rats to turn against Vermin. Squirrel Girl sought to rehabilitate Vermin, but Songbird just knocked him out. S.H.I.E.L.D. (Dum Dum Dugan, John Garrett, others) then arrived. When DaCosta seemingly entered, in Warlock armor (it was secretly Hulkling posing as DaCosta), a robot Dugan duplicate shot him in the head.

(New Avengers IV#17) - Squirrel Girl and the New Avengers fought S.H.I.E.L.D., defeating the robot Dum Dum Dugans.

Thor-powered!
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl Beats Up the Marvel Universe#1) - Tippy watched Squirrel Girl save several trains from crashing by holding up the track and bearing the weight of the trains themselves. Squirrel Girl arrested the man who put a bomb in the bridge, telling him about the hero Johhny Fishlips. At the cafeteria, Doreen and Tippy checked in with Nancy, Tomas, and Ken about homework and classloads. Doreen got calls from Hellcat and Iron Man, and was asked to come to Stark Tower, where she introduced Nancy as Nautical Nancy. Iron Man wanted to show them how he’d just rebuilt one of the High Evolutionary’s machines.

The High Evolutionary attacked with henchmen and several New Men (including Clarence the whale, Sally the ostrich, Claude the electric eel, and Commander Huggy Q. Loveyface the Sixth the polar bear). During the fight, Squirrel Girl was knocked into the HE’s machine, and she emerged with a duplicate of herself. The two Squirrel Girls defeated the New Men, then convinced Iron Man to not use the machine again as they didn’t know the outcomes. The duplicate agreed to go by the name Allene Green, and she wore SG’s older costume. They both teamed up with Spider-Man to defeat the Vulture. Allene went to campus with Doreen, Nancy, Tippy, Tomas, and Ken, and proposed that they take a more active role in stopping crime by having the squirrels, chipmunks, and fish all watch out for crimes, allowing them to be more proactive in their crime-fighting. The others agreed to give it a try, but on their way home, they discovered that Chompsky the squirrel had been hit by a car. Allene rushed off, grieving and wondering why squirrel life wasn’t as important as human life.

Days later, Nancy and Tippy helped Doreen track down Allene, and Allene described a comprehensive plan to prioritize squirrel lives and to launch a war on humans to do so. They learned that Allene had tied up Tony Stark, stolen his armor and his duplication machine, which she was using to make dozens of copies of squirrels who would be loyal to her. Allene was hurt when Nancy, Doreen, and Tippy didn’t take her side. Allene attacked Doreen, and the war went back to Tony Stark’s home, where they freed Stark.

The next day, Squirrel Girl joined Iron Man (in squirrel-designed armor) and the Avengers (Ant-Man, Black Widow, Captain America/Sam Wilson, Quicksilver, Hawkeye/Clint Barton, Thor/Jane Foster) in going to apprehend Allene, but Allene had already abandoned the base, though she left the floor booby-trapped to defeat the Avengers. Errant text messages and Nutasha Romanutt the squirrel led Doreen, Tomas, Nancy, Ken, and Tippy hundreds of miles from civilization, where they realized that Allene had had squirrels knock out the entire power network across the country.

Upon returning to NYC, Doreen and her friends partnered with S.H.I.E.L.D. (Nick Fury Jr., Phil Coulson, Maria Hill) and watched Allene defeat Hulk, as they realized she had defeated most of the city’s heroes and villains and was now using their technology. Allene easily defeated them as she banished S.H.I.E.L.D. to the Negative Zone, then the heroes shed their costumes and fled.

Days later, as Allene expanded her attack around the world, Squirrel Girl and her allies gathered Hippo, Kraven, Venom (Flash Thompson), and Rocket Raccoon and launched a final attack on Allene, who still managed to defeat them. Weary of the battle, Allene threatened to transport Tippy to the Moon and kill her, so Squirrel Girl grabbed the teleporter instead and was sent to the void of the Moon, where she was choking to death until Tippy, using another transporter, managed to send Thor’s hammer, Mjolnir, to her there. Grabbing Mjolnir, Doreen received the powers of Thor. She went to the Negative Zone and freed the heroes, then returned to Earth to stop Allene. After the fight was finished, Doreen realized Tippy had broken her back during the rescue, and she liberated the heroes to heal and stabilize her.

In the end, they let Allene go to the Negative Zone to populate a planet with her squirrels.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#12) - After interacting with Spider-Man and Iron Man online, Squirrel Girl, Tippy, and Nancy watched as Brain Drain tried his first solo venture as a super hero, defeating bank robbers, including Larry. Squirrel Girl agreed to take Nancy home to visit her parents in Canada, and they arrived at a remote cabin, where Squirrel Girl was distressed by the lack of electricity. When Maureen found a muffin missing, she asked Doreen to solve the mystery, and Doreen, with Tippy-Toe, soon discovered an entire village of tiny cloned Enigmos living underneath their cabin. Many two-inch men combined to form one full size Enigmo and he attacked; although Squirrel Girl broke him into pieces, he quickly overwhelmed and tied up Squirrel Girl, Nancy, and Maureen.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#13) - After Tippy-Toe led squirrels into holding off the tiny Enigmos, Doreen got Nancy, Maureen, and Tippy to safety in the nearest town. There, they had WiFi and saw on the Internet that Enigmo had taken over the military, government, and media around North America; Doreen had text messages from Spider-Man (Parker), Hulk (Cho), Thor (Foster), and Howard the Duck. Brain Drain soon arrived with Ant-Man, there to get help since Enigmo had taken over. After strategizing in canoes, the group, including Maureen, headed South in Ant-Man’s van, but clones of Enigmo pulled them over. Soon, the van exploded and the heroes hid, shrunk down, making plans to defeat Enigmo.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#14 (fb) ) - A rogue Enigmo revealed himself, and he strategized with the heroes, planning on merging himself with other Enigmos to overwrite their morals and ethics with his own. However, when he tried, he found himself unable to merge with the others, as too much time had passed. Realizing they were threatened, the thousands of other Enigmos gathered in Toronto to battle the heroes.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#14) - After interacting with Egg and Iron Man online, Squirrel Girl joined Brain Drain, Ant-Man, and Tippy in battling an army of Enigmos. In time, Nancy and Ant-Man conceived of a plan to defeat Enigmo by growing him to giant-size (to grow to fight a giant Iron Man armor they enlarged), correctly figuring his body could not support the massive weight. After Enigmo's ankle broke under his weight, the good Enigmo merged back into his main form, convincing the Enigmos to give up their world domination plans. Doreen, Maureen, Nancy, and Tippy finished their vacation in Nova Scotia.

(New Avengers IV#18) - Squirrel Girl took Nancy, Koi Boi, and Chipmunk Hunk with her to the funeral for DaCosta, but he revealed he was alive as he attacked Monica Rappaccinni and Dr. Andrew Forson in their attempt to take over A.I.M. Rogue then arrived to get Deadpool for a mission.

(Spider-Man/Deadpool#12) - Squirrel Girl attended Deadpool’s Christmas party, where Tippy gave her a bag of nuts.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#15) - Squirrel Girl heard about Taskmaster attacking the city, and she rushed to respond, seeing Taskmaster defeating many of New York’s heroes, including Iron Man, Ms. Marvel, Ms. America, Spider-Man (Peter Parker), Hellcat, Hulk (Amadeus Cho), and Captain America (Sam Wilson). She soon realized that there was no way he could emulate her tail in combat, and she used it to defeat him. Squirrel Girl interacted online with Nancy and Iron Man.

(U.S.Avengers#1 (fb) - BTS) - DaCosta (using the name Citizen V) reformed his Avengers Idea Mechanics team into the U.S.Avengers, with teammates Squirrel Girl, Cannonball, Iron Patriot (Toni Ho), Enigma (Aikku Jokinen), and Red Hulk (Robert Maverick). U.S.Avengers costume with flying squirrels

(U.S.Avengers#1) - The U.S.Avengers responded to the threat of the Secret Empire, who attacked the world using a volcanic island. Cannonball carried Squirrel Girl, in her new costume, with a group of weaponized flying squirrels, to respond to the threat. The Secret Empire launched missiles, and Squirrel Girl led her flying squirrels to take them down. Squirrel Girl was impressed when Red Hulk destroyed an entire craft in one minute.

(U.S.Avengers#2) - The time-traveling Captain America of Earth-15061 ("20XX;" Danielle Cage) discussed her apocalyptic future before asking the U.S.Avengers for help with a time-travelling villain from her time, the Golden Skull. The team dressed up in suits and went to a fancy party in Miami, where the Golden Skull had several robots prepared to fight them.

(U.S.Avengers#3) - Squirrel Girl provided support to Cannonball as he turned his blast field on the robots, and Captain America-15061 helped them defeat the Golden Skull. As she departed for the future, Danielle pleasantly remembered how Doreen babysat her as a kid.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#16) - Squirrel Girl bragged about her 20th birthday on social media, interacting with Nancy, Iron Man, and Thor. She later, greeted all of her friends at her birthday party, including Iron Man, Nancy, Thor (Jane Foster), Chipmunk Hunk, Koi Boi, Brain Drain, Dor and Maureen, Loki, Thor (Odinson), Black Widow, Captain America (Sam Wilson), and Spider-Man (Peter Parker). When the Red Skull attacked, Squirrel Girl easily defeated him.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#17) - After interacting with Egg, Spider-Man, and Kraven online, Squirrel Girl and Brain Drain saw Nancy’s new drawings on Cat Thor before attending an ethics class hosted by guest lecturer Melissa Morbeck. Doreen answered questions during class, inspiring Morbeck to invite her over for tea. At Morbeck’s home, Morbeck revealed she could talk to all animals, introducing Doreen to Alfredo the chicken to prove her point. Morbeck turned down Doreen’s invitation to join her in fighting crime, and instead offered to bankroll her, giving her a costume that would allow her to fly and glide. While out flying with Tippy-Toe, Doreen managed to convince the Rhino to stop stealing a pair of shoes. flying squirrel costume

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#19 (fb) ) - Squirrel Girl and Tippy-Toe stopped Louis Hastings from committing a robbery, then helped him learn how to better plan for his financial future instead of arresting him.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#18) - After interacting with the new Iron Man A.I. and Nancy online, Squirrel Girl used her flying suit to drop acorns on a purse thief’s head, helping Chipmunk Hunk and Koi Boi. She invited them with her and Nancy to visit Morbeck that Saturday, where they asked Melissa to make them flying suits, and she agreed. After meeting bear butlers Mister Paul and Mister Bettany, Squirrel Girl agreed to talk to Morbeck, though she invited Nancy to stay with her. Catching Morbeck in some lies, Squirrel Girl discovered she had villainous intentions, so Morbeck had the bears lock them in. Doreen grabbed Nancy and burst through the window to escape, then summoned Tippy-Toe and other squirrels, but Morbeck summoned rats to counter her. Doreen tried flying away with Nancy, but Morbeck caused her suit to malfunction and crash, after which she promised to let Nancy and the squirrels go if Doreen came inside with her to hear her plans. Morbeck surrounded her home with zoo animals to keep the police away.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#19) - After interacting with the Iron Man A.I. online, Squirrel Girl heard Melissa rant about her history, while bears of different species (including Paul and Bettany, Commando Tiny Jerk, and Dr. Bear) kept guns trained on her. Morbeck showed Doreen her super-computer, the Mark VI, that she used to control the animals, then she used Pym Particles to shrink it down and had a cockroach implant it in her ear. Squirrel Girl fought the bears, but Morbeck escaped using a teleporter. Chipmunk Hunk, Koi Boi, Mary Mahajan, and Nancy soon rushed in with the police.

Weeks went by and Squirrel Girl grew paranoid that animals watching her were controlled by Morbeck, leading to one awkward encounter with Howard the Duck in front of Mary, Tippy, and Nancy. In time, Morbeck had a plane with a banner announce that Doctor Doom was attacking the city with mosquitoes, frightening the public.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#20) - After interacting with Tippy-Toe and Mosquito Man Bug Spray online, Squirrel Girl discussed the threat of Morbeck with her allies, and Tippy-Toe gathered squirrels Davis, Naseemo, Porkums, and Li’l Busta to help protect Mary, Tomas, Ken, Nancy, and Doreen from getting bitten. Morbeck had Doombear, a bear in a Doctor Doom costume, reveal itself to Squirrel Girl and her allies, and Morbeck spoke through the bear, revealing she planned to frame Squirrel Girl for the animal and mosquito attacks across the city. With Morbeck positioned in a helicopter over the city, Squirrel Girl challenged Morbeck to face her directly, and Morbeck did so, speaking over a megaphone and knowing that the media was recording every move. Squirrel Girl, Chipmunk Hunk, and Koi Boi battled the animal army while Mary and Nancy worked on creating an EMP. Tippy shaved off her fur to pose as a rat, then she ran directly up to Morbeck and detonated the EMP, shorting out her ability to control the animals.

Detective Mike Corson at first didn’t know who to believe until Thor (Odinson), Thor (Jane Foster), Spider-Man (Peter Parker), and Iron Man (Tony Stark) vouched for Squirrel Girl, and Morbeck was arrested. Squirrel Girl called Wolverine (Laura Kinney) for help with ideas regarding the mosquito problem.

After a day when Nancy saw Squirrel Girl battle Lady Deathstrike, they realized they won the contest, getting an all-expense paid trip to the Savage Land. Nancy arranged for Tomas and Mary to take notes for them, and got an advance assignment from Professor Tippett. After the long flight, they stopped at the Savage Brands gift store, and they met Latverian student Stefan Klossner, to whom Nancy was immediately attracted. Dr. G soon introduced herself and gathered all the contest winners, taking them into the Savage Land to see dinosaurs. After hours of viewing and interacting with dinosaurs, during which Nancy and Stefan flirted, they were taken to the Core, the computer center of the Savage Land, where Dr. G. told them she needed their help because the Savage Land was dying.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#23) - After interacting with Spider-Man online, Squirrel Girl heard Dr. G explain the history of the machines in the Savage Land with members of her staff, including Donnie. She stated that the students needed to come up with a solution to fix the alien machines or the dinosaurs would die. The students, including those from Wakanda, Latveria, and K’un-Lun, began focusing on programming, with Stefan and the Latverian students deciding to just build a Doombot to help them. Stefan joined them for a meal at ‘Savagely Delicious Land O’Food’, where Squirrel Girl ended up sparring with dinosaurs in the bathroom. Nancy confided in Doreen about her fearing being attracted to Stefan. Back in the computer lab, Nancy named Stefan’s Doombot ‘Antonio’, and then they realized that many computer parts were missing. Doreen soon discovered a robot T-Rex in the shadows, which revealed itself to be Ultron.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#24) - After interacting with Nancy and Tippy online, Squirrel Girl was joined by Tippy in battling the Ultron dinosaur, while Stefan activated Antonio the Doombot to help her.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#25) - After interacting with Spider-Man and the Iron Man A.I. online, Squirrel Girl heard Nancy challenge her on using her full strength and her knuckle spikes to give Ultron a real challenge. Squirrel Girl rode in on a winged dinosaur, then battled Ultron. After seeing Kraven chained to the wall, Squirrel Girl, with Tippy, freed him. Kraven supplied a whistle that Tippy blew to cause a dinosaur stampede. The programmers created a program to shut down Ultron, using a USB port, and Squirrel Girl stopped the robot. Squirrel Girl took Ultron’s core with her, reprogrammed it, and planted it as a tree in her parents’ yard. They then updated Ken, Tomas, and Brain Drain on their adventures.

(Unbelievable Gwenpool#18) - When Sentinels attacked the city, Squirrel Girl was among the heroes who responded to the threat.

Howard the Duck, Brain Drain, Kraven the Hunter, Spider-Man (Peter Parker), Wolverine (James Howlett), Tippy-Toe, and Nancy participated. Squirrel Girl then guilted Iron Man into helping rebuild the library.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#27 (fb) - BTS) - After a quiet night at home, where she interacted with Nancy online, Doreen went to bed, saying good night to Mew, Tippy, and Nancy. The next morning, only Mew was there. Doreen had the squirrel scouts begin looking for her missing friends.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#27) - Squirrel Girl checked in with the scouts, including Dimitra, Renegade Master, and L’il Busta, but they hadn’t seen Nancy and Tippy. Wondering if she could get someone to talk to Mew, Squirrel Girl checked with Tigra, White Tiger, Black Cat, Kitty Pryde, Beast, Hellcat, and Howard and Biggs, but to no avail. She took Mew to the Sanctum Sanctorum, where they saw Loki, who helped her track Nancy to another planet. Loki conjured a new costume for Squirrel Girl, and then Dormammu attacked. Loki-costume

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#28) - After interacting with Kraven, Iron Man, Howard the Duck, and Hellcat online, Squirrel Girl helped Loki fight Dormammu on the Cosmic Plane, soon realizing she could summon thousands of spirits of aggrieved squirrels. Squirrel Girl turned the spirits against Dormammu, who fled.

Back on Earth, Loki summoned a space ship with Drax the Destroyer aboard, and Squirrel Girl convinced Drax to help them. They flew across the galaxy (with Mew) at warp-speed, arriving on the planet Chitt-Crrt, where Nancy and Tippy were with the Chrrt-Chuk race, a race of alien green squirrels led by Chtty. Squirrel Girl learned that a Silver Surfer imposter had tried extorting the planet from their riches, threatening an attack from Galactus if they didn’t. When the grifters returned, Nancy and Squirrel Girl convinced the Chrrt-Chuk to use their holograms to make an image of Galactus, but the holograms failed swiftly.
When the real Silver Surfer showed up, Squirrel Girl attacked, thinking he was the imposter.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#29) - After interacting with Spider-Man online, Squirrel Girl battled the Silver Surfer, getting badly beaten before she realized that this was the real-deal hero and not the grifter. When the grifters tried to escape, Surfer zapped back down to the planet surface again and confronted them. When a fleet of ships fired on them, seeking revenge against the grifters for duping their planets, Surfer protected them, after which he flew into space to confront them with Squirrel Girl, Nancy, and Tippy. They met the leader of the aliens, Sootori, and they explained what was happening with the grifters, but Sootori had already activated a device that could kill them all.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#30) - After interacting with Nancy online, Squirrel Girl and Surfer turned all the missiles around. Nancy and Squirrel Girl challenged the Surfer to explain the Power Cosmic to them, demonstrating how they would explain computers to a woman from the 1800s, but Surfer refused. Aboard the alien ship, Squirrel Girl focused on making peace between the 76 different alien races, using her problem-solving skills. Nancy used the Power Cosmic herself and rushed back to the planet, where she was prepared to issue punishment on the grifters, but Squirrel Girl convinced her to give up the idea of revenge. Nancy surrendered the Power Cosmic, and the grifters were arrested.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#30 (fb) - BTS) - Nancy and Doreen stayed in space and interacted with Beta Ray Bill and Hocky Hoof Hank, Cosmo, and the Living Tribunal.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#30) - Back on Earth, Nancy snuggled with Mew while Doreen and Tippy went to fight crime.

(Avengers I#675) - Squirrel Girl joined the U.S.Avengers in saving civilians from a volcanic eruption at Mt. Vesuvius, then they joined together at Avengers Mansion with the Avengers, Avengers Unity Division, Hawkeye, Red Wolf, Lightning, and Quicksilver, when Voyager revealed her presence.

(Avengers I#688) - Squirrel Girl was brought out of stasis. Despite her confusion, she joined the Avengers and Voyager, now their ally, in launching an attack on Challenger, who was threatening the entire planet.

(Avengers I#689) - During a chaotic battle alongside the Avengers, Squirrel Girl inspired Falcon and Synapse to form a mental link and communicate with Challenger, though she was disappointed when they activated his pain receptors instead of seeking to rehabilitate him. Squirrel Girl helped fight Challenger, though she mostly wanted to rehabilitate him. In time, the Challenger was defeated, and Earth was saved.

(Avengers I#690) - Squirrel Girl stood in the remains of Avengers Mansion.

(Marvel Rising I#0 (fb) - BTS) - Doreen took on a volunteering job to teach high school students computer programming after school, and her students included Ember Quade, Neveah, Rafael, and Kamala Khan.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#31) - After interacting online, Squirrel Girl and Nancy joined Koi Boi, Brain Drain, and Chipmunk Hunk at the mall, where they saw EpicCrimez live-streaming a jewelry store robbery. They stopped him, but EpicCrimez hit Squirrel Girl and Nancy with an alien gun ray that put them into hyper-speed, causing Squirrel Girl and Nancy to age decades in the matter of a few days. They were only able to communicate with their friends through notes before they eventually built a time machine, when they were elderly, and they returned to the present at their young ages with no memories of the life they had lived in hyper-speed, though they did see the notes they had left behind for themselves and others as well as the paintings they had made.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#32) - After interacting with Iron Man online, Doreen taught her class of students, then she met with Nancy. On a whim, she looked up a historical class taught by Kara Palamas, before they met with Tippy and Mew, and decided to invite Kraven to a group activity, along with Tomas, Ken, Mary, and Brian. They met Kraven at the airport and invited him to an escape room. At the facility, they saw Howard the Duck leaving, then they met the owner of the facility, who had each of them choose a super-hero name. Squirrel Girl chose Lady Crimepocalypse. Calling their team the Justice Pals, the group worked together to get out of the room, but they soon discovered the walls were closing in on them.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#33) - After interacting with Kraven online, Squirrel Girl helped the others escape the trap by using her super-strong jaws, and they then all took time to recount their individual skills. Soon, Mojo II was exposed as their captor, and Chipmunk Hunk used a secret sonic scream to defeat him. Outside, Kraven was tackled by the police. Squirrel Girl tried standing up for him, but ended up getting them all arrested.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#34) - Squirrel Girl interacted with Iron Man online, and he made sure the police would keep their civilian identities protected. Squirrel Girl learned about Kraven’s history of crimes and she confronted Kraven with this information, and he agreed to let the case go to trial. At court, with She-Hulk representing them, they saw Courtney Alaska representing the prosecution. Squirrel Girl was questioned by both about her heroism, though Alaska made her sound like a villain. The jury ruled Squirrel Girl and her friends were innocent, but that Kraven was guilty. Kraven broke out of custody, and Squirrel Girl went after him, seeing the squirrel group Run-N.U.T. along the way.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#35) - Haskel the squirrel helped Squirrel Girl find Kraven, who was battling Spider-Man in an alley. Squirrel Girl stood up for Kraven, even intercepting the webbing that Spider-Man fired. When Nancy, Doreen, Brain Drain, Tomas, and Ken arrived, Kraven told Squirrel Girl that he needed to work out his issues before he was ready to be a hero. Kraven bid his friends farewell, promising to return as their ally another day. Later, Kraven, as the Unhuntable Sergei, left a note for police, including Officer Stanley.

(Jessica Jones - Marvel Digital Original#1) - Squirrel Girl showed up at a birthday party for Jessica Jones.

(Marvel Rising I#0) - Doreen took her class to the Howard Anthony Stark Institute for Technical Excellence on a field trip. When A.I.M. agents attacked, Squirrel Girl and Ms. Marvel, with Tippy-Toe and other squirrels, teamed up to defeat them. Doreen made excuses to her class about this all being a simulated lesson she was teaching them.

(Marvel Rising Alpha#1) - Doreen returned to her class and answered questions about the recent A.I.M. attack. After teasing Kamala for being late again, Doreen taught the class about event loops, drawing a chalk figure of Nutsy McSmasher, a squirrel with a hammer, on the board to emphasize her points. Doreen privately told Kamala that she recognized her for her fanfiction under the name SlothBaby. Squirrel Girl was shocked when Nutsy McSmasher attacked, in a digitized form, and she teamed up with Ms. Marvel to defeat the squirrel. That evening, Squirrel Girl and Tippy-Toe staked out some of the bullies from her class. The next day, another digitized character attacked the school, a gorilla named Danger Kong, and Squirrel Girl and Ms. Marvel teamed up to defeat it.

(Marvel Rising: Squirrel Girl/Ms. Marvel#1/1) - Squirrel Girl introduced Ms. Marvel to Nancy, Koi Boi, Brain Drain, and Chipmunk Hunk, and they talked over the recent fight with Danger Kong. Working hard to keep her identity secret from Ms. Marvel, Doreen taught her computer class on error handling, then she tried checking on Ember, who’d been bullied recently, but Ember walked away annoyed. Tracking power surges, Squirrel Girl and Ms. Marvel found Emulator summoning digitized video game items to break into a facility, and she accidentally revealed she was a student in Doreen’s class. Doreen ran down the list of her students (including Neveah Carter, Rafael Figueroa, Danilo Chua, and Diwas Arya) before realizing Ember was Emulator. Squirrel Girl and Ms. Marvel fought Emulator, who continually summoned video game tech (like bombs, cars, and giant robots) to fight back, until Emulator escaped. Doreen and Kamala revealed they knew each other’s secret identities, after which they called up Ms. America for help. video game Squirrel Girl

(Marvel Rising: Squirrel Girl/Ms. Marvel#1/2) - Ms. Marvel called Squirrel Girl about Emulator attacking again, and she soon returned to campus, where Tippy-Toe and the Squirrel Scouts initially attacked Inferno, a fellow super-hero. They soon saw Emulator had summoned a dragon to attack campus, and part of campus was destroyed before Ms. America arrived to defeat the dragon. Soon, Emulator summoned digitized zombies to attack.

(Marvel Rising: Ms. Marvel/Squirrel Girl#1/1) - Squirrel Girl, Tippy-Toe, Ms. Marvel, Ms. America, and Inferno battled the summoned zombies, soon realizing that Emulator was drawing energy from the local power station. They soon realized that Emulator’s powers were rewriting reality as a video game, resulting in Squirrel Girl going into ‘infected mode’ once she was bit by a zombie, and Ms. America getting ‘banned from the server’ (disappearing from the area) for trying to teleport zombies away. Squirrel Girl, Ms. Marvel, and Inferno battled a rat creature to liberate a chest full of antidote, and Squirrel Girl got health and defense upgrades as a result. The heroes shut down the power, dissipating the zombies, and Ms. America returned. They cornered Emulator, but she sent them into a video game reality.

(Marvel Rising: Ms. Marvel/Squirrel Girl#1/2) - The heroes soon realized they were in an MMORPG game, and had to squish cyborg rats to level their own characters up. Squirrel Girl, Ms. Marvel and Tippy-Toe leveled up while Ms. America and Inferno watched, baffled. The team worked together to realize they needed to break game rules to try and get banned from the reality, so they attacked Scorpiozard, a scorpion wizard, who they determined was a crucial non-playable character, and Squirrel Girl summoned undead squirrels to join them in the fight. The strategy was ineffective, so they tried overloading the game’s counters by collecting bones from skeleton warriors, and they spent weeks doing so, though time moved much faster in the altered reality.

Upon escaping the game reality, the heroes found Arcade holding Emulator in a machine so he could manipulate her powers. After Squirrel Girl accessed her Deadpool card on Arcade, the heroes rushed to attack, but Arcade sent them off to face demonic chickens.

(Marvel Rising Omega#1) - Squirrel Girl, Inferno, Tippy-Toe, Ms. America, and Ms. Marvel fled from the amped up giant chickens, and they then faced a series of threats (man-eating plants, giant snakes, savage rhinoceri, a giant robot, and giant ants) before an avatar of Arcade revealed itself. As the heroes figured out how to interface with the game, they interacted with baby dragons, then battled an enormous dragon before passing through a massive death trap (with Squirrel Girl and Tippy-Toe using squirrel agility to guide them). Finally, they faced Arcade (with his head on top of a giant gorilla). Realizing Emulator was trying to help them, the heroes helped her overload the machine, and Arcade went missing.

Three weeks later, they gathered to check on Emulator, who was now safe in New Attilan.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#36) - After interacting with Nancy and Iron Man online, Squirrel Girl joined Iron Man and Tippy in responding to the threat of Ms. Chloe, a librarian ghost who made everything quiet. After doing research with Nancy, Squirrel Girl tried posing as a ghost to befriend Ms. Chloe, but the Avengers (She-Hulk, Iron Man, Black Panther, Captain America, Captain Marvel) intervened, causing Chloe to lash out.

In time, Squirrel Girl befriended Ms. Chloe, who helped her defeat Shriek and Klaw before they got her a position as the night librarian at the school.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#37 (fb) - BTS) - In separate instances, Squirrel Girl battled Walrus and Bi-Beast.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#38 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, Doreen taught Brain Drain how to speak to squirrels.

(Amazing Spider-Man V#9) - Squirrel Girl was disturbed to see Tippy had been stolen by the Thieves Guild.

(Season’s Beating#1) - Squirrel Girl and Tippy went to Latveria and decorated Doombots in Christmas décor, after which Squirrel Girl delivered a present to Doom. He opened it to find a bag of walnuts. She tried giving Deadpool a gift, but he threw it away. Squirrel Girl and Tippy then went to the mall with Deadpool, where she wanted to find a present for Typhoid Mary.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#37 (fb) - BTS) - After interacting with Iron Man and Nancy online, Squirrel Girl realized that someone had reported Squirrel Girl dead, even though she was still alive. Nancy and Doreen made fish-headed costumes and made plans to attend Squirrel Girl’s funeral, with Nancy using the name Fish Miss and Doreen using the name Bass Lass. Bass Lass

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#40 (fb) ) - Squirrel Girl, with Nancy, ordered Claude the squirrel to cancel all her meetings.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#37) - Seeing many heroes and villains (including Bi-Beast and Walrus) at the funeral, “Bass Lass” and “Fish Miss” listened as Iron Man, Spider-Man, Wolverine (Laura Kinney) and Jonathan, Deadpool, Mole Man, Hippo, Dazzler, Howard the Duck, Citizen V, Brain Drain, Gwenpool, and Ego the Living Planet (over remote video) shared their memories. Iron Man played a video of the adventure where Squirrel Girl seemingly died, showing footage of “Squirrel Girl” dying in a battle alongside the Avengers against the Octobliterator.

Back at home, Nancy, Doreen, Tippy, Ken, Mary, Brian, and Tomas discussed options and they determined the imposter was likely a Skrull.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#38) - Doreen, Brian, Tomas, Ken, Mary, Tippy, and Nancy used personal questions to confirm that each of them weren’t Skrulls. At Stark’s office, Nancy determined that he wasn’t a Skrull, after which Squirrel Girl revealed she was alive, embracing Tony (who’d been seeing Dr. Sbaitso for therapy) after he blasted a hole in his window. After Doreen daydreamed about Ghost Rider actually riding a ghost Triscareatops, they had Databus generate a code-word, ‘voluble’, that they could use to determine identity as they worked together. When Tony called the next day, saying there was no Skrull problem, he used the wrong code-word. Doreen and Nancy went to investigate, and Tony tried convincing them he was the real deal, but they caught him in more lies. “Tony” then put on the Iron Man armor and ordered Databus to attack.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#39) - Databus openly fired weapons into the room until Squirrel Girl and Nancy yelled out commands that overwhelmed his computational systems, slowing Databus down. When Squirrel Girl pressured her enough, she tricked “Tony” into revealing "himself" as a female Skrull. When they threatened to expose the Skrull, she lashed out in fear, saying she must remain a secret, and then she flew away. Squirrel Girl tried jumping out after her, but fell several stories to the ground below.

Nancy and Doreen joined back with their friends and made plans to hack Databus. After they searched for hours, they found Tony hidden in a Skrull cage underwater, and Koi Boi tracked her. The Skrull had already surrendered before Squirrel Girl and Tippy arrived with a squirrel army. As the other allies arrived, the Skrull woman said she was there solo, and that unless they listened to her, the world would be in danger.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#40) - Squirrel Girl and her friends listened to G’illian Blax’zthor, the Skrull, share her life story, about being a defector who was starting a new life, and they agreed to help her, with Squirrel Girl even convincing Iron Man to support them. They held a press conference, announcing Squirrel Girl was alive and that a Skrull had died. Months later, Squirrel Girl and her friends welcomed a group of Skrull refugees to Earth.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#41) - After interacting with Nancy and Egg online, Squirrel Girl watched TV until hearing of an attack by Ms. Quizzler, and then she rushed off with Tippy to find the villain, who had mysterious student hostages and demanded the heroes present submit to her ‘ultimate quiz challege’. Working Curt Connors, Thor, and She-Hulk, Squirrel Girl answered a series of trivia questions, learning the student hostages were Peter Parker and Nancy Whitehead. After failing the quiz, Squirrel Girl was thrilled to see that Tippy and other squirrels had saved Nancy and Peter. Squirrel Girl convinced Ms. Quizzler to focus her intelligence on saving the planet. Soon Spider-Man dropped by.

(Marvel Rising II#1 (fb) - BTS) - Doreen convinced Empire State University to allow Squirrel Girl to be a university ambassador, since the dean was a big fan of hers. Squirrel Girl sometimes did campus tours.

(Marvel Rising II#1) - Squirrel Girl and Tippy-Toe met Spider-Man (Miles Morales), Ms. Marvel, and Inferno on campus and gave them a tour, showing special pride in the Computer Science department. When they saw cars jousting outside, the heroes confronted the drivers, Beaven and Tyson, who were manipulating magic, as the heroes saved civilians.

(Marvel Rising II#2) - The friends stopped the jousting cars as Quake joined them, and they identified that the drivers had stolen a magic artifact called the Eye of Igraine and used it to summon Morgan Le Fey. After signing autographs, Squirrel Girl looked up Morgan’s Deadpool card, after which the heroes were overwhelmed by flying rats and mystic knights, so Squirrel Girl called Ms. America to aid them.

(Marvel Rising II#3) - When Inferno was possessed by Morgan lLe Fey, the heroes worked to stop him, but he escaped on the back of a gryphon. Squirrel Girl tried getting Quake to accept her place as part of a team. Soon, the heroes attacked New Attilan, joining Iso, Frank McGee, and Mosaic in fighting Morgan, and Squirrel Girl recruited Emulator to help in the fight. They turned against Morgan, who summoned a giant green monster to aid her in the fight.

(Marvel Rising II#4) - Emulator, Ms. Marvel, Squirrel Girl, Tippy-Toe, Ms. America, Iso, Spider-Man, and Quake fought the giant monster, whom they named Treshie after discovering it was made of magically animated trash. After Quake broke Inferno’s mind control, Morgan attacked anew.

(Marvel Rising II#5) - Squirrel Girl, calling herself Lady Unbeatable briefly, as she met Mothball (Melanie Baker), a woman working with Morgan. Squirrel Girl saw Ms. Marvel sink into the water with Treshie, and dove in after her, after which they telepathically communicated with Treshie, who turned out to be the essence of the Hudson River, and he agreed to let her go if she promised to return to talk to him.

Back on the surface, they found Morgan standing off with the heroes, and Treshie helped them defeat Morgan, separating her from the Eye of Igraine, which freed Beavan and Tyson from mind control, though Mothball helped Morgan escape on the back of a gryphon.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#42) - After interacting with Iron Man and Galactus online, Squirrel Girl went on patrol with Brain Drain and Nancy, discovering that Kang the Conqueror had rigged a building to be destroyed in 40 years, so they undid the damage, but then Kang himself attacked. Kang caused a satellite to crash down on them, then snapped his fingers to destroy the building, but found that it had been tampered with in the past. An elderly Squirrel Girl from the future of Earth-19542 then arrived in the present, and she took Squirrel Girl back in time to help their ten-year-old self defeat Kang.

Immortus subsequently showed up and sent Kang away, and Squirrel Girl whispered that she’d hidden the necklace like her elderly self had wanted. Before going home, Doreen was sure to thank Monkey Joe for all he’d meant to her.

Squirrel Girl woke up in her present with an acorn necklace in her hand with a note from her elderly self that stated Nancy now had a similar necklace, and they now had the ability to write notes in the necklace and having it appear in the other necklace at any time.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#42 - BTS) - The interactions between Earth-616's Squirrel Girls and Old Lady Squirrel Girl-19542 diverged the happier reality of Earth-21197. Arctic uniform

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#43) - After interacting with Iron Man online, Squirrel Girl went to visit Allene Green in the Negative Zone with her friends Tippy, Nancy, Mary, Ken, Tomas, and Brain Drain. Doreen hugged Allene before she was suddenly magically transported back to New York City, where many superheroes were in a chaotic battle against Asgardian forces. Loki challenged Squirrel Girl to go to Canada and stop an invasion of Frost Giants.

After getting a necklace note from Nancy to make sure she was okay, Doreen asked Loki to send her to her parents’ house, where she saw that Dor and Maureen had raised the Ultron component into a full Oak Tree Ultron, who then repelled the Frost Giants who were attacking.

Doreen discovered that her mom had designed her a new Arctic uniform after throwing out her old one. After following the Frost Giants for dozens of miles, Squirrel Girl briefly sparred with Danielle and Gary before Ratatoskr revealed her involvement.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#44) - After interacting with Egg and Iron Man online, Squirrel Girl battled Gary and Danielle with Ratatoskr, who explained her recent history and her decision to fight back against Malekith’s forces, and Doreen learned that Ratatoskr had been the one to transport her back from the Negative Zone. Squirrel Girl agreed to work with Ratatoskr if she promised not to kill, betray her, or mind-control others. Ratatoskr changed herself into a human form and took the name Rachel Oskar, after which Squirrel Girl chose the alias Scarlett Q. Goryle for herself. They went to a local pub to make inquiries of the civilians, including Jack, but Rachel caused a fight to break out.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#45) - After interacting with Iron Man and Egg online, Squirrel Girl broke her alliance with Ratatoskr when she realized the goddess only wanted to sow chaos and saw the world as doomed.

Squirrel Girl went through the woods alone until Ratatoskr found her, riding a mind-controlled Frost Giant named Daisy. Squirrel Girl agreed to team up with Ratatoskr again, and she had Daisy hit them with a bat to propel them through the air to the Frost Giant stronghold in Churchill. There, the Frost Giants, including Stevie, waited.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#46) - After interacting with Iron Man and Egg online, Squirrel Girl made plans with Ratatoskr to interrupt the Frost Giant food supply of beluga whales. Ratatoskr led the whales in an attack on the Frost Giants, including Patrick, and helped Squirrel Girl take down their whaling ships. Embracing the idea of sowing chaos for positive change, Ratatoskr then suggested they educate the Frost Giants on liberation, turning them against their king in an attempt at revolution.

Back in New York, Squirrel Girl and Ratatoskr explained to Nancy, Mary, Brian, Tomas, Ken, and Tippy that they’d saved North America. Loki arrived to put Ratatoskr back in prison, but Doreen and Nancy vouched for her. They later saw that Rachel Oskar had become an investigative reporter in Canada.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#47 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, Squirrel Girl defeated the villain Blockchain.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#47) - After interacting with Nancy online, Squirrel Girl worked with Tippy, Koi Boi, and Chipmunk Hunk to take down the Leader and his Humanoid robots. After placing the Leader in cuffs she’d gotten from Thor, Squirrel Girl rejoined Mary, Nancy, and Mew, and realized Brain Drain was missing and went looking for him.

Squirrel Girl and her allies eventually realized Brain Drain was sending them coded messages that informed them Melissa Morbeck had kidnapped him; Squirrel Girl consulted the super-villain card she’d created for Morbeck. The friends turned on the news and realized that Morbeck had revealed publicly that Squirrel Girl is Doreen Green, and Nancy hugged Doreen as she grieved the loss of her privacy. They then saw on the news, hosted by anchorwoman Krystal, that Squirrel Girl's apartment had been blown up. Then several of Squirrel Girl’s villains attacked, including Blockchain, EpicCrimez, Bug-Eyed Voice, Swarm, and Boomerang.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#48) - After posting online, Squirrel Girl convinced her foes to retreat, stating they wouldn’t want to know what she was like if she actually wanted revenge. They returned to the blown-up apartment, where Mew was found okay, helped by squirrels including Archie. Squirrel Girl took Nancy, Tippy, Ken, Mary, and Tomas back to confront Morbeck in Central Park, where they were soon joined by Iron Man. Morbeck stole Iron Man's armor and then began calling herself Iron Ring before attacking with Whiplash, Leader, Baron Mordo, Fin Fang Foom, Taskmaster, Dormammu, M.O.D.O.K., and Doctor Doom. Brain Drain, in a new enhanced armor, was forced to attack his friends.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#49) - After interacting with Nancy and Tippy online, Squirrel Girl battled the Iron Ring. Many squirrels (including Chef Bill, Optinuts Prime, Emily’s Daughter, All of Earth’s Dark Matter, Elcid Barrett, and Friday, covered Nancy, Mary, and Tony in squirrels to protect them. After punching back Doctor Doom, Squirrel Girl was nearly overwhelmed in the battle, as Tippy-Toe severed Brain Drain’s brain from his robot body.

The Avengers (Black Panther/T’Challa, Blade/Eric Brooks, Captain America/Steve Rogers, Captain Marvel/Carol Danvers, Ghost Rider/Robbie Reyes, She-Hulk/Jennifer Walters, Thor/Odinson) then attacked, having been alerted to the battle by the media, but Morbeck summoned armor for the rest of her allies. After Doctor Doom hit Squirrel Girl with a mighty blast, she was thrilled to see more of her friends there to help, including Ratatoskr, Rhino, Ms. Chloe, Kraven the Hunter, Sentinel X-42903-22, G’illian Blax’zthor, Hippo, Sootori, the Chrrt-Chuk, Mole Man, Chef Bear, the Tree Lobster, and Alfredo the Chicken.

When Dr. Doom announced he set off a bomb to kill them all, they searched for it, but Squirrel Girl threw herself on the bomb to save her friends.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#50) - Squirrel Girl survived the bomb, and she was thrilled when Galactus showed up to help finish the battle.

Galactus froze time and prepared to consume the criminals, but Squirrel Girl asked to consult with him on the moon first, and he fixed her wounds and made her able to breathe in space while she got him to agree to just send the villains to prison instead.

Later, Doreen went to the ruins of their apartment with Nancy and they talked about their future together. Iron Man then assembled Squirrel Girl and her friends and publicly celebrated the heroism of Squirrel Girl.

(Gwenpool Strikes Back#3) - Gwenpool used her reality-altering powers to bring Squirrel Girl and others to a remote island, where she planned to manipulate the heroes into battling each other, but Squirrel Girl chose not to participate, feeling it would be unfair as she would defeat all of the others.

(Women of Marvel I#1/7) - Doreen returned home, avoiding several civilians asking for help with minor squirrel problems, and were working on the project when a series of robot cockroaches walked through the apartment, exciting Mew and Tippy-Toe. Black Widow then burst in, tracking the robots, and Doreen and Nancy joined her in following the robots to the base of the Mad Thinker, who was soon defeated.

(Marvel Meow Infinity Comic#9) - When a cat chased Tippy-Toe, Loki (as a cat) chased the cat, Jeff the Land-Shark chased Loki, Old Lace chased Jeff, Devil Dinosaur chased Old Lace, Ultron Dinosaur chased Devil, and Fin Fang Foom chased Ultron.     Although Doom escaped that encounter with Squirrel Girl and Iron Man in her first appearance, his faceplate was recovered and his ship was more than likely kept as well by Iron Man, so he should still have them in storage somewhere. Of course, Doom is notorious for booby-trapping his gadgets or rigging them with surveillance devices, so they may have been destroyed.

Will Murray takes credit for Squirrel Girl in the credits of the Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD: Empyre novel. He also reveals her real name in that issue.

A message from Squirrel Girl creator Will Murray:
Hi
Nice job on the Squirrel Girl profile. In case you don't know, there was a Squirrel Girl Fleer-Skybox card. Note that this artist assumes Squirrel Girl wears clown makeup, and painted her face blue.
Will was kind enough to scan the card.

In Marvel Age#124 (1993) - Squirrel Girl, Razorback, a gun-toting Frog-Man and gun-toting, leather jacket-wearing 3D Man banded together to form the Misfits. This was probably on an alternate Earth.

Squirrel Girl is seen on the cover of Avengers: The Initiative#1, she, however, doesn't appear in the issue.

Deadpool/GLI: Summer Fun Spectacular#1/2 (September, 2007) was reprinted in Wolverine & Deadpool: Decoy#1/2 (September, 2011).

narrative

Narrative prologues and out-of-story comments
Monkey Joe and Squirrel Girl have several narrative prologues and out-of-story comments that are probably not in-continuity. It usually involved Squirrel Girl complaining about violence or issues degrading to women, or of Monkey Joe telling people to eat more nuts.:

    GLA I#1-4
  1. Squirrel Girl introduced herself and Monkey Joe and cautioned kids not to try anything they saw in the comic. Grasshopper also appeared, telling Squirrel Girl that kids didn't read comics, and that fanboys were all overweight men in their thirties with poor hygiene.
Monkey Joe made several other appearances, encouraging fan boys to write in yo complain about Grasshopper's commentary, warning that child endangerment is never funny and that suicide is stupid because you don't get to eat any more nuts, commenting that product placement never hurt, and predicting that another GLA'er would die in #2.
  2. Squirrel Girl again reminded kids not to do anything they saw in the issue, like illegally downloading music from the internet. Monkey Joe backed her point, telling why doing this with music or comics was wrong. He also decried the Magnolia soundtrack, commented that the urban myth motif would only work for the first year of any character's continuity, noted that 5.8 seconds was a new record for the shortest membership on any team (following Grasshopper's death), and predicting that yet another GLA'er would die in the #3.
  3. Squirrel Girl and Big Bertha discussed how most comic book writers treat rape and violence towards women so cavalierly because they are overweight men in their thirties with bad hairlines who never got any action in high school (or college, Monkey Joe punctuated). Monkey Joe also cautioned kids not to play with scissors, declared that the Dr. Doom he and Squirrel Girl had defeated was not a Doombot, complained that a flashback within a flashback was poor storytelling.
  4. After Squirrel Girl found his body, his ghost told everybody that life was too short and that they should go outside and live. His final words of wisdom were, "but through the living, all live on. The ghosts of friendships and loves remembered. Take succor in that, while you can. For in the end, all that awaits you is there black, empty void of oblivion. And above all, remember: eat more nuts." When Squirrel Girl sent her squirrel army after Machete, exclaiming "This one's for Monkey Joe," he commented that it wasn't like it would bring him back or anything. He then headed off into the light...
As the GLA became the GLX, Tippy-Toe cried out, "Enough with all the doom and gloom! Let's dance!"

    GLX-MAS Special#1
  5. As they run into Thanos, "Here we go again."
  6. In response to the Flatman action figure, she told everyone, "Remember, always get your parents' permission before using scissors."

Online interactions - at the start of many Squirrel Girl issues, Squirrel Girl interacted with various people online, often tying into the main story somewhat. These typically serve as some sort of primer/refresher/recap/intro for the main story and may or may not completely fit chronologically with where they are placed.

Squirrel Girl attended the roast of Deadpool in an alternate reality tale in Deadpool III#45.

Though she was believed to be a mutant for a few years, her own series revealed that she was not and that the reason for her powers is a complete mystery.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#38) - Squirrel Girl dreamed that Ghost Rider could actually ride ghosts, and he rode a ghost triceratops called Triscareatops into battle.

--Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#38

Note: In an infinite Multiverse, every possible reality exists, and dreams have been shown to sometimes represent glimpses into such alternate realities.

So, Squirrel Girl-616 either glimpsed this reality, or this reality just parallels the reality about which she daydreamed.
