History: (Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#43 (fb) - BTS) - When the Frost Giants invaded Earth and took over North America, King Laufey assigned a group to go to northern Canada. Danielle and Gary were among them.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#43) - When Gary saw Squirrel Girl yelling at him, he flicked her away but then she climbed under his clothing to punch him, though he wasn't hurt. After Gary and Danielle kicked Squirrel Girl back and forth like a ball, the Asgardian Ratatoskr revealed herself.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#44) - Gary and Danielle found Ratatoskr and Squirrel Girl as adorable as action figures. When Gary picked them up and tried to crush them, Danielle came to help him but they started making out instead, allowing the two to escape. They evaded the Frost Giants for a while then tricked them into running into each other and the two Giants fell unconscious. They were then tied up and Squirrel Girl and Ratatoskr entered a local pub to question the locals (including Jack) about the Frost Giants.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#44) - When a small Canadian town was overrun with Frost Giants, Jack gathered with others at the local pub in Churchill, Manitoba to regroup. Squirrel Girl (using the name Scarlett Q. Goyle) and Ratatoskr (using the name Rachel Oskar) entered, showing the civilians that they'd tied up two Frost Giants up outside. Jack and the others were immediately suspicious and Ratatoskr taunted him into a fight.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#45 - BTS) - Squirrel Girl and Ratatoskr left the pub after ending the fight.
