History: (Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#41 (fb)) - Deadpool once encountered Ms. Quizzler and asked her a riddle of his own (Q: What's brown and sticky? A: A stick!). She found it ludicrously easy and insulted him. Later seeking to challenge some super heroes, Ms. Quizzler kidnapped randomly-selected Empire State University students Nancy Whitehead and Peter Parker (then physically separated from Spider-Man) and placed them in a large net in a room slowly filling with water.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#41) -Ms. Quizzler challenged a group of students on ESU's campus to the riddle of the Sphinx (Q: What walks on four legs in the morning, two at noon, and three in the evening? A: Man), but was interrupted by Squirrel Girl, who recognized the riddle easily. Shortly, She-Hulk and Thor, who had been on a date, arrived. She told them that she had hostages and presented them with riddles to suss out the hostages' identities. However, Curt Connors came out looking for Parker, alerting them to the identity of one of them; although she tied up and gagged Connors, Squirrel Girl quickly noted Nancy's absence and figured out that she was the second hostage. Irritated, she then presented the three heroes with a series of difficult logic puzzles and riddles...only for Whitehead and Parker to emerge, damp but unscathed, having been rescued by Squirrel Girl's squirrel partner Tippy-Toe and her squirrel friends. Utterly defeated and bound in squirrel-handcuffs, she expected to be handed over to the police but instead Squirrel Girl challenged her to use her great store of knowledge to solve the world's problems. She wandered off, seeking to improve herself.
