History: (Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#8) - Squirrel Girl, Chipmunk Hunk and the New Avengers responded to the threat of a giant tree lobster, a rare insect that had been grown to giant-size. With thick skin, super-strength and an imperviousness to harm, the Tree Lobster held its own against the heroes until Squirrel Girl befriended it. She assumed that the Tree Lobster had been genetically bred in a lab and that it had been exposed to Cosmic Rays by accident, causing it to grow to giant size. The heroes ordered food for the Tree Lobster to eat then planned to get Ant-Man to shrink it back to normal.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#49) - When Squirrel Girl was overwhelmed facing many of her enemies at once, many of her allies showed up all at once to aid her, including the giant Tree Lobster, Kraven the Hunter, Rhino, Ratatoskr, Ms. Chloe, Sentinel X-42903-22, G'illian Blax'zthor, Hippo, Sootori, Chef Bear, Alfredo the Chicken, Mole Man and the Chrrt-Chuk. (Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#50) - Galactus showed up to de-escalate the conflict and then sent all the operatives home, including the Tree Lobster.
