devil_girl-17885-chest-emblemHistory:
(Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur#21 (fb) - BTS) - Lunella Lafayette of Earth-17885 was shy and nerdy, but after she encountered the magical Moon Dinosaur, she adopted the alias "Devil Girl" and began causing all kinds of trouble for everyone.

(Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur#21 (fb) - BTS) - Devil Girl and Moon Dinosaur scared away an alien invasion.

(Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur#20) - The Omni-Wave projector powering her Moon Mobile affected by energies released by the irata Illa (Girl Moon), Moon Girl-616 and her partner, Devil Dinosaur-78411, were transported across the Multiverse to Reality-17885, and they arrived in Manhattan's Upper West Side, where they encountered Devil Girl and Moon Dinosaur; Devil Girl was less-than-pleased to see the new arrivals.

(Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur#21) - Devil Girl grilled Moon Girl with questions about her name, her place of origin, how she got there, and when she was leaving...which Devil Girl encouraged to be as soon as possible. When Moon Girl explained, Devil Girl considered alternate realities to be a little too far-fetched, and she asked, "What else you got?"

When Devil Girl insisted this was "her world," Moon Girl tried to placate her, telling her she could have it, but Devil Girl continued to feel threatened by her presence, leading to a physical confrontation between the two girls, as well as between Devil Dinosaur and Moon Dinosaur. After the girls' fight was broken up by an adult (wearing bunny ears), Moon Girl used her boot-springs to climb atop Devil Dinosaur's head, while Devil Girl got on top of Moon Dinosaur's head, as well. Seeking some peace to help her figure out how to return to her own reality, Moon Girl led Devil Dinosaur to flee, while Devil Girl decried her "cowardice" and insisted they could not hide from her and her dinosaur.

(Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur#21 - BTS) - Zoe and Eduardo -- counterparts to Lunella's Earth-616 friends -- led Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur to follow them into the subway to hide out from Devil Girl, and they traveled to the Workshop in the basement below PS 20. After Zoe noted Lunella-17885's history, Moon Girl considered that Devil Girl was a super-villain. Announcing that although the Omni-Wave Projector was probably cooled down enough that she and Devil Dinosaur could leave, she didn't want to leave this world to an evil version of herself, and she vowed to put an end to Devil Girl and Moon Dinosaur.

Zoe and Eduardo then clarified that Devil Girl was not evil, just more of a pain, but that she kept things interesting and that she always calmed down by Monday for school. Eduardo further noted that he felt that his Lunella would eventually turn into a "good guy,"

(Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur#21) - Once her Moon Mobile was functional again, Moon Girl met with Devil Girl, noting that she had been wrong in assuming her to be evil based on her name. Although Devil Girl continued to push a confrontation, Moon Girl advised her that you could know the right answer but get the question wrong, and that she should listen to her friends more often. Although Devil Girl insisted that Zoe and Eduardo were not her friends, Moon Girl told her she would miss them if they were gone. Devil Girl nonetheless argued that there was no one she would miss, silencing Moon Dinosaur when it replied to this, but Moon Girl put her hand on Devil Girl's shoulder and told her not to worry, as she would figure things out. devil_girl-17885-wave

As Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur departed, Devil Girl seemed a little sad to see her go. Waving goodbye, Devil Girl considered that "that Lunella" wasn't all bad...but that she also didn't seem all that smart to her.

Comments: Created by Brandon Montclare and Natacha Bustos.

Given that she is an alternate reality counterpart of Lunella-616, it is very likely that their physical stats match up and they have the same parents.
We don't know whether she has Inhuman heritage, whether she could exchange minds with Moon Dinosaur, and/or what level of technology she used/designed.

Devil Girl's reality was described only as a "Mirror Universe" in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur#21.
