Daredevil finally defeated the Devil, killing it with an arrow to one of his eyes.

(Daredevil I#177 - BTS) - Having briefly briefly lost his radar sense powers, Daredevil-616 confronted his fears in a dream that mirrored the events of the Devil-81297's battles with its reality's Daredevil and Battlin' Jack Murdock. Daredevil woke up with his powers restored.

Comments: Created by Frank Miller and Klaus Janson.

In an infinite multiverse, all possibilities exist and occur. Any events, be they dreams, fictional stories, etc. therefore are mirrored in some reality, and so these versions can be considered to represent the first appearance of the reality they mirror. In some cases, a character having a dream or writing a fictional story may glimpse the actual reality; in others, it may just be coincidence.
Additionally, the Devil of Reality-81297 and/or the dream of Daredevil-616 may be some creature associated with Nightmare or the Dreamscape.
