First AppearanceDark Guard#2 (November, 1993)

trusivor-egaliterns-eopia-dg2-upperPowers/Abilities: Trusivor did not demonstrate any superhuman abilities.

He appeared to have metallic pieces of unrevealed function and significance cover much of his chin portions of his lower jaw.

While he sought peace, he was willing to go to war to protect his people, and he was willing to have his agents kill would-be assassins.

Height: Unrevealed (approximately 5'9"; he seemed close to the height of Dark Angel, but they both had odd partially leaning over poses)
Weight: Unrevealed (approximately 170 lbs.)
Eyes: Unrevealed (apparently dark; possibly brown or black)
Hair: White/silver/gray/light blue...
Distinguishing features: Like other Eopians, Trusvior has prominent ridges/creases running around his forehead and extending down the bridge of his nose.

History:(Dark Guard I#2 (fb) - BTS) - Leader of the Egalitern sect on the planet Eopia, Trusivor was opposed by the Technarchy, led by chairman-prime Demogog Tansteele was chair-man prime, who had led his people to devote their efforts to the art of war for 30 years.

(Dark Guard I#1 (fb) - BTS / Dark Guard I#2 (fb) - BTS) - Conflicts between the Technarchy and Egaliterns escalated to the point that each force was capable of incinerating not only just one another but their entire world, Eopia.

(Dark Guard I#1 (fb) - BTS / Dark Guard I#2 (fb) - BTS) - Representing the Techno-Wizards of Earth's Mys-Tech, Gudrun Tyburn used an artificial replicant/golem of herself to establish a presence on Eopia, escalating the war between Egaliterns and Technarchy in effort to cause the planet's destruction via thermo-nuclear war.

(Dark Guard I#1 (fb) - BTS / Dark Guard I#2 (fb) - BTS / Dark Guard I#3 (fb) - BTS) <Last year (in relation to the main story; whatever a year is on Eopia)>- Mys-Tech "smart weapon" agents Permafrost and Sunder were sent to manipulate Trusivor and the Egaliterns, promising to help free their land from the Technarchy threat. In reality, the goal of these smart weapons was to precipitate the destruction of the Eopians via nuclear war.
Trusivor considered Permafrost and Sunder to be very plausible and genuine, and he was greatly impressed with their powers.

Similarly, Mys-Tech sent Collapsar to "aid" Tansteele and the Technarchy.

(Dark Guard I#3 (fb) - BTS) - As part of some "secret defense program," Sunder implanted three hundred empathic receptors deep in the planet's continental crust. These would absorb the death scream of Eopia as it perished in nuclear conflagration. Mys-Tech could then synthesize a raw, emotive force of pure death-agony to pay off Mys-Tech's debt to the Hell-lord Mephisto.trusivor-egaliterns-eopia-dg3-pf&s

(Dark Guard I#1 - BTS / (Dark Guard I#2 (fb) - BTS) - ) - The Time Guardian gathered the Dark Guard -- Albion, Stacy Arnheim, Death's Head, Killpower, Colonel Tigon Liger, Motormouth, and Ultra Marine -- to oppose Mys-Tech's becoming a universal threat and -- per the Time Guardian's Superconductor assistant -- to slay Collapsar.

(Dark Guard I#2 - BTS) - The Time Guardian's Superconductor assistant detailed the situation on Eopia and Mys-Tech's involvement.

(Dark Guard I#2 - BTS) - With Collapsar having captured Killpower and Liger for the Technarchy (and with Stacy Arnheim having seemingly perished upon exiting the Time Guardians' Null-Space ship), Albion, Dark Angel, and Ultra-Marine had Superconductor open a portal to Eopia to get them to Trusivor, who seemed open to reason; Death's Head and Motormouth instead traveled to the Technarchy's Helios Plateau to rescue their teammates.

(Dark Guard I#2) - Just outside Trusivor's mansion in the capital of the Egalitern bloc, in conventional humanoid forms, Permafrost and Sunder stood by Trusivor as he addressed his people. He noted that Eopia's future was hanging by a thread and that he if his upcoming meeting with the Technarchy ambassador amounted to naught, the Egalitern bloc would be at war with the Tech bloc.

As the aliens (Albion, Dark Angel, Ultra-Marine) approached Trusivor and Dark Angel noted they would speak with him, Trusivor called on Sunder and Permafrost to fulfill their apparently sworn duty to protect him and slay what he believed to be Technarchy assassins.
In response, Permafrost and Sunder assumed their massive true forms, intimidating the Dark Guard members.

(Dark Guard I#3) - After Trusivor repeated his instruction to Permafrost and Sunder, Albion tried to explain to Trusivor that he had mistaken their intentions, but Ultra-Marine flew in to confront the warriors, provoking the confrontation.

After a fierce but relatively brief struggle, the Dark Guard members destroyed both Mys-Tech
constructs/smart weapons, after which Dark Angel instructed Trusivor that they would now speak without further interference.

(Dark Guard I#3 (fb) - BTS) - Three hours later, Trusivor's staff showed Ultra-Marine some of the defense initiatives, at which point he found evidence of the 300 Mys-Tech weapons buried deep in the continental crust.

(Dark Guard I#3) - In Trusivor's office, Dark Angel and Albion revealed Permafrost and Sunder's true purpose, and Albion advised that the Egalitern and Technarchy must by reconciled soon, noting that both sides must see that mutual destruction can be the only result of their present confrontation. As Trusivor began to agree, they were interrupted by Ultra-Marine, who advised Dark Angel and Albion to come down to the war-rooms in the bunker below the mansion.

In the bunkers, Ultra-Marine revealed the Mys-Tech weapons, at which point the Gudrun Tyburn golem appeared and revealed the weapons' true purpose. Trusivor and the Dark Guard members looked on in shock as "Tyburn" revealed the Technarchy -- in response to the other half of the Dark Guard's assault on the Technarchy's Helios Plateau encampment -- had declared war on the Egaliterns, blaming them for the assault. As the Technarchy were launching their first strike and the Egalitern retaliation would be automatic, she noted that Eopia was finished.

(Dark Guard I#4) - After Death's Head, Liger, and Motormouth explosively destroyed Collapsar, an ensign reported the mysterious massive explosion on Helios Plateau to Trusivor, who confirmed that the Egalitern had not fired upon that base and noted that he suspected that the Technarchy may have accidentally detonated one of their own missiles in its silo. Correctly reasoning that the real Tyburn would not have risked coming to Eopia in person, Dark Guard prompted the Tyburn golem to reveal her true nature, transform into an insectoid smart weapon and attack; Dark Angel swiftly destroyed the Tyburn golem.

At Dark Angel's prompting, Trusivor ordered his ensign to broadcast a diplomatic initiative on all channels, suing the Technarchy bloc for peace unconditionally. They were interrupted by a transmission from Helios Plateau, and Death's Head confirmed that the explosion was caused by Collapsar's destruction at their hands.
Furthing noting that casualties had taken the fight out of the Technarchy and presuming Tansteele to have perished, Death's Head assessed the Technarchy to be amenable to peace negotiations with the Egaliterns. With other Technarchy officials en route to Helios Plateau and Trusivor ready to speak to his opposite number, however, a Technarchy soldier informed Death's Head that Tansteele was alive and had commandeered the command gunship and was refusing to acknowledge the Technarchy's hails.

Another Egalitern tech monitor then reported a launch alert, as two cruise missiles had left the Technarchy silos near Helios and they were targeting the Egalitern capital city; with impact in six minutes, the monitor considered them to be sitting ducks. As Tansteele had all the override protocols, those present at Helios base were unable to abort the launches.

(Dark Guard I#4 - BTS) - Wishing to bring in Tansteele alive, Liger had Clementine fire an electromagnetic pulse to target his ship's drive systems. After Tansteele's ship dropped back to the ground, Killpower punched him out. However, Liger notified Death's Head that he would not be able to crack the abort systems in time.

(Dark Guard I#4 - BTS) - Ultra Marine and Albion redirected the missiles toward space, and they detonated harmlessly upon reaching their operation ceiling.

(Dark Guard I#4 (fb) - BTS) - Tansteele was presumably imprisoned, while Demogog Montano became the new Technarchy leader.

(Dark Guard I#4) - Dark Angel introduced Trusivor to Montano, and they optimistically prepared to negotiate peace on Eopia. Trusivor's noted that he savored this historic moment, a sentiment Montano echoed.

Dark Angel then noted that diplomatic procedure was not the Dark Guard's strong point, and that from here on, it was all up to the two of them

After Montano replied that it was a challenge to which they rose,
Trusvior replied, "Of course."

Dark Angel advised them to get their world in order, or the Dark Guard would be back to show them what they were good at.

(Dark Guard I#4 - BTS) - Dark Guard departed, returning to the Time Guardian's base in No Space.

Comments: Created by Dan Abnett, Carlos Pacheco, and Oscar Jimenez under the Marvel UK imprint.

Upon seeing the approaching Dark Guard members, Trusivor exclaimed "Atoms and stripes!"

Albedo, derived from the Latin word meaning whiteness, is the ratio of the radiation (radiant energy or luminous energy) reflected by a surface to that incident on it. I'm not sure  that the Albedo Crux Cluster is a  known existing anatomical structure, and I would assume this was just a sci-fi use of a scientific term.

According to space.com a cluster of stars is a galaxy if it is held together by dark matter...there's more information on that, but it's beyond my Freshman astronomy I took back in 1988. Feel free to Google it for yourself, or to provide a layman's explanation for everyone else.
Other sources just note a cluster to be smaller than a galaxy, independent of the habitability of any stars in the cluster.
