Powers/Abilities: Scatter possessed superhuman speed allowing him to walk up walls with ease. He created a shrill sound (screeeeeee) that caused disorientation, confusion and madness. He apparently also released stygian mist from his body, which manifested itself as a trail behind him while running. He was also an expert in finding ways into the most secure places.

History:
(Doctor Strange: Sorcerer Supreme#60) - Scatter found a way into the Sanctum Sanctorum, breaking through a wall behind a radiator. The Shadowside's mist started seeping in behind him. The erratic Scatter gleefully started running through the Sanctum Sanctorum to turn it into a holy ground for the Lilin by spreading stygian mist released as a trail behind him throughout the building. Scatter kept avoiding the Midnight Sons' attacks. Blaze missed with the Hellfire shotgun, Vengeance with his bone-whip and Buchanan him with a shotgun before King, Blaze, Ghost Rider and Vengeance worked together to hunt the little critter down. The shrill noise created by him caused Ghost Rider to go bloodthirsty and King to lose his ability to shapeshift while Blaze plugged his ears to avoid confusion. They failed to catch up to Scatter, who was thanked by his sister Nil for helping her gain entry to the Sanctum Sanctorum.
(Ghost Rider/Blaze: Spirits of Vengeance#17) - Scatter was among the Lilin sucked back to the Shadowside when Blaze, Ghost Rider and Vengeance closed the rift between Earth and the Shadowside Realm.
