History:
(Nightstalkers#14) - Bad Timing was a Lilin, who escaped the Shadowside Realm through a portal at Cypress Hills Cemetery. He followed the Nightstalkers through the spreading mist into the city and attacked Drake first. Bad Timing used his power to shift through time to his advantage. Blade's dagger flew right through Bad Timing, who then blocked Blade's sword attack and then knocked him to the ground. Drake then used his Exorcist gun on Bad Timing, but Bad Timing avoided it and reappeared behind Drake and after hitting Drake several times tried to choke him out. To Bad Timing's surprise the vampire Hannibal King jumped him and due to his vampiric nature time meant nothing to him, which enabled him to touch Bad Timing. They fought for a moment until Ghost Rider hit Bad Timing with his chain to get Bad Timing off of King. Bad Timing then fled back into the mist.

(Darkhold: Pages from the Book of Sins#15) - Bad Timing joined a large group of Lilin in an attack on the Midnight Sons at the Brooklyn Bridge. Drake recognized him from their previous encounter and told Hastings not to bother trying to hit him with her revolver because only his Exorcist gun would be able to hit him (which it failed to do previously). Hastings didn't care and started shooting in random directions. Approaching her Bad Timing mocked her, but was hit by one of the random bullets previously fired, which distracted him long enough for Drake to take him down with the Exorcist gun.

Comments: Created by Steven Grant, Andrew Wildman & Frank Turner.

He changed a lot between appearances. That luscious green hair in his second appearance is a bit more than the small tuft he previously had. These issues were published in the same month.
