History: (Major X#6 (fb) - BTS) - Nathan Summers was the son of Madelyne Pryor, though he considered Jean Grey to be his true mother.
(X-Force: Killshot Anniversary Special#1 (fb) - BTS) - He became a time-traveler known as Cable and fathered a son, Tyler, in the distant future, who was later killed.

(Deadpool Team-Up III#4 (fb) - BTS) - Baron Skagerackrakor of Rammatpolen used a clutch of dragon eggs retrieved from the Weirdworld to splice his Dragon Riders with dragon DNA, creating a race of Dragon Men. The army of fire-breathing warriors invaded the Earth dimension and overwhelmed its defenders and cities. Cable took command of the scattered resistance forces and identified the exact point in the timeline which led to this.
(Deadpool Team-Up III#3) - Cable, Major X, and Lady Deadpool traveled back into the past of Earth-616 to stop Deadpool from tampering with the dragon eggs on Weirdworld.
(Deadpool Team-Up III#4) - Major X engaged Deadpool, while Lady Deadpool tackled with Wade's companion Wolverine, until Cable stopped the fighting by firing his giant gun and explained their mission. The dragon eggs remained undisturbed on Weirdworld, preventing the Dragon Wars from occurring on Earth-616 and other realities. Cable's own future still existed and was under siege, so he recruited Deadpool, Wolverine and their ally Dragon Lord to travel with them to Earth-19647 and fight against the Dragon Men. Cable's group returned to their time and found the Resistance pinned down by the Dragon Men. Cable reported to General Shatterstar that he had brought new bodies to the fight, while the X-Command had brought the last remaining Resistance warriors to the main base to make the final stand. Baron Skagerackrakor taunted the Resistance, but Cable only gave a short rousing speech before leaping into battle.
(Deadpool Team-Up III#5) - As the battle raged on, Cable stared a giant dragon in the face, daring it to fight him. Deadpool then lost track of Cable for the remainder of the battle. Dragon Lord defeated Baron Skagerackrakor and used his dragonstaff to return himself, Wolverine, and Deadpool back to their proper time.
(Major X#2-5 - BTS) - The Atlanteans betrayed the mutants, kidnapping X-Ential and escaping into the past of Earth-616. Without X-Ential, the X-Istence collapsed, and Major X and M'koy were left as the only survivors by escaping into the past.
(Major X#6) - As Major X, M'koy and the Earth-616 X-Men battled Namor-19647, his children Lora and Nomar, and a Sea Leviathan to protect the X-Ential, Cable recruited Deadpool-616 and brought him to join the fight. He and Deadpool went after Dreadpool, who was fighting Jean Grey-616, and pummeled him down, allowing Major X to land a direct shot on the villain. Dreadpool then teleported away, and Cable tended to the past version of his mother. Major X ended the fight by defeating Namor, who along with his children was teleported away by X-Ential to face justice. The X-Istence remained destroyed, and Cable consoled his son about the future, saying that it always contained unexpected opportunities. While Alexander shared a moment with the past version of his mother, Cable told Storm-616 that the details of their relationship were best left undisclosed. Cable, Major X, and M'koy then departed through a portal back to their future.
(X-Force: Killshot Anniversary Special#1) - To stop Stryfe's latest doomsday weapon, Cable-616 handpicked the most lethal members of the X-Force from across the timeline, including Cable-19647 who convinced his younger self to bring in Major X as well. They assembled at Graymalkin II, where Cable-616 gave a brief layout of their target, Asteroid S. With exactly 11 minutes before the full activation of MLF's techno-organic cannon, the X-Force teleported in and engaged the enemy. Cable-19647 ordered Cannonball to leave the foot soldiers to Domino and Shatterstars and instead to clear the path to Stryfe at the center of the satellite. Shatterstar-616 and Domino-11111 both noted how Cable-19647 fought with more ferocity that the versions they knew.
After Major X defeated and killed MLF's Reaper, older Cable asked his younger self whether Alexander had passed the test. Cable-616 responded that Reaper was no match for Stryfe and regretted allowing Major X onto the mission. Cable's father countered that Alexander was different from Tyler and was the mission's best chance at success. Cable-616, Cable-19647, and Major X breached Stryfe's command center with less than 3 minutes before his weapon razed the planet. Stryfe found enough time to do some monologuing before firing an energy blast at older Cable's face. Major X, who had full control over his techno-organic virus, interfaced with the weapon and disabled it, damaging both Stryfe and Zero in the process. Dreadpool teleported in and tried to stop Major X but was taken out by additional X-Force reinforcements. A negative-colored version of Zero then appeared and took both Stryfe and Zero away, leaving the X-Force with a cryptic warning.
Comments: Created by Rob Liefeld. In Major X#6, Alexander
mentions his brother and sisters. Judging from the context, he seems to
be speaking about his family specifically, and not just his fellow
mutants in general, however no other information about them is provided.
His reality's version of Scott Summers (Cyclops) is
presumably his father, as he is supposed to be a future version of
Cable, although this was not confirmed in-story.--Snood
In his appearance in Major X#6 this Cable appears gigantic when seen next to Deadpool and Jean Grey. X-Force: Killshot Anniversary Special#1 confirms this is not merely due to Rob Liefeld's art style, as Cable-19647 is indeed shown to be significantly taller than Cable-616 when the two of them appear together.
In Deadpool Team-Up III Cable has more regular size and appearance yet still refers to Earth-19647 as his future. Because Cable is famously a time-traveler, it would not be unusual for Major X to team up with his father out of order, so those events are placed earlier in the history.
Dreadpool may or may not be Earth-19647 counterpart of Deadpool. His costume is extremely similar (with only the addition of shoulder pads), he speaks in the same yellow balloons and exhibits a similar personality. However, when he is finally unmasked, his face is not shown to the reader, while the reaction of Deadpool-616 is kept vague, preserving the mystery. The same applies to M'koy, who resembles Hank McCoy in nearly all aspects yet refused to confirm his identity when asked about it directly.
X-Force: Killshot Anniversary Special#1 ends on an open note, leaving the origin and motivation of the alternate Zero who was behind both Stryfe and Dreadpool a mystery. The significance of two other versions of Major X being on the team is not addressed.
