History:
(Incredible Hulk II Annual#19 (fb) - BTS) - Hunter Technologies was a
machine parts manufacturing company that supplied machine parts to
various corporations. They worked with McCarthy Industries, completely
unaware that McCarthy was a dummy corporation set up so the secret
Pantheon group could purchase supplies.
(Incredible Hulk II Annual#19 (fb)) - The Pantheon's Hector arrived at a Hunter Technologies facility to supervise a delivery from Hunter when crates being floating through the air and hitting the ground. The parts inside the Hunter crates soon formed into a humanoid form calling itself Lazarus and warned Hector against further dealings with Hunter Technologies.
(Incredible Hulk II Annual#19) - After the injured
Hector returned to the Pantheon and informed the Hulk of what had
happened, Hulk (disguising himself as McCarthy Industries' "Mr.
Bergen") contacted Jack Cameron at Hunter Technologies, who apologized
profusely for the incident. When Cameron admitted they should have been
more forthcoming regarding recent bizarre attacks on Hunter
Technologies, Hulk/"Mr. Bergen" remarked that Hunter was simply afraid
that being honest about the situation would cost them business then
asked Cameron to fully explain what had been going on. Cameron
explained how the attacks had made Hunter Technologies suspect some
sort of corporate sabotage on the level of a supervillain, prompting
Hulk to arrange a new a delivery intended to trap this Lazarus person
who seemed to be the attacker. When Cameron mentioned Hunter would
handle things to leave no electronic trace, Hulk/"Mr. Bergen" suggested
instead that Hunter leave the delivery in their computers in case
Lazarus was tuned into Hunter Technologies' computer systems. Cameron
responded that Lazarus might suspect a trap and had the power to back
up his confidence but "Mr. Bergen" responded that he had been pretty
confident himself in the past.
The Hulk then
arranged for Pantheon member Ulysses to drive a truck out to the
McCarthy Industries airfield in a Hunter Technologies truck to lure
Lazarus out of hiding. As predicted, Lazarus attacked the Hunter
Technologies truck and the Hulk soon intervened. During the subsequent
battle, Lazarus telekinetically crushed the Hunter Technologies truck
and ultimately defeated the Hulk, later paying a visit to Mr. Cameron
at Hunter Technologies' headquarters that night. Revealing his plans to
take down Hunter Technologies slowly by closing off their business
trade and costing them customers, Lazarus announced his plans to take
Cameron out ahead of schedule due to Cameron's supposed hiring of
mercenaries. Unaware of any mercenaries due to the Pantheon's secret
dummy company that dealt with Hunter, Cameron was nearly strangled to
death by his own tie until widow Rosalind Hunter entered the room and
demanded Lazarus release Cameron, recognizing Lazarus' eyes as
belonging to her supposedly deceased husband Todd. Lazarus was soon
interrupted when the Hulk smashed his way into Hunter Technologies and
the two began to fight. During the battle, Rosalind Hunter expressed
her suspicions to Jack Cameron that Lazarus was her husband Todd and
Cameron grabbed a gun, intending to stop Todd Hunter once and for all.
When Hulk gained the upper hand, he demanded to know why Lazarus had a
grudge against Hunter Technologies and Lazarus suggested the Hulk asked
Jack and Rosalind about Todd Hunter's final days. Before Lazarus could
say more, Cameron shot him, exclaiming that Lazarus was dangerous, but
the Hulk then began to suspect more to the story and asked Cameron
about Todd Hunter.
Rosalind admitted that killing her husband Todd was all her idea, as she had grown to hate living with the invalid Todd, and Lazarus replied by telling Rosalind to drop dead as he telekinetically lifted the entire Hunter Technologies building. The mortally wounded Lazarus then telekinetically shot Jack Cameron with Cameron's own gun before losing his telekinetic grip on the Hunter Technologies, dropping and smashing it. In the Hunter Technologies building rubble, Rosalind found the deceased Jack Cameron and the Hulk ordered her to confess her crimes to the arriving police before leaping off to find Lazarus.
(Incredible Hulk II Annual#19 / 2 - BTS) - Todd's son
Hank
visited the wreckage of the mansion in which his father Todd had been
killed and as he got back into his car, he wondered what he would do
with his father dead, his mother implicated in the murder and Hunter
Technologies probably going under.

Given that the company was called Hunter Technologies and that Todd and Rosalind Hunter's son Hank was worried about the company going under, it stands to reason that Hunter Technologies was likely a company ran by the Hunter family, though this is never stated outright. We know Todd was some sort of invalid before being killed so that doesn't sound like he would've been in a position to be the head of the company. I suppose it's possible Rosalind might've controlled the company in Todd's place but by the time Todd returns as Lazarus, Jack Cameron, whom Rosalind was having an affair with, SEEMED to be head of the company. We don't have any clarification but sounds as the Hunter family, if not Todd himself, might have founded Hunter Technologies and certainly Jack Cameron took over after Todd's death, leading to Lazarus' revenge scheme against the company. Perhaps Rosalind took over the company in the invalid Todd's absence and, following Todd's death, Rosalind arranged for Jack Cameron to be moved to a higher up position, allowing her to take a back seat position as an owner of some sort while Jack Cameron managed the day-to-day activities. That might explain why Hank Hunter was worried about his mother being implicated in his dad's death and the future of Hunter Technologies...then again, I suppose anyone would be nervous that their mom was accused of murder! Hank seemed to only be worried about the money side of things anyway though I suppose IF Hunter Technologies was a family-run company, Hank was probably next in line to take over the company with Jack Cameron dead and his mom likely in prison...maybe things are finally coming up Hank!
There really weren't any great
shots of the entirety of Hunter Technologies. We mostly just see Jack
Cameron a lot and there's a single page where we see the Hunter Tech
delivery staff but no group shots of the entire company...

McCarthy Industries was a dummy corporation founded by the Pantheon for use in their purchase of machine parts from Hunter Technologies. Utilizing McCarthy Industries, the Pantheon arranged for a delivery of machine parts and the Pantheon's Hector arrived to supervise the delivery, only to be attacked by Lazarus, drawing the attention of the Hulk to Hunter Technologies. Determined to get to the bottom of the recent attacks by Lazarus, the Hulk arranged a new delivery from Hunter Technologies to McCarthy Industries' private airfield in an attempt to lure Lazarus out of hiding.
