History:
(Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat#1 (fb) - BTS) - Anastasia, or Ana, Kravinoff grew up with her mother, Sasha, while her father, Sergei (the famous Kraven the Hunter) was off on various hunts. Ana was provided with a fine education, including a French tutor.

(Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat#1 (fb)) - Ana was introduced to Vasili Holpkin Sidorov, the nephew of her French tutor, and they reviewed a book of treasures that had been stolen from Russian families by the Bolsheviks.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#635 (fb) - BTS) - Years after Sergei Kravinoff took his own life, Sasha put together a complex plan to restore Sergei to life, realizing that he was connected to Spider-Man.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#565 (fb) - BTS) - Setting up a high end residence for herself in New York City, Ana tracked Spider-Man for three days, fighting off the urge to kill him. She soon believed his real identity was Vin Gonzales.

(Amazing Spider-Man: Extra!#3/3 (fb) - BTS) - Ana took pictures of Spider-Man and gathered intel, keeping it in a base in the tunnels. Ana wired the base with explosives.

(Amazing Spider-Men I#565 (fb)) - Ana observed Spider-Man and Daredevil in a fight with Fracture. Later, after gathering intel, she opened fire on Peter Parker (Vin's roommate) and civilian Mike at a comic book store. As they fled, she fired wooden stakes and a net at them. Later, she attacked Vin Gonzales in his apartment building, and instructed him to put on his Spider-Man uniform, then she knocked him out.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#566 (fb) - BTS) - Ana purchased some MGH to use in her plot.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#565) - Vin woke up in the sewers, strung from the ceiling, as Ana revealed herself.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#566) - Ignoring Vin's protests that he was not Spider-Man, Ana beat him and ordered him not to die until she was ready. Realizing Vin didn't seem to have any spider-powers, Ana injected him with MGH to get him up to fighting strength, but just then Vermin attacked with an army of rats, furious that Ana was in his sewers. Ana fought off Vermin, who escaped when "Spider-Man" broke free. Ana then took "Spider-Man" to the sewers, telling him to run so she could hunt him, threatening to kill his loved ones if he didn't.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#567) - Ana tracked "Spider-Man" in the sewers, sparring with him, but soon "Daredevil" (Peter Parker in a different costume) attacked, and Ana fought him using Krav Maga and bolas. Ana was covered in webbing, and she shocked the others when she used super-strength to break free, a result of chemicals she was taking. When Vermin attacked Ana again, "Spider-Man" and "Daredevil" escaped. Ana captured Vermin and returned him to her mother, who was proud of Ana for her accomplishments, commending her for being more like her father than she thought.

(Amazing Spider-Man: Extra!#3/3 (fb) - BTS) - Ana's mother took Ana back to their penthouse apartment in New York, and Ana was ordered to stay there with the captive Vermin. She hated being there.

(Amazing Spider-Man: Extra!#3/3) - Ana heard Vermin ranting and she realized that she had gotten Spider-Man's identity wrong, and that the "Daredevil" who had attacked her had actually been Spider-Man. Ana rushed back to the tunnels to gather her things in case Spider-Man returned, and she found Spider-Man there. Spider-Man asked Ana if she was Kraven's daughter, but she pushed a button and blew up the base. As she watched Spider-Man swing away, she began planning her revenge.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#600/11) - At her mother's order, Ana captured Madam Web (Cassandra Webb), who seemed to lack her precognitive skills when it came to Ana. Mrs. Kraven told Ana she did a great job.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#606 (fb) - BTS) - Ana and her mother kept Madame Web captive for weeks, disoriented with drugs.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#606) - At her mother's request, Ana fed Madame Web a mystic spider, inspiring Web's visions, and then Ana questioned Web about Spider-Man.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#607) - After Spider-Man defeated Diablo in a battle, Mrs. Kraven sent Ana to recruit Diablo.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#611 (fb) - BTS) - Ana spent weeks torturing and training Madame Web, making sure she was compliant and reporting about possible futures.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#611) - At Mrs. Kraven's instruction, Ana called Deadpool to hire him, then she asked her mother for praise. Later, while Deadpool distracted Spider-Man, Ana attacked Spider-Woman (Mattie Franklin). Ana returned Spider-Woman to her mother, who was pleased.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#617) - Ana continued taunting and torturing Madame Web.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#626) - Ana and her mother hired Scorpion (Carmilla Black) to continue manipulating Spider-Man.

(Spider-Man: Grim Hunt - The Kraven Saga#1) - Ana, Sasha, and Chameleon taunted their captives, Madame Web and Spider-Woman.

(Spider-Man: Origin of the Hunter#1 (fb)) - Ana found her father's journal among her mother's supplies and read it, learning about his obsessions with stalking prey before attacking them. She learned about his life, then spent time stalking Spider-Man, watching him in a battle against Blue Shield and Jackpot once.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#630) - Ana and Sasha continued to monitor events, through Madame Web's visions, and manipulate them where they saw fit.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#631 (fb) - BTS) - Ana went hunting for Kaine, the clone of Spider-Man, and she killed some transients as she searched for him.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#631) - Kaine found Ana standing over corpses and she attacked him directly, but he distracted her by burning her face with an acid touch, then fled. Alyosha Kravinoff found Ana and told her the Lizard needed to be fed. Later, at her mother's orders, Ana kidnapped Billy Connors, the son of the Lizard, and set him up for the Lizard to attack and kill, helping one of Madame Web's prophecies come true.

(Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat#1/2) - After hearing Madame Web cry out, Ana, flanked by Sasha and Chameleon, checked on her, and Ana continued to torture her.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#634) - Ana and Sasha met with Alyosha at the grave of Vladimir Kravinoff.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#634 - BTS) - Using intel from Madame Web, Ana (carrying large knives) and Alyosha savagely attacked, deeming him unworthy of death as he was only a clone of a clone. Instead, Ana stabbed him, promising him that he'd gain life when it was all over.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#634) - When Ana and Alyosha attacked Arachne, Spider-Man aided Arachne in fighting back. Quoting poetry about spiders, Ana attacked, but kept getting knocked back by webbing. Soon, they returned to Vladimir's grave with Sasha, Electro, and Diablo, and saw Spider-Woman (Mattie Franklin) sacrificed to raise Vladimir from the dead. Vladimir cam back as a leonine beast, and Sasha realized that only the death of Spider-Man himself could raise Sergei from the dead.

(Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat#2) - Ana hired Vasili Sidorov to seek out the fortunes that were once stolen from her mother's family. He brought her acquired books, but she mostly wanted one particular sword.

(Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat#3) - Sidorov visited Ana and attempted to flirt, but she rebuffed him, focusing on the mission ahead. Later, Sidorov attempted to deliver many of the family's acquired relics, including the sword, as well as the captive Black Cat. Sasha quickly exposed the Black Cat as an imposter, Tami, and the sword as a fake. Ana wondered if the real Black Cat was trying to play them.

(Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat#4) - Ana and Alyosha saw Sasha confront Sidorov and the fake Black Cat, Tami. An explosion hit the house, and Ana and Alyosha ran to make sure that Madame Web was protected.

(Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat#4 - BTS) - Ana consulted with Madame Web and realized that things were escalating.

(Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat#4) - Ana rushed back to Sasha and realized that Sasha's wedding ring had been stolen off her finger.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#635) - Sasha ordered Ana (who'd painted a mask on her face), Vladimir, and Alyosha to go out and hunt more spiders. They attacked Arana in Central Park, but Spider-Man, Kaine, and Arachne helped save her. Before the Kravens fled, Ana stabbed Kaine in the shoulder, and promised Spider-Man he would die that night. Mysterio and Chameleon, posing as Ezekiel, led Spider-Man into a trap, where the Kravens waited near Sergei's grave. Spider-Man knocked Ana and Alyosha's heads together before Sasha shot the hero, then Ana and the others took turns stabbing Spider-Man. Spider-Man bled out on Sergei's grave, and Sergei was resurrected.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#636) - Sergei was shocked to see how much Ana had grown. As he adapted to being back to life, Sergei was furious to see what had become of Vladimir. Ana tried asking Sergei what was wrong, then she stabbed him when he prepared to attack her, causing Sergei to be proud of her. Sasha was furious, believing that Sergei's wound was fatal, but he found himself healed, realizing that he was now immortal and couldn't die. Sergei furiously confronted Sasha as he revealed they hadn't sacrificed Spider-Man to save him, but Kaine in a Spider-Man costume.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#637) - Kraven took command of his family and prepared for the arrival of Spider-Man. When Alyosha and Chameleon began arguing, Ana threw a knife at them to stop it. After Sasha killed Madame Web in a moment of fury, Spider-Man savagely attacked, badly hurting Alyosha and Sasha as Ana tried ineffectively to defend them. Spider-Girl fought back against Ana as Kraven tried provoking Spider-Man into killing him, realizing that he could now only die at the hands of the hero, but Spider-Man refused.

(Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat#4 (fb) - BTS) - Ana learned that Sidorov had been seeking to win Ana over for years, and it made Ana furious.

(Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat#4) - Ana, under her father's direction, went after Sidorov and killed him for his betrayals.

(Amazing Spider-Man I#637) - Kraven took his family to the Savage Land where they could be properly tested as hunters, then he killed Sasha for her betrayals, and killed Vladimir to put him out of his misery. Ana promised to be the superior hunter over Alyosha and Vladimir, then rushed off, eager to prove herself.

(Heroic Age: Villains#1 - BTS) - Captain America wrote about Ana Kraven in a report about villains.

(Spider-Girl II#4 (fb)) - Ana hunted down Alyosha in the Savage Land, seemingly killing him.

(All-New Inhumans#7 (fb) - BTS) - Ana and Sergei went hunting in Mozambique, where she heard of an ancient civilization of "wizards and monsters," a civilization that had long gone missing.

(Spider-Girl II#4 (fb) - BTS) - Sergei returned Ana to New York City, where they moved into a family home while he continued training her. He grew frustrated with her lack of progress.

(Spider-Girl II#4) - When Ana offered to go after Spider-Man to prove her worth to her father, he chose to send her after Spider-Girl instead, ordering Ana to kill her. Ana killed guards at the police station to free Mike National from his cell, having heard about his recent defeat at the hands of Spider-Girl, and she questioned then seemingly killed him. She soon tracked Spider-Girl during a battle she was having with Screwball, and Ana questioned civilian Crawdad as she followed the clues. Ana soon attacked Spider-Girl on a rooftop, realizing only then that Spider-Girl had been aware Ana was tracking her, and she had been led into a trap.

(Spider-Girl II#5) - Spider-Girl lectured Ana on handling her trauma more appropriately and taking responsibility for her previous crimes, even as she stole Ana's knife. Ana got her knife back and threw a civilian from the balcony to distract Spider-Girl, but Ana was overwhelmed by the security systems at the Baxter Building when Spider-Girl got too close to the building. Ana tried ending the fight, but Spider-Girl pressed the attack, taking it to the tops of cars on the busy highway. Ana ended up getting dragged behind a cab before being knocked out, then she was arrested.

(Scarlet Spider II#6 (fb) - BTS) - Having learned that Kaine was still alive, Kraven ordered Ana to hunt him but keep him alive. Ana tracked Kaine down and observed his life for a time, finding the things and people that made him vulnerable.

(Scarlet Spider II#6) - Ana attacked Kaine, now known as the Scarlet Spider, at a crowded club in Dallas, and she slashed at him with a poisoned knife, sedating him slightly as she set off a bomb among the civilians, clearing the club out. In the middle of the fire, Ana savagely attacked, but had to be saved by Kaine when the ceiling collapsed on them. Ana called Kaine weak and told him that her father was coming for him as she fled. Ana reported back to Kraven, wondering if he would kill her, but he told her they needed to hunt.

(Scarlet Spider II#23 (fb) - BTS) - Kraven ordered Ana to stab him in the heart, and she did, then he realized again he could only die at the hands of Spider-Man. He began eyeing the Scarlet Spider, Spider-Man's clone.

(Scarlet Spider II#16) - Kraven and Ana watched Scarlet Spider spar with the Armadillo at a rodeo in Dallas.

(Scarlet Spider II#21) - Ana began kidnapping people close to Kaine, including Dr. Donald Meland, Wally Layton (killing his dog Buddy), Annabelle Adams, and Aracely Penalba, as her father confronted Kaine wearing an old Spider-Man uniform.

(Scarlet Spider II#22) - As they lured Kaine into a trap at the zoo, Ana slashed at him with a knife and then fled, leaving Kaine weaker. Kaine was incredibly worried over his friends, and Ana bragged that all of them were going to die. Kaine savagely attacked her, but he stopped short of killing her, realizing that she was trying to provoke him into madness. Kaine webbed Ana up and took her with him to find Kraven, who was standing in front of Kaine's four captured friends. Kraven revealed that he was trying to provoke Kaine into killing him.

(Scarlet Spider II#23) - Ana listened in anger as her father demanded that Kaine kill him before he killed one of Kaine's friends. Ana broke free and demanded she be the one to kill her father, but he struck her, reminding her that could not happen. When Kaine refused to kill Kraven, Kraven ordered Ana to kill one of Kaine's friends, and she gladly disembowled Meland as the others cried out in horror. Ana was then horrified as Kaine appeared to kill Kraven with a deadly blow, and she rushed to tend to her father while Kaine tended to Meland. Ana rushed at Kaine in a rage, but he cut her across her face as he pushed her back. He then revived Kraven once again, saying the link between them was severed. Kaine and Ana departed.

(All-New Inhumans#9 (fb)) - Wanting to prove to herself that she was more like her father and less like her mother, who she considered a betrayer, Ana went to Paris to murder her mother's sisters. While there, she saw the remains of the Inhuman husks from her mother's sisters, who had been exposed to the Terrigen Mists before dying from the change to Inhuman form. Ana realized that she had Inhuman genes on her mother's side and grew furious and ashamed.

(All-New Inhumans#9 (fb) - BTS) - Ana found Sergei and told him about her Inhuman nature, and he tried to kill her, so she fled.

(All-New Inhumans#6 (fb) - BTS) - Ana went to Crystal of the Inhumans and asked for support in staying out of the Terrigen Cloud. Crystal agreed to help Ana, and asked her to help find the missing Inhuman civilization of Utolan. Ana agreed and returned to Crystal after a time with news of the civilization in Mozambique.

(All-New Inhumans#6) - Crystal introduced Ana to Flint.

(All-New Inhumans#7) - Ana accompanied the Inhumans (Flint, Crystal, Gorgon, Swain) to Mozambique, where she took Flint and Gorgon into the wilderness and set off a series of land mines that had been set up to protect the city. Ana guided them up a rock wall, navigating other traps, including hallucinogenic plants, before they were attacked by the warrior Ikelli, and Ana briefly sparred with her. They were greeted by representatives of Utloan, including Daya of the Maternal Council of Elders, and the city's champions. Inside the city, they were told of its history, and Ana saw Flint meet his birth mother, Irellis.

(All-New Inhumans#8 (fb) - BTS) - Ana snuck away from the others and observed the Utolans.

(All-New Inhumans#8) - Ana quietly approached Flint and asked him to cover for her while she investigated Utolan; before she left, she told him how she had once killed her own half-brother. Ana used a handful of dust and a syringe to defeat a few Utolan guards while she broke into a medical facility, then she demanded their lead geneticist be brought to her.

(All-New Inhumans#9 (fb) - BTS) - Ana met Sanara and asked for help in removing her Inhuman genes. Sanara had an Inhuman sedate Ana instead and performed an operation on her to remove some of her genes.

(All-New Inhumans#9) - Ana woke up on the operating table and realized Sanara had operated on her. Sanara announced that they planned to use Ana's genes for breeding in Utolan, and that they still planned to subject her to Terrigenesis. Breaking her own wrist to escape her restraints, Ana killed the sedating Inhuman with a blade to the brain, then she blew up the lab with a manufactured bomb while Sanara escaped. Later, Flint found Ana in hiding and she told him what had happened to her, then she lashed out at Flint, thinking him an enemy. Flint defended himself against her, then he offered to stand with her against the Utolans.

(All-New Inhumans#10) - Determined to destroy the samples of her blood that had been taken, considering them an abomination, Ana defeated the guards surrounding Sanara, then she pursued Sanara into the wilderness, where the Terrigen Cloud soon descended on them, and Ana felt herself changing into an Inhuman cocoon.

(Spider-Man/Deadpool#12) - Ana was hanging out in a bar when Spider-Man and Deadpool entered with Saturn. They watched the heroes play games.

(Sinister War I#3) - Ana Kraven stayed involved in the chaotic battle.

Ana's picture was seen on a monitor on the cover of Thunderbolts I#156 (June, 2011), but she was not inside the issue and therefore never became part of that iteration of the Thunderbolts team.
