History:

(Blade III#10 (fb) - BTS) - Spider-Man foiled Fracture's attempted bank robbery, sending the villain on a destructive rampage.

(Blade III#10) - Catching up with Fracture, who was using his powers to shatter buildings, Spider-Man caught falling debris with his webbing and tried to contain Fracture by webbing his arms together. Tearing the webbing apart, Fracture closed in on Spider-Man, threatening to use his powers to shatter Spider-Man's skull. Blade, having tracked Spider-Man down to ask questions about a prior encounter, shot Fracture with four dozen non-lethal tranquilizer dart, stopping him.

(Amazing Spider-Man II#565 (fb) - BTS) - Spider-Man encountered Fracture at least once more, during another attempted bank robbery. (see comments)

(Amazing Spider-Man II#565) - While attempting to use his powers to demolish a construction site as part of an insurance scam, Fracture encountered Spider-Man and Daredevil. While using his powers to harden and shatter Spider-Man's webbing, Fracture was blindsided by Daredevil, who proved little match for Fracture's enhanced strength. Sensing Fracture's attentions focused on Daredevil, Spider-Man leapt in to stop Fracture, who caught Spider-Man and threw him at Daredevil. While his adversaries recovered, Fracture used his powers to shatter a crane, so focused on his task that Daredevil was able to knock him from his platform with his baton. Landing in a patch of wet cement, Fracture was unconscious long enough for police to arrive.

Comments: Created by Marc Guggenheim (writer) and Howard Chaykin (art)

What Blade and Spider-Man (wearing his black suit) did with Fracture following their encounter with him is unrevealed, but I assume it involved webbing and a lamppost. Call it a hunch.

In Amazing Spider-Man II#565, it's implied that Spider-Man has encountered Fracture on several occasions. It's unclear if Spider-Man is simply referring to his sole encounter with Fracture; equally unclear is when these multiple encounters would have occurred. For the sake of simplicity it's assumed they occurred following Fracture's debut appearance, but this placement is speculative.
