History:
(All-New Inhumans#10 (fb) - BTS) - In Utolan, a hidden Inhuman society in Mozambique, Sanara was appointed the leader of the champions of the city, and she taught them her philosophy of survival of the fittest among her ranks, including Ikelli, replacing the soft cultural philosophies that she felt the Utolan Maternal Council of Elders had adopted of late.

(All-New Inhumans#7) - When Flint (the son of Utolan members Dijyen and Irellis, and the brother of Ikelli), Ana Kraven, and Gorgon arrived in Utolan, Sanara whispered to Ikelli that she would need help ensuring the Inhumans didn't leave until they took samples from them.

(All-New Inhumans#8) - Sanara mentioned Flint's father, Dijyen, to him casually as Irellis went to spend time with her son. Ana Kraven attacked the genetics center, demanding to see Sanara, who was soon summoned.

(All-New Inhumans#9 (fb) - BTS) - Ana asked Sanara to rid her of any Inhuman genetics before she could possibly undergo Terrigenesis. Sanara drugged her, keeping an Inhuman (purple-skinned) nearby to manipulate Ana's brain chemicals, Sanara performed surgery, removing some of Ana's intensives and tissues, planning on experimenting on them to help upgrade a new generation of Utolans.

(All-New Inhumans#9) - Ana woke up in restraints, finding Sanara standing over her, and she realized she'd been operated on. Sanara planned to force Terrigenesis on Ana, but Ana managed to escape her restraints and knock out the Inhuman there. Sanara fled, sending in another Inhuman guard, but Ana blew up the building. Sanara passed Irellis to enter a cell and take a genetic sample from Gorgon, who was there with Flint. Ikelli pushed Gorgon to accept his punishment, and she pressured Flint to find the escaped Ana. Despite Irellis's protestations, Sanara led the champions to arrest Flint, especially after hearing that the Terrigen Cloud was headed toward Utolan. Irellis offered to stand outside the walls as tribute, knowing the mists would kill her, and believing that Flint had the power to turn them away to save her.

(All-New Inhumans#10) - As the cloud approached, Sanara was sent to get the innocents to safety, just before Daya and the others realized she had been betraying them all. She had the Inhuman Passcode (a technopath who could communicate with and control machines) keep them restrained, but then Ana Kraven attacked, easily knocking out the guards. Sanara fled on a bike as Ana released the captives, but Ana hunted her down, knocking her off the bike then standing ready for Terrigenesis.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Sanara has no known connections to:

Daya

(All-New Inhumans#7) - When Gorgon, Flint, and Ana Kraven got near the city, Daya revealed herself, flanked by the Maternal Council of Elders as well as the city's champions. Daya stated she knew of Gorgon, then she welcomed the invaders into Utolan, where she promised no ceremony. Irellis rushed out, grabbing Flint in a hug, saying her son had come home.

(All-New Inhumans#9) - Daya sat on the Council to judge Gorgon, who'd been accused of assaulting Vishann.

(All-New Inhumans#10) - When the mountain protecting Utolan was torn down as the Mists approached, Daya panicked and questioned Gorgon about his motivations. Using a lie detector to realize that Gorgon wasn't lying, Daya realized Sanara had betrayed them all, and she'd just been sent to get a group of Inhumans to safety. Daya rushed to check on the Inhumans, and found that Ana Kraven had just liberated them before going after Sanara. Grid and Naja arrived and helped evacuate the city, while Daya and Irellis chose to stay and guide those who wanted Terrigenesis.

Passcode

(All-New Inhumans#10) - Passcode was among the champions of Utolan who served Sanara. A technopath, with the ability to communicate with and control machines, Passcode was ordered to keep a group of Inhumans restrained so they would be forced to undergo Terrigenesis. Ana Kraven attacked, easily knocking out Passcode.

unidentified blue Inhuman

(All-New Inhuman I#9 (fb) - BTS) - A purple-skinned Inhuman male in Utolan had the power to manipulate brain chemicals and emotions. Sanara had the man use his powers to keep Ana Kraven calm through an invasive non-consentual surgery.

(All-New Inhuman I#9) - Ana woke up in restraints, and freed herself. She threw a blade, knocking him out. Another guard pulled the man to safety as Ana exploded the building.

Vishann

(All-New Inhumans#8) - In the hidden Inhuman society of Utolan, Vishann was assigned to tend to Gorgon, a visiting royal Inhuman from Attilan. She tended to him in the hot baths, admiring his powerful hooved legs, which he seemed annoyed by. Later, she tucked him into bed, then climbed on him and kissed him, asking if he would give her a child. In a panic, Gorgon lashed out at her, and his weaponized wheelchair pinned Vishann against the wall. Then Ikelli entered and Gorgon was arrested for assault.
