History:
(Secret Warriors II#11 (fb) - BTS) - Mr. Sinister made a deal with Hydra, collecting as many latent Inhumans as he could, knowing that they had a lot of genetic potential that had not yet been revealed by the Terrigen Mists. He experimented on the Inhumans, unlocking their powers through alternative processes. These mutates became his Unhumans, and he kept them at the Tower of Wisdom.
(Secret Warriors II#11) - When the Secret Warriors (Quake, Ms. Marvel, Moon Girl, Karnak) attacked the Tower of Wisdom to rescue Inferno, Sinister unleashed his Unhumans, but then Magik teleported in with a larger group of Inhumans (Kacy, Flagman, Naja, Iso, Reader, Frank McGee, Grid, Auran, Mosaic, Panacea, and others) and Devil Dinosaur. The Unhumans and Sinister were soon defeated.
