History: (Ghost Rider III#74 (fb) - BTS) - Ripper was reconstructed from her apparent death by Anton Hellgate, who upgraded her and allowed her to retain her original personality.

(Ghost Rider III#73) - When Snowblind made a public spectacle of defeating the Ghost Rider, only to be defeated himself when Ghost Rider fought back, Anton Hellgate arrived on the scene with Ripper, Rak and Dread. After Ripper kissed Hellgate "for luck," Hellgate warned her that luck better not be a factor in the upcoming battle. Hellgate then accused Ghost Rider of killing his associates and announced that Ghost Rider would die for doing so. While Hellgate's associates taunted Ghost Rider, Ripper walked up, claiming that she loved bald men and wanted to feel Ghost Rider's bald skull. After doing so, she asked to feel his jugular before using her claws to slash at Ghost Rider's neck. Ripper then watched as NYPD Capt. Arthur Dolan ran out and tried them to arrest Hellgate's minions, only to be kicked aside by Rak. She then continued her assault on Ghost Rider, fiercely slashing into Ghost Rider while requesting that he screamed for her. She then began heavily flirting with Ghost Rider as her eyes glowed and she offered to kiss Ghost Rider, who was sufficiently distracted by her abilities that he was caught off-guard by Rak and hammered into the ground. Ripper then announced that she had grown bored and that it was time to kill Ghost Rider, only to have Dread demand to have to kill himself. Ghost Rider managed to pull himself out of the hole while Dread argued, prompting Ripper to rush at Ghost Rider, only to be downed herself by the arriving John Blaze's hellfire shotgun. Laying on the ground shaking from the blast, Ripper was asked by Blaze if she wanted some fries with that shake. Dread and Rak fared no better against Blaze, who left Ripper and Hellgate's other agents laying on the ground as he helped Ghost Rider to his feet then accused him of being a murderer.

(Ghost Rider III#74) -  The injured Ripper remained on the ground while Blaze and Ghost Rider fought. Left behind by Anton Hellgate when the police arrived, Ripper and Hellgate's other agents managed to avoid the police and return to Hellgate's Long Island lair, where Anton Hellgate chewed them all out, claiming that he should have erased all of their personalities when he reconstructed their bodies. As Ripper and the others walked away, Ripper snarled at Hellgate, who grabbed Ripper by the neck and reminded her about their implants that prevented them from harming Hellgate.

(Ghost Rider III#75) - Ripper accompanied Rak, Snowblind and Anton Hellgate to the Annual Mobsters' Cotillion at the Grand Aventura Hotel in Atlantic City. Upon entering, Ripper commented on how the place looked like a "dump" and Anton Hellgate quickly reminded her that she was once again talking. When one of the mobsters drew attention to the undercover Lt. Sokolowski and Alec Maloni, Anton Hellgate ordered Ripper to hand him his firearm, which he used to shoot the Kevlar-wearing Sokolowski in the chest, the impact of which knocked Sokolowski out. Ripper than sat at a table while Anton Hellgate spoke to the other mobsters, offering to create indestructible henchman for the mobsters. After Vengeance arrived at the Cotillion battling Ghost Rider, Ripper asked Hellgate if they should help the mobsters attack the two demons but Hellgate replied that they should let the demons thin out the mobsters before they focused their attacks on Ghost Rider.

(Ghost Rider III#76) - During the scuffle, Rak noticed police Capt. Arthur Dolan and asked Anton Hellgate what they should do to him. Ripper suggested ripping Dolan to shreds but Rak instead knocked Dolan aside as Hellgate noticed Dolan's daughter Stacy. When Ghost Rider took the fight to Hellgate himself by hitting Snowblind with his motorcycle, Hellgate ordered his agents to attack, with Ripper jumping at Stacy Dolan. Vengeance soon blasted Hellgate from afar, leaving the severely injured Hellgate to order Ripper to keep Vengeance away long enough for Hellgate to regroup. Before she could defend Hellgate, Vengeance grabbed Ripper's wrists and tossed her aside to focus his attention on Anton Hellgate. Holding Hellgate while he internally built up hellfire, Vengeance was dogpiled by Ripper, Rak and Snowblind before exploding, apparently killing Hellgate in the process. While Snowblind was seen surviving the explosion, Rak, Ripper and Dread were nowhere to be found.

Comments: Created by Ivan Velez, Jr., Salvador Larroca and Sergio Melia.

It was never revealed what happened to Ripper prior to Anton Hellgate reconstructing her (as he did for Snowblind) and upgrading her. She may or may not have had superhuman powers prior to her resurrection.

In Ghost Rider III#73, Ripper heavily flirted with the Ghost Rider while viciously attacking him. During the battle, her eyes emitted some sort of energy and she began flirting more strongly with Ghost Rider, who seemed to be affected by Ripper's eyes and became distracted momentarily. It was unclear what exactly Ripper was doing. Given the glowing eyes, one has to assume she had some sort of superhuman power to influence the minds of others, albeit to an unspecified degree. Ghost Rider was only shown to be distracted (not necessarily mentally enthralled) by Ripper before Rak knocked Ghost Rider through the ground. Since this showed some sort of superhuman mental ability, I listed it  in Ripper's Powers/Abilities section even though what exactly her influence was never fully explained. Given her sexual flirtations, I assumed that her powers affected the sexual desire centers of the brain or something, though how they affected Ghost Rider remains to be seen...
