He could mystically calm down others by sending them on a psychic journey inside their memories. He was immune to the damaging effects of Hellfire and possibly other mystic energies.

History:

(Spirits of Vengeance#12 (fb) - BTS) - Eli told his son Quinn that Blaze would come to his cabin after his death. Eli told Quinn to help Blaze in any way he could.

(Spirits of Vengeance#12) - Quinn opened a portal to send Vengeance, who had been fighting Ghost Rider and Blaze, far away. Quinn then welcomed Blaze and Ghost Rider at his father's cabin and asked them to come inside. Soon Kody, Wolf, Miranda and Clara arrived with Eli's corpse. Quinn then showed Blaze how to use the key he received from Eli. He brought him to a box with several items Eli had created for him. A holographic last will of Eli told Blaze about the items while Quinn watched.

The next morning Quinn joined the others to bury his father at a nearby cemetary.

(Spirits of Vengeance#15) - Quinn had a heavily injured Blaze brought to his father's room where he used his scientific and mystic skills to bring Blaze's Hellfire under control again. Quinn covered all the injured parts of Blaze's body with an armor to keep the Hellfire in check. When Vengeance attacked the cabin once again Quinn didn't want Blaze to interfere because he still needed some rest, but Blaze insisted to be part of the fight. Quinn gave Blaze his shotgun enabling him to help his friends defeat Vengeance.

(Ghost Rider III#43) - Quinn joined Ghost Rider, Blaze, Seer and the carnies when they went to Cypress Hills Cemetary where they met Vengeance and Caretaker. When Caretaker overpowered Vengeance and Ghost Rider Seer told the others to stay out. Blaze followed Caretaker while Kody and the carnies went with Seer.

(Blaze: Legacy of Blood#3) - When Blaze returned to the cabin with a knife stuck in his face, Quinn gave him painkillers and coordinated the removal of the knife. Unfortunately he couldn't wait until the painkillers took effect and told Wolf to pull it out while Kody held Blaze down. When Hellfire was released from the wound Quinn told the others to get out while he used his mystic powers to contain it. A short time later Quinn told Blaze to rest.

(Spirits of Vengeance#20) - Quinn, Kody and Wolf monitored Blaze's breakin to a secret army base in the Adirondock Mountains. Quinn warned him over radio when his position was compromised and helped Blaze get through to the DNA samples of their deceased friends from the Quentin Carnival after Quinn had shut down the power in the base. He kept Blaze informed about the soldiers' position when Blaze used a virus to wipe all information on the carnies from the government computers. Quinn suddenly lost contact with Blaze when Blaze was contacted by the spirits of the deceased carnies. They reestablished contact when Blaze left the base with Steel Wind in his arms.

(Spirits of Vengeance#21) - In his cabin Quinn rebuilt Steel Wind with new cybernetic limbs. He surprised Blaze when he decided to take Steel Wind to New York with Blaze's friends.

(Spirits of Vengeance#23) - Quinn and Steel Wind wandered around at the carnival's camp when Blaze suddenly attacked Steel Wind, accusing her that she knew that Centurious was still alive. Quinn calmed down both combatants and then watched as Blaze and Steel Wind took off to destroy Centurious.

Comments: Created by Howard Mackie, Adam Kubert & Bill Reinhold.

Quinn probably still lives in his cabin. Maybe Steel Wind joined him there as she hasn't been seen since Spirits of Vengeance#23 either.

Did I miss it or did nobody ever tell Quinn that Steel Wind killed his father? He looked like a Hippie, but I doubt that he would've helped her as much as he did if he knew that fact.
