History:
(Marvel Comics Presents I#172/3) - General Kosrouschah lived with his army on his personal battle-star Perish IV which orbited an unknown planet. One day Lunatik broke into the battle-star and killed all of Kosrouschah's soldiers. The General waited in his room dressed up in a bathrobe and drank something out of a silver cup. Lunatik kicked in the door and Kosrouschah explained him that what they had now was business. He took off his robe and revealed that he wore a corset, suspenders, nylons and high heeled shoes. Still he felt superior to Lunatik and told him that he swallowed bigger men then him whole. Lunatik wasn't impressed and slapped off the General's head. He then plundered the General's cabin together with Skreet.

(Wolverine: The Best There Is#9 (fb) - BTS) - Paradox misrepresented (Paradox is a shapeshifter, but I don't know what the General's problem could be considering his hinted at lifestyle) himself to the General to get a ship from him for a mission to Earth. Finding out the truth the General wanted his ship back.

(Wolverine: The Best There Is#9) - Kosrouschah and his agents (a P'tah, a Scatter and a Pheragoth) attacked Monark, Paradox and Wolverine to get back Kosrouschah's ship, but Paradox shot him through the head with a laser, apparently slaying him. (he survived worse)

This guy didn't even survive one page and he still had the time to make equivocal comments.

In "Arabian Tales from 1001 Nights" there was a Persian Sultan named Kosrouschah as well in the story "The tale of the two sisters who were jealous of their younger sister". It is strange that Kindzerski used this name for the General.
