History:

(Psi-Force I#19 - BTS) - On January 2, 1988, Dustoff transported the Medusa Web via helicopter to San Diego, California as they pursued the paranormals Thomas Boyd, Anastasia Inyushin and Kathy Ling on behalf of the C.I.A.

(Justice II#28/2) - Dustoff flew Troublemaker, Potiphar and Skybreaker in his helicopter to liberate Jake Travest from Canadian authorities. Pretending to be Travest's allies, they had him lead them to where the M.A.X. armor had been impounded by the Canadians. Once Travest located his copy of the armor's schematics disc the other operatives stole the disc and returned to Dustoff in the helicopter; Dustoff bombed the facility from his helicopter, killing Travest and destroying the M.A.X. armor but ensuring the Medusa Web could now build their own suits of armor.

(Psi-Force I#29) - On October 5, 1988, Dustoff piloted a combat helicopter to the Siberian Project in the USSR and assaulted the facility so that a second helicopter carrying his fellow Medusa Web operatives could break into the facility and liberate the members of Psi-Force held within.

(Justice II#29 - BTS) - While Dustoff was trying to leave Russian airspace with Babel aboard his helicopter, the helicopter transport was attacked by three Soviet MI-24 attack helicopters. Dustoff's helicopter engaged in combat with them but one of the Soviet helicopters hit Dustoff's, causing him to crash in the snow. When the transport helicopter landed to help Babel and the crew, a land force of Russian soldiers emerged and attacked them, soon joined by the paranormal Red Star team and finally Rodstvow himself.

(Psi-Force I#30) - Dustoff repaired their helicopter while the rest of the Medusa Web, Psi-Force, Red Star and Justice defeated Rodstvow.

(Psi-Force I#32 (fb) - BTS) - After Psi-Force joined the Medusa Web, Dustoff piloted them in a helicopter to practice deploying in the field.

(Psi-Force I#32) - On May 13, 1989, Dustoff piloted a helicopter into Afghanistan, transporting Psi-Force on a mission to disrupt Russian supply lines. Psi-Force's Thomas Boyd complained to Dustoff that if he lurched the helicopter as he had during their practice, "I'll toss my cookies in his helmet!" Dustoff confirmed that he received the message, then dropped off Psi-Force.

Comments: Created by Fabian Nicieza, Don Hudson and Mike Gustovich.

"Dustoff" is a military term used when requesting an emergency evacation for a casualty.

Dustoff's helicopter was seen in Psi-Force I#19 and Justice II#29 but there were no views of him at the controls.
