History: (Scarlet Spider Unlimited#1 (fb)) - Sir Porga was one of the earliest New Men created by the High Evolutionary, along with Count Tagar. He and Count Tagar were assigned to serve as his emissaries to the outside world.

(Web of Spider-Man Annual#4/3) - After the woman Magda had given birth to her two young children at Mount Wundagore, then fled the vicinity, Sir Porga was sent out by the High Evolutionary to find suitable new parents. He happened upon Madeline and Robert Frank, formerly the super-heroes Whizzer and Miss America, who were at that time expecting a child.

Porga brought them to the High Evoulutionary, hoping that when Madeline gave birth, they could pass the twins off as her own children. However, Madeline died in childbirth, and their own child was stillborn. The Whizzer fled Mount Wundagore, believing the twins were his.

(Thor I#135 (fb)) - Believing that the New Men required a teacher from the outside world, the High Evolutionary sent Sir Porga and Count Tagar to find such a person.

Porga - Thor132 - plane passenger

(Thor I#132) - Aboard a plane bound for Europe, Porga found himself sitting beside nurse Jane Foster (who had been compelled to take a long journey by the Rigellian Tana Nile), and he noticed that she was staring out the window silenty for hours. Noting this, Porga asked her if anything was wrong, and she noted that she did not know but that she had felt compelled to take that plane. Porga noted that he, too, had had no choice, after which he continued to study her.

(Thor I#133 (fb) - BTS) - Porga told Jane that he had been searching the Earth for a person possessing true courage, enthusiasm, and a spirit of dedication. Intrigued by this, Jane accepted Porga's invitation to dinner.

(Thor I#133) - Porga took Jane out to dinner in Transia, where he introduced her to Count Tagar. Although Porga advised Tagar approach Jane gently to avoid frightening her, Tagar noted that they needed a teacher that would allow them to discover the eternal secret of life, and he insisted that she accompany them to Mount Wundagore.

(Thor I#134) - The two New Men transported Jane to Mount Wundagore, fighting off a band of raiders along the way, with the assistance of the Knights of Wundagore.

death(Thor I#135) - After the creation of the Man-Beast, Porga assisted Tagar in preparing for combat, noting that neither of them had been meant for battle. Ultimately, the Man-Beast was vanquished by Thor, and the High Evolutionary determined to depart Earth, transforming his base into a starship. Porga accompanied his master to the stars.

(West Coast Avengers Annual#3/3) - The vessel finally came to rest upon a world which was soon known as Counter-Earth. After giving his New Men mates, he set them off the ship to make the world their own. However, without the High Evolutionary's direct supervision, the New Men quickly reverted to savagery. Sir Porga tried to warn the High Evolutionary, but was fatally injured by his fellow New Men, and barely got his message out before passing away.
