History:

(Spider-Verse III#2/2 (fb) - BTS) - Bitten by a spider created in a space laboratory, a boy was granted superhuman abilities.

(Twitter online post) - After losing his brother, the boy became the adventurer Spidair. He soon grew to love swinging through the air (or as he called it, "flying") and he often tried not to touch the ground while he was airborne. Not great at taking compliments, Spidair swung through the air, playing a mental game as if the ground was "lava," and when he swung near some buildings, a bald person yelled out how amazing Spidair was, prompting Spidair to exclaim that "bald head" was the amazing one.

(Spider-Verse III#2/2) - Spidair swung through the city, performing complex upside down gymnastics move in mid-air.

(Spider-Verse III#6 (fb) - BTS) - Spidair was recruited alongside numerous other Multiversal Spider-totems to assist in locating Earth-18119's Spiderling, patternmaker of the Great Web of Life & Destiny.

(Spider-Verse III#6 (fb)) - Spidair was present when Earth-19166's Spider-Zero located Spiderling inside a tangle in the Great Web.

(Spider-Verse III#6) - Spidair converged on the tangle alongside several other Spider-totems and attempted to dislodge but the Great Web responded by opening portals to Earth-51778 and unleashing a swarm of Machine Bem Monsters. Jumping into battle against the monsters, Spidair helped hold the monsters at bay while Spider-Zero and Earth-1610's Spider-Man (Miles Morales) freed Spiderling from the Great Web tangle. Spiderling then began repairing the Great Web, banishing the Machine Bem Monsters and returning Spidair and the other assembled Spider-totems to their home realities.

Comments: Created by Dice Shimi.

Spidair is one of several Spidersona's who appeared in the back-pages of Spider-Verse (2020). "Spidersona" was a hashtag that launched around the release of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018). Amazed at the talent of creativity of people posting their creations online, Marvel reached out to some of these artists to create new Spidersona art especially for the Spider-Verse (2020) series. Every issue showcased several original pieces of Spidersona art by artists from around the globe after which most appeared in the story as well.

Spidair was never seen without his mask on so hair color, if any, and eye color were impossible to determine.

Profile by Proto-Man.
