Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Marion M. Graham hospital was equipped to provide emergency and critical care, including hospitalization, medical examination, nursing support, and various diagnostics.
It was less equipped to deal with extradimensional ninja-types.
It also contained a coffee shop and likely a cafeteria.
History:
(Iron Fist: The Living Weapon#3 (fb) - BTS) - Following her arrival
and collapse at Daniel Rand's apartment, the young K'un-Lun native girl
Pei was taken to the Marion M. Graham, accompanied by Brenda Swanson.
(Iron Fist: The Living Weapon#3) - In Pei's room, Detective Li
met with Brenda and questioned her about Pei's arrival and a recent
conflict between Iron Fist and a number of undead cyborg ninjas.
Meanwhile, a group of daughters of the Crane Mother of K'un-Zi arrived
in search of Pei (who had taken the egg of the K'un-Lun dragon
Shou-Lao) and soon violently conflicted with the Terror Priests and
Davos (the Steel Serpent) to the Marion M. Graham Hospital, who also
sought Pei and the egg.
As Detective Li joined the struggle, Pei escaped with the egg, followed by Brenda Swanson, fleeing down a flight of stairs. A spider-demon thing, also seeking the egg, then blew a hole in the wall (including the door) in pursuit of Pei.

(Iron Fist: The Living Weapon#5 - BTS) - News anchor Al began to report on the evacuation of a local hospital having been evacuated "after local gang activity..."
(Iron Fist: The Living Weapon#5) - Brenda incapacitated the spider-creature but was then confronted by Davos; Brenda sent Pei to flee.
(Iron Fist: The Living Weapon#5 (fb) - BTS) - Brenda failed to stop Davos and his Terror Priests, who pursued Pei.
(Iron
Fist: The Living Weapon#5) - Detective Li found the fallen Brenda;
after she told him about Pei, Li sent his officers to seek out and help
her.
Pei fled the Terror Priests and escaped via dropping/falling through a manhole like hole and re-covering it. Upon impact, the egg shell cracked open, releasing the young Shou-Lao.
(Iron Fist: The Living Weapon#5 - BTS) - Det. Li, the NYPD, and Brenda pursued Pei into the tunnels under the hospital. Pei was joined by the Shou-Lao incarnation Gork, who subdued the One's Undead Cyborg ninjas. However, Davos then captured Gork and Pei and slaughtered the NYPD, although Brenda and Det. Li survived.

I don't think this is a real world hospital, but I'm not positive. A search for Marion M. Graham only brought up a high school in Saskatoon named for the educator.
