History:
(Captain America I#151 (fb) - BTS) - Mr. Kline obtained Mr. Hyde and Scorpion and he kept them for days in glass cases as he studied them. Both criminals eventually escaped, but not before Kline made impressive robot duplicates of them both, each with replicas of their costumes and powers.

(Daredevil I#82) - At Mr. Kline's orders, the Scorpion robot knocked out Ivan Petrovich and then attacked the Black Widow, knocking her out as well. A note was left next to Ivan for Daredevil, saying they knew his real identity to lure him into a trap. Daredevil rushed to Central Park as the note instructed, and the Scorpion robot attacked him savagely with his tail, then he drew a ray gun and fired it on the hero. Though Scorpion was winning, Kline gave Scorpion new orders to instead hold Black Widow hostage and wait for Daredevil. Scorpion stood there awaiting new orders before realizing his transmitter had been damaged. Panicking, the robot crushed the transmitter, then Daredevil arrived to save Black Widow. Overcome with emotion, the Scorpion shouted that he served the Assassin, and then Daredevil and Black Widow attacked, and the blows left Scorpion plunging several stories to the ground below. Civilians shouted that the heroes had killed the Scorpion.

(Daredevil I#83) - Authorities picked up the "corpse" of the Scorpion robot and accused Daredevil and Black Widow of murder. Later, the robot was completely destroyed. The heroes' names were eventually cleared.

(Daredevil I#83) - The Mr. Hyde robot attacked an ambulance, killing Sam and Max, in order to secure the Scorpion robot. At the command of Kline, the Hyde robot waited at the morgue for Daredevil to show up. Mr. Hyde set off an explosion to rock Daredevil's senses, then both the Hyde and Scorpion robots detonated.
