Powers/Abilities: Knight Koala has an appearance resembling that of a bear, complete with enhanced strength and razor-sharp claws. He is also capable of flying.

He is also trained in the ninjitsu martial art and carries several weapons in battle including a sword, nunchaku, sais, sticks of dynamite, throwing stars and grenades.

History: (Spider-Man Magazine I#9) - Trained as a ninja, the mutant Knight Koala used his enhanced strength and flying ability to battle criminals such as Batperio, Leader Crab and the Crab Clan.

Knight Koala was a product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain" section that ran through most earlier issues of the Magazine. In Knight Koala's case, he was created by then-10-year-old Tinsley Wing of Knoxville, Tennessee. As a fringe character, Knight Koala is not confirmed to exist on Earth-616 but there is also no evidence to say he doesn't exist there either...

Knight Koala's height & weight were impossible to approximate as he was never seen next to any character whose height & weight were officially determined.

Given the orange bandana, status as a ninja and an enemy clan, methinks Knight Koala was influenced by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...

I like the idea of Knight Koala being a mutant. I'm aware there's probably more than enough mutants around but Knight Koala has a very distinctive appearance so it would be cool if he showed up somewhere in a crowd scene, especially with all of the past mutants showing up as of late in House of X/Powers of X.
