History:
(Spider-Man/Deadpool#9 (fb) - BTS) - At some point Bearboarguy got a business degree.

(Spider-Man/Deadpool#9 (fb) ) - Bearboarguy met with other animal-themed villains at a closed bar to discuss their future as a team and decided on a name for their group. Bearboarguy was sure they could change and become successful criminals.

(Spider-Man/Deadpool#9) - Three days later the Hateful Hexad attacked Wall Street, but were thwarted by Spider-Man and Deadpool. Bearboarguy and Ox ran into each other and were then webbed together by Spider-Man. They freed themselves from the web and went after the heroes again. Bearboarguy pointed out that he was not stupid like Ox and actually had a business degree, which couldn't stop Deadpool from shooting Bearboarguy in the butt and later kicking him in the head. Bearboarguy went for another attack to teach Deadpool and Spider-Man to fear the Hateful Hexad when he was crushed under an air conditioning unit by the enigmatic Itsy Bitsy.

Comments: Created by Joe Kelly, Ed McGuinness and Mark Morales.

It is unknown what Bearboarguy actually is, but human mutate seems like a good guess considering he went to school! He could also just be a mutant, an Inhuman, an extraterrestrial, a member of an as-of-yet unknown hidden race, a demon, some composite being created in a lab or an action figure animated and possessed by a being from another dimension or something else completely. The only thing we know for sure is that he had a really stupid name...

...that was a spoof of South Park's Manbearpig. He was first mentioned in Season 10 Episode 6 (04/26/2006) and seemed to be nothing more than a hoax created by former presidential candidate Al Gore (I am cereal about this!). The true demonic Manbearpig finally appeared in Season 22 Episode 6 (07/11/2018) and things became super cereal.
