History:
(New X-Men II#1 - BTS) - After manifesting his mutant abilities, Raymond Keyes enrolled at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters.
(New X-Men II#1) - Audio was in the school's cafeteria when Surge's electricity regulating gauntlets malfunctioned, causing a blackout. Audio and several other students used the incident to start a food fight, just as Emma Frost contacted the entire student body telepathically to assure them emergency lighting should kick in any minute.
(New X-Men II#2) - Audio was present during a special ceremony at which headmasters Scott Summers and Emma Frost revealed every student would receive advanced combat training. They would also be split up into squads, each mentored by one of the X-Men. Summers then introduced the already formed squads like his Corsairs, Emma's Hellions and the New Mutants who were mentored by Danielle Moonstar.
(New X-Men II#5) - Audio was seen in the hallways walking to his next class with D.J. and Pixie after their period with Karma had finished.
(New X-Men II#7) - Audio took part in Beast and Wolfsbane's science class. McCoy explained their next assignment for which the students had to pair up to do an analysis they had to record on their worksheets.

Audio's fate post M-Day remains unrevealed. He might have been depowered or killed by the Purifiers. Or maybe he got lucky and was simply able to return home to live a normal life. It's hard to imagine how much use he'd have been in a combat situation anyway. You try taking out a Sentinel with the power of really sharp hearing.
In New X-Men II#2 Audio was erroneously shown with blue skin and red hair, even Glob Herman was blue in the same image. In New X-Men II#7 Jullian Keller was partnered with Noah Crichton who has later been revealed as Hydro, they would therefor have known each other.
