Comments: Created by Mark Millar and Frank Quitely

While the story is likely intended to be set in a world without superhuman powers, there's nothing I saw that would exclude it from haveing taken place on Earth-616.

Thanks to Ronald Byrd for suggesting I profile this character. The story and character were very enjoyable.

This profile was completed 10/19/2025, but its publication was delayed as it was intended for the Appendix 25th anniversary 's celebratory event.
