History:
(Strange Tales I#140/2) - When Dormammu prepared for combat against Doctor Strange in the Dark Dimension he sent out a summons to the Lords of the Netherworld, each of whom was the master of their own dimensions, said to be neighboring that of the Dark Dimension. Among these were Aggamon and Tiboro. Soon, the Lords of the Netherworld arrived and recognized Dr. Strange as Earth's Sorcerer Supreme, accompanied by his mentor the Ancient One. The Ancient One recognized all of them as "Alien despots whose names are spoken in whispers!" They were also greeted by Baron Mordo, who was at the time Dormammu's servant.
Dormammu informed the Lords of the Netherworld he and Dr. Strange would face each other in one-on-one combat and the winner would be given mastery of the Earth. Some of the lords eagerly supported Dormammu, noting the Earth had similarly resisted their attempts at conquest. However, other lords were afraid that once Earth fell, Dormammu would conquer them next so they hoped for Dr. Strange to emerge victorious. The lords watched as the two men fought but Baron Mordo tried to interfere by striking Dr. Strange from behind.
(Strange Tales I#141/2) - Furious with Mordo, Dormammu cast him into the Dimension of Demons. Once Dr. Strange recovered he continued the fight and ultimately bested Dormammu. With the Lords of the Netherworld as his witnesses, Dr. Strange forced Dormammu to make his oath he would leave Earth alone. Dormammu agreed then ordered all of the lords to return to their own realms; the lords quickly teleported back to their home dimensions.
(Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme Annual I#2/5) - Seeking allies to overthrow Dormammu and Umar from their mastery of the Dark Dimension, Clea went looking for allies among the Lords of the Netherworld. She was urged on by Flyx, who claimed to be of the Faltine like Dormammu (he was actually Dormammu in disguise). Clea started by entering the Purple Dimension and forming an alliance with Aggamon. Next, she intended to recruit Tiboro.
(Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme I#48 (fb) - BTS) - Clea, Tiboro and five other sorcerers (at least some of whom might have been Lords of the Netherworld) entered the Dark Dimension and fought and defeated the G'uranthic Guardian.
(Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme I#48) - Clea and her allies confronted Umar and Baron Mordo. However, as Flyx aided them he suddenly shifted into his true form as Dormammu; Dormammu swiftly defeated Clea and all of her allies.
