History: (Amazing Spider-Man III#9) - "Spider-Man" was observed in the Web of Life and Destiny by the Inheritors as he was swinging from jungle trees.

(Amazing Spider-Man III#14) - After being recruited into the multiversal Spider-Army, "Spider-Man" joined numerous other Spider-totems on Earth-001's Loomworld in a massive battle against the Inheritors, where he was seen fighting alongside a cowboy Spider-Man and others. During the battle, "Spider-Man" was punched by the Inheritor Verna.

    This character was never identified but he's seen with other alternate Peter Parkers, suggesting he may also be a counterpart of Peter Parker.  He is clearly based on Tarzan but I might also suggest him being a counterpart of Ka-Zar, as Marvel owns that one.
    We don't have any inkling whatsoever as to this "Spider-Man"'s origin but given that he is a Spider-totem, he likely possesses the same superhuman powers that most Spider-totems possessed and if he is indeed a Peter Parker counterpart, he likely received these superhuman powers as a human mutate. --Proto-Man

   "Spider-Man"'s physical stats are based on Peter Parker of Earth-616. Based on that, we do not have a clear enough image to determine eye color but one might also assume his eyes are brown, also like Peter Parker of Earth-616.
