She was empowered by Infinity Mirror Shard energy though what additional powers, if any, that energy provided was not clear.

History: (Avengers: Tech-On#4) - After expending large amounts of Infinity Mirror Shard energy plaguing the heroic Iron Avengers with Ultron-I drones, the Red Skull returned to his base at Orochi Facility-2 and asked his assistant Professor Kuricha if the advanced symbiote project was complete. Kuricha informed him that the Scream Supreme symbiote was growing fast but expressed concern that she was not yet ready to field test. Annoyed at the earlier loss of IMS energy and tired of the Iron Avengers, the Red Skull decided to use more IMS energy to speed up the completion of the Scream Supreme project.

(Avengers: Tech-On#5) - The Red Skull projected Infinity Mirror Shard energy into Scream Supreme until Professor Kuricha informed the Skull that the IMS absorption was complete and Scream Supreme awakened. Almost immediately, the Red Skull's earlier Venom construct appeared and demanded to receive the IMS energy himself as the Skull's first IMS creation. As the Venom construct attacked Scream Supreme, the Red Skull and Kuricha teleported away. The fight between the two symbiotes soon erupted into the streets of Osaka, drawing the attention of the Iron Avengers, who engaged the two symbiotes in battle. At first ignoring the Iron Avengers to focus on the Venom construct, Scream Supreme eventually lashed out at the Iron Avengers when she was slashed by Wolverine. The Venom construct then attempted to bond itself to Scream Supreme to gain her IMS power but when that did not prove fruitful, the Venom construct instead bonded with Wolverine. Newly empowered by the Venom construct symbiote, Wolverine slashed Scream Supreme multiple times, shredding the symbiote until it apparently exploded.

Comments: Created by Ryoji Sekinishi, Jim Zub, Jeffrey "Chamba" Cruz, Kenji Andoh and Jun Goshima.

While the Avengers: Tech-On mini-series credits Jim Zub as writer and Jeffrey "Chamba" Cruz for the art, it also credits Ryoji Sekinishi with the story concept and both Kenji Andoh and Jun Goshima for the character designs of the story's villains. Therefore, I have also included them in the creator listing for this profile.

I'm not sure why Scream Supreme exploded after the Venom construct-bonded Wolverine slashed her apart...I suppose it could have been an explosion of IMS energy erupting from her form.
