Hurled away by the giant waves the ship managed to reach the city's Northern edge and were joined by Namor himself who helped the men escape the ship which temperature had risen to dangerous heights. Namor ordered Arkus to rest as he would investigate the phenomenon personally.

As the army captured the members of School and freed their prisoners, Arkus who only saw them as savages proposed to discuss the situation with Namorita over a homecoming in the Royal Palace. I only choose to list Arkus cousins as I'm uncertain from which side of the family Arkus will be and thus who his expanded family will be.
As part of the Atlanteans Arkus received profiles in the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe I#1 and Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Deluxe Edition#1.
