Powers/Abilities: Anderson had no superhuman powers but was a skilled scientist. Working for the Facility, Anderson had access to advanced scientific equipment such as a high-powered laser.

History: (New X-Men II#35) - Anderson worked with Dr. Adam Harkins to experiment on the mutant Mercury. Under Dr. Harkins' orders, Anderson used a high-powered laser to pierce Mercury's metallic skin. Succeeding in cutting off a piece of Mercury's skin, Anderson reported that the skin died immediately after being separated from Mercury and Dr. Harkins ordered Anderson to double the laser power and run the cycle faster, as they needed a piece of living metal. Despite Mercury's pleas for the scientists to stop, Anderson did as he was told until Mercury managed to break her containment cell, piercing Anderson's chest in the process. Unconcerned with Anderson, Dr. Harkins was thrilled when the piece of metal that had pierced Anderson was living. While Anderson begged for help, Dr. Harkins examined the living metal and was thrilled at the moving sample. Announcing that they should proceed to Stage 3 of the experiment, Dr. Harkins ordered his scientists to prep Mercury for sample replication and as he left the room, Dr. Harkins ordered a medic for the injured Anderson.

Anderson's eye color was impossible to determine, as he was either wearing goggles or squinting in pain in his only appearance. His height and weight were also impossible to approximate and he was either only show in a panel by himself or he was laying on the ground in pain, which doesn't exactly give an accurate representation of how tall he is in comparison to others.
