History:

(All-Winners Comics#10/5 (fb) - BTS) - The past of Triple Destruction and his stooges is unknown, but they had previously attacked munitions factories in two unidentified towns.

(All-Winners Comics#10/5) - At midnight, the trio of terrorists had just blown up three war plants in the town of Bellville. Triple Destruction returned to his hideout to broadcast a mocking propaganda threat by radio to the "spineless worms of decadent democracy"; he said he and his henchmen would next strike at Carsonville's three war plants at the stroke of midnight the following evening, and so that none would doubt the precision of their attack, he would time the assault by the munitions plants' own clocks.

Seeking to put an end to the Nazi agent's menace, the Whizzer raced to Carsonville's town hall and told the town leaders that he had a plan to effectively be in the three munitions plants at the same time. He secretly had the clock of plant #1 set five minutes ahead of plant #2, and plant #2 set five minutes ahead of plant #3.

That night, Triple Destruction and his stooges flew in their autogyro to Carsonville. The master saboteur reminded his henchmen to set their watches with the clocks of the installations they infiltrated. The three seperated and parachuted to their designated targets to set their dynamite charges, which they would all detonate simultaneously at the stroke of midnight--they were unaware of the Whizzer's ruse.

Because the Nazi saboteurs were operating under the presumption that the factories' clocks were all on the correct time, their misapprehension gave the Whizzer the advantage of having enough time to run between the munitions plants before the zero hour. After quickly capturing each of the two stooges at their targeted factories, the fleet-footed hero sped to plant #3 just as Triple Destruction was about to blow up the third installation. The speedster tied up Triple Destruction with his own detonator cables and carried the trio to a holding cell in the nearest jail. The Whizzer then explained to the "triple flop troupe" how they had been outwitted by his simple time trick.

This story was reprinted in Miss America Comics 70th Anniversary Special#1 (August, 2009), from which these images came.

Despite his demonic appearance, he didn't display any supernatural powers, so I'm only assuming that Triple Destruction wore a costume.

And the stooges' costumes looked similar to the Black Panther's.

The two henchmen of Triple Destruction (one identified as "Hans"), accompanied their master on his synchronized attacks of American munitions factories. They wore identical black full-body stockings with pointed ears. The Whizzer captured both of them, along with their leader, before Triple Destruction's plans for sabotage could be carried out.
