History: (Inhumans III#8 (fb)) - Young Billy boarded a ship called the Lusitania with his Gramps, bound to Ireland so they could see his grandmother. Gramps gave Billy a shilling to impress her with. A torpedo struck the boat, causing mass confusion and scrambling for lifeboats, and Gramps had to jump overboard with Billy in his arms. The sea creature, the Inhuman Triton, took Billy from Gramps' arms and deposited him on the shore, leaving Gramps to drown.

(Inhumans III#8) - Years later, Triton visited Billy on the shore, asking for advice. Billy was now an old man in a wheelchair.

Comments: Created by Paul Jenkins and Jae Lee.

Billy's last name may have been Sullivan. In Inhumans III#9, p13, pan3, Gramps' refers to the family line being Sullivan, but this is never directly connected to Billy's name.

It was implied that Triton visited Billy much over the years.

The RMS Lusitania was a British ocean liner first launched on June 6, 1906. On May 7, 1915 it was torpedoed by a German submarine and sunk.
Marvel's sliding timescale makes it hard for Billy to have lived at the time the Lusitania sunk, but it was clearly meant to be that ship.
