History:

(Blade: Vampire Hunter II#1/1) - Mikado and Mosha waited on a skyscraper until Blackeye 1 was passing them. With a rope they hung onto Blackeye's rudder and climbed up to the airship. They entered it and soon found unsuspecting opposition in two Silvereye guars. One was a vampire, the other a human. The vampire was killed and the human knocked out. After that they entered Commlab 51, but the internal security system noticed the intruders and started an alarm on the bridge.

(Blade: Vampire Hunter II#1/2) - Commander Dallas sent a Fang Squad to deal with the intruders. Meanwhile the twins found with the help of the computers in Commlab 51 the location of Blade, or so they thought. They installed a specially designed virus into the program that was used to re-educate the man they found and then went through an air vent straight out to the ship's hull before the Fang Squad arrived. They climbed up to a hatch, opened it and tossed a grenade inside to cripple the ship. Dallas released the dogs and the monstrous beings hunted the twins on the hull. Mikado fell from the hull while shooting at one of the dogs. She opened her parachute, but the dog followed her and destroyed the parachute in mid-air. Mosha shot the other dog and then jumped after her sister. She reached Mikado before she hit the ground and redirected them to a rooftop. Filled with pain the twins stood up, took off their helmets and already planned their return to Blackeye 1 to save Blade from becoming a pawn of Silvereye.

(Blade: Vampire Hunter II#2) - With their motorbikes the twins drove to Venginian's Diva Complex. They climbed up the building, destroyed a security camera, knocked out two agents and took their uniforms. Because Venginian was the sponsor of Silvereye they could steal a ship and fly to Blackeye 1. Before they reached the airship their virus had been contained and everything was under control again on Blackeye 1. Back on Blackeye 1 the twins used their newly acquired security cards to get to Level 5. On their way there they deactivated the internal cameras. On Level 5 they tried to get into Lab A5, but the two guards didn't let them through. They were vampires, so Mikado and Mosha killed them. They got rid of their stolen uniforms and then went into Lab A5 were they seemingly found Blade in a tube.

(Blade: Vampire Hunter II#3) - Mosha hoped that their virus had worked, but Mikado was sure that it did because she had programmed it. Because Mosha couldn't find a way to open the tube, Mikado broke the tube with her weapon. The subject was free, but it wasn't Blade. Mikado was angry and didn't want to have anything to do with the guy they just saved. Mosha on the other hand felt responsible because they had probably destroyed his brain with the virus that was meant for Blade. She asked her sister for help because the man was too heavy, but Mikado didn't care. The real Blade entered the lab dressed as Silvereye agent and the twins told him that they wanted to help him, but Blade was under control of Silvereye and thought they were assassins. Blade fought the twins and they didn't stand a chance against him. Freak ordered Blade to kill the twins, but he just knocked them out. Hrolf, who was watching the fight, realized that Blade hungered for blood, so he told Freak to order Blade to drink Mikado's blood. Blade removed Mikado's collar and was ready to bite her while Mosha told him to stop.

(Blade: Vampire Hunter II#4) - Mikado was still in Blade's arms and Blade lowered his head to bite her. Mosha was up on her feet again, but got kicked in the face by Hrolf. Patriot, the man who was saved by the twins, tried to stop the vampire from biting Mikado because he thought he was the vampire hunter Blade himself. He was taken care of and with everyone out of his way Blade bit her, but when she called for her mother it triggered Blade's memories to his past. He stopped, lay Mikado on the ground and Mosha grinned because Blade couldn't bite her sister. Hrolf took Mikado and wanted to drink her blood on his own. Mosha pleaded Blade to help Mikado and he did. Blade remembered everything and Hrolf had to release Mikado. Mosha took care of her sister and left together with her the lab when it was flooded with gas.

(Blade: Vampire Hunter II#5) - The twins and Patriot, who was supported by Mikado, fled through the corridors of Blackeye 1. Mikado planted a proximity bomb near an air vent as a nasty surprise for their enemies. Afterwards they continued their search for the ships landing bay. Blade, who was not far behind the twins, lured one of Reaper's girls to Mikado's proximity bomb to kill her. The explosion's shockwave hit the twins and Patriot. Patriot left them after the explosion and the twins continued their way alone to the landing bay. Mikado wasn't happy with her scarred face and how everything went down and she blamed her sister because it was her plan. She just smiled when the alarm for the ship's evacuation went off. When they reached the landing bay it was destroyed. Mikado still blamed her for everything and Mosha searched for parachutes. They were found Reaper and his remaining two girls, who were after the twins because they knew they had something to do with Blade. Mosha was now sorry for everything that had happened to them. When Patriot arrived dressed as Blade, Mikado told Reaper that this was the Daywalker he sought. The twins helped Patriot against Reaper and his girls, but Patriot didn't stand a chance and Mosha soon knocked out by one of the girls. The real Blade entered the fight and saved the twins with a sunblast grenade. He left the ship and walked with them on the hull followed by Reaper and his girls. They watched Patriot and one of Reaper's girls fall from Blackeye 1 and then reached a ship they could use to escape from the sinking airship. Blade didn't want to go with them because he felt that the ship turned away from the water.

(Blade: Vampire Hunter II#6) - Mikado and Mosha entered a shuttle to escape while Blade tried to prevent Blackeye 1 from crashing into populated area. Only seconds before Blackeye 1 crashed they were finally able to start the shuttle after releasing the magnetic clamps. They didn't get far with it, but they survived the crash and soon found a new means of transport. They stole a Shelby 69 and drove with it to the cemetery where Blackeye 1 crashed. Mikado lost control of the car and accidentally hit Rank, who had just saved Blade from Reaper's last girl. Mikado was sorry and Mosha wanted to know why Rank was at the cemetery. He told the twins that he and Tinker had found Blade there and that Tinker was taken by Silvereye. The twins and Blade left the cemetery when the police approached and drove into the sunrise.

(Civil War: Battle Damage Report) - Tony Stark considered the twins as a potential Initiative recruits.

In the fight in #3 Blade sliced Mikado's face. This most likely created the scar that was also seen on the face of Mikado's alternate future counterpart from "Earth-9991".

Sketches of the twins were first seen in Blade III#½.
