Powers/Abilities: The Ice Queen was robot composed of a plastic material. It was sprayed with a Chemi-Ray which allowed the Puppet Master to control it mentally. It could generate and project cold down to -240 degrees Fahrenheit. It could also sense the movement of its target and unleash another blast every time it would move.

History:
(Strange Tales I#133/1 (fb) - BTS) - The Puppet Master developed a Chemi-Ray that enabled him to mentally control and animate anything exposed to it. He created the Ice Queen using the Chemi-Ray.

(Strange Tales I#133/1) - The Puppet Master tricked the Human Torch and Thing into entering his sub-basement, after which he trapped the Thing in a nuclear powered clamp. The Ice Queen blasted Johnny with frigid air, preventing him from flaming on. The Puppet Master then left to include Alicia Masters (for siding with his foes) and Dorrie Evans in his schemes of vengeance. The Thing managed to lift the clamp slightly and move himself towards Johnny, so he could duck behind the clamp and avoid the icy blasts. The Thing weathered the Ice Queen's assault until Johnny could flame on and melt the clamp, after which the Thing rushed forward and shattered the Ice Queen. The Human Torch and the Thing then defeated the Puppet Master, exposing him to his own Chemi-Ray and temporarily turning him into a manikin.

Man, she is freaky looking. I'm not even going to comment on what she looks like, but that Puppet Master is a weirdo.
