History:

(Marvel Comics Presents I#81/4) - Audrey lived in Hell's Kitchen with her Gra'ma, an elderly lady who believed herself a powerful witch. Their landlord, Wilson Fisk, wanted to demolish the building they lived in and they were the only tenants left in residence. Audrey and her Gra'ma got frequent visits from their landlord's goons, Tony and Bruno. One day Audrey tried to defend her Gra'ma but Bruno just threw his jacket over Audrey and told her to be quiet. Matt Murdock came over and offered legal aid, but Audrey's Gra'ma refused his offer because she had everything under control with her powers. Audrey sent Murdock away because she believed her Gra'ma. The next night Audrey listened from her room to her Gra'ma's rituals. Suddenly she heard something strange and went into her Gra'ma's room. There Daredevil was fighting against Tony and Bruno. Tony took Audrey hostage and left the house with her. Daredevil followed them and knocked out Tony. Audrey realized that Daredevil was a man and not a demon her Gra'ma summoned. He brought Audrey back to her Gra'ma who still believed Daredevil to be a summoned demon. Audrey now began to take care of her Gra'ma and the next day she called Matt Murdock to get legal aid

The name of the landlord was never given and it will surely stay a mystery who this guy was. My pick would be the Kingpin (Wilson Fisk) just because it was a Daredevil story.

Fisk was revealed as their landlord in Kingpin's profile in OHOTMU A-Z HC#6.

Gra'ma

She was Audrey's grandmother and thought that she had magical powers. When Audrey asked her why she didn't use her powers to make herself younger or cool herself off when it was hot, she explained that nobody should mess around with fundamental things. One day she used hexes against her landlord's henchmen Tony and Bruno when they blocked her door, but they knew that she was crazy and just told her to get out of the house. That night she tried to summon a demon while sitting in a pentagram. Tony and Bruno kicked in the door and attacked her when suddenly Daredevil arrived. She thought Daredevil was the demon she had summoned and sent him after Tony to get back her grandchild. When Daredevil returned with Audrey they both played along with Gra'ma's beliefs when she sent the demon away.

Tony and Bruno

Tony (on the left) and Bruno (on the right) were henchmen for Gra'ma's and Audrey's landlord. Their boss wanted them to get Audrey and her Gra'ma out of his house because he wanted to demolish it. Bruno and Tony weren't successful and after they failed a few times at day, they tried to make themselves clearer at night. They broke into Gra'ma's apartment and attacked her, but Daredevil came along and beat them up. He knocked Bruno out while Tony took Audrey hostage. Tony didn't get far with Audrey and was beaten up down at the fire escape. Daredevil tied both henchmen up and left with them.
