Battleworld I#3 (fb) - BTS)
- After Doctor Doom gained the powers of the Beyonders, he salvaged
multiple realties from destruction to form the patchwork realm of
Battleworld.
Somewhere underneath Battleworld was created Mojo Dot Mojo, where
Mojo (see comments) hosted a
pirate radio station.
(Secret Wars: Battleworld I#3)
- Mojo managed to capture dozens of different Wolverines from across
the
different domains of Battleworld and brought them all into one place so
they could fight each other. This included Wolverine of Earth-15093,
who
was a pacifist and did not fight the others.
Wolverine was meditating inside a temple-like
structure when he was discovered by Wolverascal of Earth-23213 who had
just been flung through the wall by an alternate counterpart resembling
Weapon X. The pacifist Wolverine
attempted to help Wolverascal, but was stabbed in the chest, and
Wolverascal attempted to fight the pacifist Wolverine, only to be
ignored. The pacifist instead forgave Wolverascal and attempted to
leave. He was stopped by
Weapon X and the pacifist was attacked multiple times by the pair until
a goggles-wearing, winged Wolverine counterpart interrupted them to
summon all the other Wolverines
present, who all proceeded to bring down the pacifist.

Wolverine's physical stats are
approximated from that of
his Earth-616 counterpart.
The Mojo seen here could be the original from the
Mojoverse (who has claimed to be the sole Mojo) (albeit
altered in form and mind by the
godlike Victor von Doom). However, this version
dresses quite differently (like a pirate) and hosts a radio station
instead of a tv network so I've included him as a potentially separate
version from the original.
Most of the Wolverines weren't identified in-story
so the
names are based on either Wolverine or the costume he's wearing.
Wolverascal was the only one identified in-story.
Other Wolverines in this story, whom I haven't
profiled here as they
have
been seen previously, include Claw-Monkey (presumably of Earth-8101),
Old Man Logan (presumably of Earth-21923), Wolverine from AoA
(presumably Earth-51518), Raze Darkholme (presumably of
Earth-13729), Slogan (presumably of Earth-9047), a zombie
Wolverine (presumably one of many from the Deadlands) alongside several
other minor ones which I could not fully identify.
I'm assuming these are the first appearance of all
these Wolverines unless stated otherwise. Wolverham (&
a few others) has appeared
previously so it doesn't preclude their existence.

Earth-71612's "Hulkverine" was recruited by the extraterrestrial
insectoid Timebreakers (using their illusory form of the Timebroker)
to join a team of extradimensional Wolverine counterparts. He was sent
to Earth-127 to stop the threat of Brother
Mutant
but he fell prey to Brother Mutant's mind control, joining many of his
fellow alternate reality counterparts in a massive Wolverine army
serving Brother Mutant. When the main team of reality-hopping Exiles
defeated Brother Mutant, all of the surviving mind-controlled
Wolverines (including "Hulkverine") came to their senses and were
returned to their home realities. "Hulkverine" was later one of the
many Wolverine counterparts deposited on Reality-15513's patchwork
Battleworld planet and forced to fight other Wolverines by Mojo. He was
seen fighting a Wolverine
(wearing a costume similar to Wolverine-616's
first costume) when a pacifist Wolverine was discovered and
"Hulkverine" joined the other Wolverines in attacking the pacifist.

human would inevitably somehow become separated again and begin the
hunt once more, events glimpsed in recurring dreams by Earth-616's
Wolverine (James Howlett). The skeleton was later one of the many
Wolverines brought from across Battleworld
by Mojo to fight against each other.

counterparts deposited on Reality-15513's patchwork Battleworld planet
and he was forced to fight other Wolverine counterparts by Mojo. He was
seen fighting a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Wolverine.

by Mojo to fight against each other. He was seen fighting Raze
Darkholme (presumably of Earth-13729).

Wolverine
(Gwen Howlett of Earth-72699)
Created when Finale the Ultimate Artist (an alternate future
counterpart of Gwen Stacy) sent a temporal profile of herself into the
past of Earth-65 to live the life of the known superhero Wolverine,
thereby diverging
Earth-72699 from Earth-65, Gwen Howlett was experimented on and
forcibly transformed into a living weapon with metal claws. During her
time, Wolverine took some jobs she was not proud of. At some point, the
Multiverse (and her reality along with it) was destroyed by reality
collisions known as Incursions and Wolverine was deposited onto the
patchwork Battleworld planet formed by Earth-616's Doctor Doom. While
there, Wolverine (Gwen Howlett) was one of the many Wolverines
brought from across Battleworld
by Mojo to fight against each other. She was
one
of the several Wolverines who set out to attack the pacifist
Wolverine of Earth-15093.
At some point following the restoration of the Multiverse, when the
Multiversal threads became intertwined as the timestream grew closer to
the alternate future Finale's actions sending her temporal profiles
into the past, Wolverine became displaced from her own time period and
was deposited into 1951, shortly after the home reality of Captain
America (Gwen Rogers), another Finale counterpart, diverged from
Earth-65. Learning that this reality's Captain America mirrored herself
with the exception that Captain America chose to be turned into a
weapon, Wolverine became convinced that Captain America's choice would
escalate Super Soldier experiments and decided to take advantage of the
two's identical looks to besmirch Captain America's name by posing in a
pin-up calendar as Captain America. Earth-65 native Ghost-Spider
(herself a counterpart of Gwen Stacy) and Thorgwen, another Finale
temporal profile, both soon arrived in the middle of Wolverine's
subsequent battle
with Captain America over the pin-up calendar, having tracked Wolverine
there as part of
Ghost-Spider's plan to remove Finale's temporal profiles from the
timestream to repair her own damaged reality. Finale's agents, the
Terminal Six, arrived soon after and, after briefly battling the
Terminal Six member Roach, Wolverine reluctantly agreed to aid
Ghost-Spider in apprehending Finale's other temporal profiles in order
to save the Multiverse. Wolverine subsequently accompanied Ghost-Spider
and Thorgwen to the 1980s, this time shortly after a Finale temporal
profile had caused another reality divergence in which a Gwen Stacy
counterpart, Toni Stacy, became the armored IronG.W.E.N. After
recruiting IronG.W.E.N. to their Multiversal rescue mission, Wolverine
and the other Gwen Stacy counterparts took the fight directly to the
Terminal Six and when the Terminal Six escaped yet again, Wolverine
accompanied the other Gwens to a divergent reality in which a Finale
temporal profile became Gwen Jones, who had merged with an alien Kree
to become Captain Marvel. The Terminal Six followed and during the
subsequent battle, Wolverine mortally wounded the Terminal Six's Dr.
Cephalopod while the Kree Supreme Intelligence fed energy into Captain
Marvel, forcing her to fly into the air and seemingly explode rather
than harm innocents on the ground. After the Gwens recruited the
Terminal Six's Nightbird (yet another Gwen Stacy counterpart) into
their newly-dubbed Gwen-vengers, Earth-19166's Spider-Zero pulled
Wolverine and the Gwen-vengers from Captain Marvel's divergent reality and
sent them
to confront Finale personally. Realizing that the only way to stop
Finale was to travel back in time to before Finale sent her temporal
profiles into the past in the first place, Wolverine and Gwen Stacy
counterparts sacrificed their life forces to power Finale's time machine
enough to send Ghost-Spider back to defeat Finale before she could send
her temporal profiles into the past.

Also, while Wolverine first appeared
in-story in 2015's Secret Wars: Battleworld I#3, her origin on a
reality diverged from Earth-65 was not revealed until several years
later in the Spider-Gwen: Gwen-Verse#2. One might argue that the
reality divergence did not occur until after Secret Wars: Battleworld
I#3 but the whole reason Wolverine even exists is because Finale sent
temporal profiles of herself into the past from her alternate future
reality. So while Wolverine's reality did diverge from Earth-65 and we
don't see that happening until 2022's Spider-Gwen: Gwen-Verse
mini-series, the divergent point of Wolverine's creation actually
occurred in the past, at some point prior to her showing up in Secret
Wars: Battleworld I#3. Then again, since the Wolverine in Spider-Gwen:
Gwen-Verse sacrificed herself to power the time machine, it's possible
that the Wolverine in Secret Wars: Battleworld I#3 is a counterpart that
lived on
in a different reality restored by Ghost-Spider, as seen as the very
end of Spider-Gwen: Gwen-Verse#5. --Proto-Man
