History:

(Imperial War: Planet She-Hulk#1 (fb) - BTS) - Thorn was part of the witches' Coven of the Burned Hand, presumably the daughter of the leader or something else akin to a royalty.

(Imperial War: Planet She-Hulk#1 (fb) - BTS) - Alistair Stone, the primary political advisor to Hiro-Kala, brokered peace between the crown and the Coven of the Burned Hand via arranging the marriage between Thorn and Hiro-Kala. Thorn was the third arranged wife of Hiro-Kala, preceded by Myrren and Juno.

    Hiro-Kala had two more such arranged wives, Ovaki Unali and Elara.

(Imperial#1 (fb) - BTS) - Hiro-Kala was murdered by unspecified parties as part of a plot to destabilize the various empires throughout the galaxies.

(Imperial War: Planet She-Hulk#1 (fb) - BTS) - She-Hulk was sent to Sakaar En Nevo to maintain peace -- five days of vengeance -- to honor King Hiro-Kala's death and to allow his widows a period of mourning.

(Imperial War: Planet She-Hulk#1 (fb) - BTS) - On the third day of She-Hulk's stay there, Thorn and the rest of Hiro-Kala's wives all murdered Alistair Stone as vengeance for being forced into unwanted marriage. Thorn contributed a magical curse.

    Conrad, royal Sakaarian Consul and former gladiator-turned-cyborg, informed She-Hulk of this murder.

(Imperial War: Planet She-Hulk#1 - BTS) - On the fourth day, a medical examiner identified the multiple causes of death of Lord Stone.

    As She-Hulk prepared to interview the suspects, notably anyone with security clearance to the grand room, the lights went out, and Conrad was struck by an arrow fired by suits of armor, presumably magically animated by Thorn. The suits attacked She-Hulk, who destroyed them all. She concluded that the suits had been magically animated, which must make Thorn the killer.

(Imperial War: Planet She-Hulk#1) - After Conrad's wounds had been treated, She-Hulk met with the widows and accused Thorn as being the killer. Thorn readily admitted it and noted that she would do it again, but then Juno and each of the other brides revealed that they had all delivered fatal wounds to Alistair.

    When She-Hulk told the queens that they were all under arrest for murder, they all laughed, and Conrad explained that they had a blood-feud with Alistair Stone, and such feuds were settled with death: Murder was not illegal on Sakaar. Conrad told She-Hulk that he had thought that she would enjoy the thrill of the chase, although she could choose to kill the wives for breaking the Hulk's decree of peace. She-Hulk declined killing them.

    Thorn was noted to be wife #3. I don't know if that is in chronological order or in order of preference by Hiro-Kala, but presumably the former.

    We don't know if Thorn and the Coven of the Burned Hand originated on the previous Sakaar and traveled to Sakaar En Nevo, or if they were natives of Sakaar En Nevo, or perhaps if they were natives to another world around Sakaar En Nevo. There were not other green races on Sakaar when the Hulk was first exiled there, and only Caiera had green eyes, which were a symbolic connection to the Hulk.

   This profile was completed 12/06/2025, but its publication was delayed as it was intended for the Appendix 25^th anniversary 's celebratory event.
