Old-Fashioned Justice#1 (fb) – BTS) - Kerry was a Navajo woman who
worked for the local police department. She knew the superhero Jason
Strongbow, aka American Eagle.

(fb)) - Kerry and her unidentified partner arrived at the crime
scene after a girl named Susie Palmer was kidnapped by Cottonmouth and,
looking at the corpses of three dogs, wondered why the kidnapper would
kill them. They were approached by the Desert Stars, a superhero team
consisting of Two-Gun Kid, Komodo and Johnny Cool. Two-Gun Kid,
mentioning that he and the Desert Stars had been pursuing Cottonmouth
all the way from Phoenix, Arizona, suggested they act instead of
standing still. Officer Kerry stated that there was already a man in
the Navajo Nation "dealing with craziness like this" and as soon as
Two-Gun Kid asked who it was, American Eagle arrived on a motorcycle.
Kerry explained that Cottonmouth had kidnapped a girl and that American
Eagle had gone looking for her, asking Officer Kerry to presume him dead
if
he didn't return by nightfall.

Officer Kerry is a few inches shorter than American Eagle. Since American Eagle is 6" tall, according to Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A to Z Update#1, I would guess Kerry is 5'10". Her eye color remains unrevealed, as she wears sunglasses throughout her only appearance.
