History:
(Amazing Fantasy II#13 (fb) - BTS) - In the past Trisha collected
protection payoffs from business or else she blew out all their electric
circuits. She got in trouble with the Extreme Crime Team, which included
Sgt. Harlan Stone.
She went legit and began calling herself Electrisha. She even had business cards made for herself. She sold her services to a selective clientele whom she supplied with ecologically-minded electrical energy. She wasn't cheap, but she was worth the price according to her.
(Amazing Fantasy II#13) - Sgt. Stone nearly ran over Trisha to show him what he was talking about when he told him about superhumans without costumes. Trisha instinctively turned into her electrical form before she was hit by the car. She turned back to normal and was confronted by Stone, who told her he was just checking up on her to see if she was still running her protection racket. Trisha was surprised that Stone was still alive, told him that she had gone legit and even handed him one of her business cards. She told him that the Extreme Crime Team should keep her in mind in case they ever needed a jumpstart.

She legit looked like she was not charging for her electrical powers, but for something else.
