    This Captain America presumably was reasonably athletic and had some experience in hand-to-hand combat and likely using his shield for both defense and as a weapon.

    However, he was not effective in fighting multiple combatants, especially if any or all of them are armed.

    He carried a plastic shield modeled after that of Captain America (Steve Rogers)

History:

(Red Goblin#6 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, under unrevealed circumstances, this man decided to don a Captain America costume and attempt to fight crime. captain_america-impostor-rg6-beaten-picture

(Red Goblin#6 (fb)) - As at least three members of the Goblin Nation (including Candra) were robbing a bank, this man can charging in to stop them.

(Red Goblin#6 (fb) - BTS) - However, the Goblin Nation members overwhelmed this Captain America and beat him unconscious.

(Red Goblin#6 (fb)) - As the Goblin Nation members posed with the bruised and unconscious would-be hero, if not before, they realized that he was not the real Captain America and that his shield was plastic.

    We've got no further information on this Captain America. He was only pictured in two panels, and not even mentioned in the narrative. Anything else is purely speculative, although sometimes it can be fun to speculate. I think it is reasonably likely that he was at least inspired by if not actually a member of the Captains Network

   This profile was completed 04/03/2026, but its publication was delayed as it was intended for the Appendix 25th anniversary 's celebratory event.
