Powers/Abilities: ARCH-E-5912's robotic construction grants him some protection against physical harm. The blue light on his face supplies all of his visual data; when the light goes out, ARCH-E cannot see.

    ARCH-E's body can release a number of cables which he uses to interface with other computers. ARCH-E's brain contains a map that is supposed to contain "all" of the universe, making him a useful starship navigator. He also proved a good pilot and operator of the Hulk's stone vessel. ARCH-E is a very good basketball player.

History:
(Incredible Hulk III#93) - ARCH-E-5912 was sent for training as a gladiator on Sakaar. In the Maw, ARCH-E was beset by a Mawkaw Magkong lava monster. As the creature incinerated a similar robot, ARCH-E called for help and was distraught to find he was the last of his group. When the Hulk emerged, laughing, ARCH-E told him he wouldn't be laughing when it incinerated him and the Hulk -- hurling a boulder into the monster -- agreed, noting it wouldn't live long enough to incinerate him. When the creature sprayed lava on the Hulk, ARCH-E noted this was what he had warned him of but thanked him nonetheless for saving him.

    Primus Vand then broke up the fight. As the Hulk resisted Vand's order to kneel, ARCH-E warned that he had been planted with an "obedience slug" (usually referred to as a disc rather than a slug) and if he fought too hard, it would fry his brains... "that is, if you have any." When the Hulk, Miek and a few other Natives were sent off to be tested, ARCH-E told him "Nice knowing ya."

(Incredible Hulk III#95 - BTS) - After the Silver Surfer destroyed the Obedience Discs of everyone in the Great Arena, ARCH-E apparently joined the Hulk's Warbound and others who fled into the wilderness.

(Incredible Hulk III#96) - ARCH-E accompanied the Warbound and allies to the village of Headman Charr.

(Incredible Hulk III#100) - ARCH-E-5912 helped transport members of the Hulk's increasingly large army of ex-gladiators and insectoid natives as they journeyed across Sakaar's deserts.

(Incredible Hulk III#101) - ARCH-E-5912 saw the Hulk meet with the elder Shadow Priests, who wanted to know if he were the "Sakaarson" of their religion.

(Incredible Hulk III#104) - After vanquishing Sakaar's Red King, the Hulk became ruler of the planet. He ordered ARCH-E-5912 to go to the Twisted Wood and negotiate with the Wildebots, who had been enemies of the Red King. ARCH-E replied "Oh, fratz," not at all eager to face the Wildebots.

(Incredible Hulk III#105) - In the Twisted Wood, ARCH-E attempted to negotiate peace with the Wildebots but the Wildebots doubted there would be any peace. To try and convince them, ARCH-E-5912 displayed a live feed from the Crown City of the Hulk and his queen Caiera. The Wildebots quickly noticed the ship that had brought the Hulk to Sakaar was about to explode. ARCH-E ended the feed and ran towards Crown City but the ship had already exploded, killing Caiera. ARCH-E accompanied the Warbound in the stone ship which the Hulk had taken from the Shadow elders. As the Hulk blamed the Illuminati for Caiera's death, Elloe observed they could use the stone ship to reach Earth because ARCH-E had a map of the whole universe in his brain. The Hulk prepared an army and weapons then loaded up the stone ship to invade Earth.

(World War Hulk Prologue: World Breaker#1) - During the voyage to Earth, the Hulk proved so full of aggression that he attacked No-Name of the Warbound. ARCH-E met with the rest of the Warbound to discuss the matter. ARCH-E opined that he wasn't concerned so much about hurt feelings as he was "broken body parts." Ultimately, Hiroim helped the Hulk hone his aggressive feelings to the battle ahead.

(Incredible Hulk III#107) - ARCH-E-5912 informed the Warbound they were nearing Earth and would arrive in three hours.

(World War Hulk I#1) - Arriving above Earth, ARCH-E-5912 hacked satellites so that the Hulk could broadcast a message to Times Square, Manhattan, informing people of the crimes he believed had been committed against him by the members of the Illuminati and that if Mister Fantastic, Iron Man and Doctor Strange did not surrender, he would come after them. Iron Man immediately prepared for an encounter with the Hulk and attempted to break ARCH-E-5912's hack of the satellites but ARCH-E-5912 sent an EMP through the satellites to shut them down.

(Invincible Iron Man I#19) - As their ship neared Earth, ARCH-E registered a number of drones heading towards them and told the Hulk they were sending a message asking what their intentions were. The Hulk told ARCH-E to show them; ARCH-E released an EMP to shut down the drones then rammed them with the ship to destroy them while they were helpless.

(World War Hulk: X-Men#3) - ARCH-E waited on the Hulk following his fight with the X-Men.

(World War Hulk: Front Line#1) - ARCH-E-5912 accompanied Korg and various Sakaarians and insectoid natives to negotiate with the people of New York during the Hulk's occupation of Manhattan. ARCH-E informed the police that they required access to the city's infrastructure and that, as they were an inferior force, they should comply with these instructions.

(World War Hulk: Front Line#2/2 (fb)) - ARCH-E-5912 examined the abandoned streets of Manhattan and sent a message to the Warbound. Just as he was telling them about an ionic emission, the message was cut off.

(World War Hulk: Front Line#3/2 (fb) - BTS) - While looting Manhattan, the supervillain Thermo the Thermatronic Man saw ARCH-E enter Slappy's Deli.

(World War Hulk: Front Line#4/2 (fb)) - ARCH-E-5912 was recorded on the deli's security camera delivering a speech in an extraterrestrial language.

(World War Hulk: Front Line#5/2 (fb)) - ARCH-E-5912 was walking by a shop where looters were stealing televisions and threatened a woman. When the woman saw ARCH-E, she assumed he was there to help and thanked him. Because ARCH-E had been instructed to neither endanger nor protect anyone during the occupation of Manhattan, this caused a contradiction in ARCH-E's circuits and he destroyed himself trying to resolve the contradiction.

(World War Hulk: Front Line#2/2) - Korg and detective Danny Granville viewed ARCH-E-5912's remains as they started their joint investigation into ARCH-E's destruction.

(World War Hulk: Front Line#3/2) - Danny and Korg examined the scene around ARCH-E-5912's remains for clues.

(World War Hulk: Front Line#4/2) - Danny brought Korg back to where ARCH-E's remains were to suggest his theory that ARCH-E had blown himself up.

(World War Hulk Aftersmash: Damage Control#2) - When Damage Control cleaned up after the Hulk's occupation of Manhattan, ARCH-E-5912 was found in the wreckage by Monstro, who brought his remains back to Damage Control's headquarters in the Flatiron building. Eugene Strasser removed ARCH-E's head and was able to reactivate it.

(World War Hulk Aftersmash: Damage Control#3) - As ARCH-E objected to the way Damage Control had treated him and vowed the Hulk would punish them, Strasser informed him the Hulk's invasion was over and the Hulk had been betrayed by Miek and was now believed dead. As Damage Control dealt with the Chrysler Building having become animated due to exposure to Shadow-Stone from the Hulk's vessel, they asked Strasser and ARCH-E to assist. ARCH-E was offended when Damage Control's Robin Chapel called him a "toy" and retorted by calling her a "shaved monkey." ARCH-E- helped solve the issue with the Chrysler Building by telling the building that it had no dreams, hopes or feelings but was simply reflecting those which its residents had impressed upon it. Damage Control negotiated with the Chrysler Building, promising it a vacation for a month each year.

(Totally Awesome Hulk I#13 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, ARCH-E reattached his head to his body.

(Totally Awesome Hulk I#13) - ARCH-E-5912 participated in the E.R.F.E.I. (Equal Rights for Every Intelligence) All-Stars basketball tournament in Austin, Texas, in which he was partnered with Amadeus Cho (who had become the new Hulk) against Gah-Ran, Mirka and Jeremy Lin. During the game, ARCH-E-5912 lost possession of the ball to Mirka. The game was interrupted when twin mechanical dragons broke into the stadium and captured ARCH-E-5912. Jeremy Lin grabbed on to the dragon as it flew away with ARCH-E.

(Totally Awesome Hulk I#14) - The Hulk knocked Jeremy free of the dragon but it continued on with ARCH-E in its grasp. The Hulk, Jeremy and Madame Curie Cho learned that the dragons had been built by Quasimodo, who was collecting robots to amalgamate into a new, larger robotic form for its consciousness to inhabit. The Hulk, Jeremy and Madame Curie liberated ARCH-E from the dragon but Madame Curie's plan to use her robot drone Kegger to infect Quasimodo with a code to shut it down failed when the Hulk mistakenly thought Kegger was in danger of being absorbed by Quasimodo. ARCH-E joined Jeremy, the Hulk and Madame Curie as they fought the enormous robotic creature Quasimodo had built and used Kegger like a basketball. ARCH-E delivered the final throw that sent Kegger into the robot, delivering the code to break up the enormous robot. As a result, a number of robots who had been absorbed into Quasimodo were set free and they immediately hailed ARCH-E-5912 as their hero. ARCH-E modestly said he hadn't done it alone but they continued to congratulate him.
