Powers/Abilities/Functions: Morpheus Grenades are handheld grenades which emit a powerful knockout gas. This gas is effective even upon androids such as A.I.M.'s Hammer-Hand Synthoids

History:

(Strange Tales I#146) - Nick Fury led a team of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents into a swamp headquarters of A.I.M. As the agents fought the base's A.I.M. operatives and their Hammer-Hand Synthoids, Fury ordered his men to use Morpheus Grenades to knock them unconscious. Realizing these grenades could be even more effective, Dum Dum Dugan and Jasper Sitwell opened a vent and hurled their Morpheus Grenades inside so that the knockout gas would be spread throughout the base. In short order, all of the A.I.M. operatives and androids were rendered unconscious.
