Powers/Abilities: As part of Fin Fang Foom's memory, Fong controlled was allowed by Foom to create wriggling, laughing creatures he could release from his form to defend the center of Foom's pre-conscious. He was part of the defense system in Foom's mind that had the goal to drive everyone mad that entered it.
While he was alive he was presumably a normal human without any superhuman abilities.

History:
(Legion of Night#2 (fb) - BTS) - Millennia ago Fong Lee Sun became the first human eaten by Fin Fang Foom on Earth. Foom swallowed him nearly whole while Fong's lifelong friends, wife and children fled in fear and allowed it to happen.
Fong's memory became part of Fin Fang Foom's pre-conscious and for millennia meditated on his last day on Earth alongside Fin Fang Foom because whatever the alien dragon consumed became part of him. They came to the conclusion that Earth was a selfish and and evil place where everyone wished everyone else dead. Foom allowed Fong to bestow a form upon these notions, which Fong called the "hate which laughs and wiggles". Fong became the guardian of the pagoda at the center of Foom's pre-conscious.
(Legion of Night#2) - When Fin Fang Foom became possessed by the demon Aan Taanu, the demon's enemy Omen led Jennifer Kale, Dr. Liuchow and Katherine Reynolds on a mission into the dream planted into Foom's mind by the demon. Upon entering Foom's pre-conscious they encountered the memory of Fong guarding a pagoda at the center. Fong told them who he was and then released the laughing and wiggling creatures he had created from his hatred to fight Omen and his allies. They fought the creatures while Fong continued ranting about his last day on Earth and his feelings. The foursome ultimately destroyed the creatures and Omen confronted Fong about why he was stationed there to guard a pagoda. Fong claimed that inside the pagoda was nothing but a hole full of dead souls, but Omen didn't believe him. Omen slew Fong's spirit and entered the pagoda with his allies because it would lead them to the core of the dream.

Fong is his surname while Lee Sun are his first names.
Buns became a thing during the Zhou dynasty in China, which would place Fong's life at the earliest around the 11th century BC, which works because Fin Fang Foom arrived on Earth around 4000 to 5000 years ago (3000 BC to 2000 BC).
