History: (X-Statix I#10 (fb)) - Sluk was present with X-Force when Edie Sawyer first met Zeitgeist.

(X-Force I#116 (fb)) - Sluk was present in a mission with X-Force in North Africa, where he downed one soldier with his "creepy face things" before attempting to ambush another. Unfortunately, the second soldier caught Sluk off guard and swung his mine detector, hitting a flaming tank, causing it to explode, killing both the soldier and Sluk, in turn.

(X-Force I#116 - BTS) - X-Force team leader Zeitgeist viewed footage of the North African mission, noting that Sluk's death was no big loss, as Sluk was really only effective at close range with his "creepy face things." Later, a statue of Sluk was seen in one of the X-Force Cafe theme restaurants, where for twenty dollars, patrons could activate the statue's "creepy face things" to release a refreshingly mild electric pulse with fifty percent of the proceeds going to one of Sluk's favorite charities.

(X-Force I#120 - BTS) - A statue of Sluk was present inside an X-Force store alongside statues of Battering Ram, Zeitgeist and new recruit Orphan as X-Force cameraman Doop filmed Wolverine feigning a rampage within the store.

(X-Cellent I#1 - BTS) - When X-Statix moved into a new luxurious mansion, several statues of fallen members were erected in the driveway, amongst them were statues for Sluk, Battering Ram, Plazm and Bloke.

Comments: Created by Peter Milligan and Michael Allred.

The first (we see) in a long line of X-Forcers/X-Statixers to die on the job. He only lasted two panels into his first appearance.
