Powers/Abilities: The Scalpel was armed with a scalpel and seemed to have reasonable medical knowledge.
History: (Agent X#2)- The Scalpel was among the five superhuman mercenaries hired by the Culver Sport and Gun Club to compete to steal the Punisher's custom .45s. Once the contest began, Agent X beat the Scalpel into a pulp and left him whimpering and unable to compete.
