Powers/Abilities: Bloc was a huge guy who looked like he was probably superhumanly strong. He also wore chains on his arms and a plate of metal over his mouth.

History:

(Agent X#2) - Bloc was among the five superhuman mercenaries hired by the Culver Sport and Gun Club to compete to steal the Punisher's custom .45s. Once the contest began, Bloc was attacked by Agent X. Then Outlaw tied the flying B-1 to Bloc with her lasso and B-1 crashed into Bloc causing an explosion.

We're not actually told that Bloc is dead, but things don't look good for the guy. Though he looked like he could be pretty tough.
