Powers/Abilities: B-1 wore a high tech harness that allowed him to fly and contained various weapons, including a Gulf War surplus rocket.

History: (Agent X#2)- B-1 was among the five superhuman mercenaries hired by the Culver Sport and Gun Club to compete to steal the Punisher's custom .45s. Once the contest began, B-1 began to fly, but was caught by Outlaw's lasso and tied to Bloc. As it wrapped around Bloc, the lasso pulled B-1 down and the two men crashed and there was an explosion.

We're not actually told that B-1 is dead, but things don't look good for the guy.
