    History:
(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#20/1 (fb) - BTS) - Anna's
parents were both killed when she was a baby, when Silver Sable's
          uncle Fritz
disappeared. She was sent to live with Silver Sable, whom she called
"aunt," but Sable sent her off to study in the USA, in an important and expensive school for girls.
(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#1) - Anna became a student at the Cranewood School for Girls in Northampton, Long Island.
(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#20/1 (fb) - BTS) - Anna followed her aunt's missions on the news. She learned about her meetings with Spider-Man and some of her preys, like Black Fox.
(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#1) - Anna, still a teenager and minor, was still at the
Cranewood School. The school hosted many daughters of very important
international political figures and for this reason it was chosen as
target by the terrorists of Hydra.
Anna, her classmate Sarah, and many students were taken
as hostages by Dmitri Petrovich and his Hydra commando. Petrovich
forwarded his demands to the world's governments to release 27
international criminals. Anna could do nothing while Sarah
was slain before her eyes, only to prove to the police that Hydra meant
      business.
Meanwhile, in Symkaria, Mortimer tried to convince
Silver Sable to go to save her niece.
Silver Sable left Symkaria on a solo mission to rescue
      Anna.
In New York, Peter Parker changed into his Spider-Man costume and went to the rescue.
Later, the Wild Pack's elite members
left Symkaria to help Silver Sable.
All these rescuers forced the Hydra agents
into a precarious position. Anna insulted the terrorists,
Petrovich took her as human shield while waiting for the unknown
assailants. Anna managed to bite Petrovich's hand, then Silver Sable
kicked him off into Sandman's grasp. The Hydra forces were captured.
Anna embraced her aunt, crying but happy that Silver
had come to rescue her. Anna wanted to go back to Symkaria. She was
scolded by Sable, who ordered her to stay at the school, and to behave
with the fine education that that place granted to her.
(Silver Sable and the Wild
Pack#19/1) - Anna went to the Symkarian Embassy in New York. She arrived
during the events of the Siege of Darkness. There, she was welcomed by
uncle Mortimer. When the mist of darkness was defeated by Ghost Rider and
Doctor Strange, Silver Sable went back to the embassy and was surprised to
      find Anna there.

(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#20/1) - Sable had
plans for the evening with Jacques Girard, so she ordered Anna to stay at the
embassy. The Wild Pack also went out. Disappointed and sad, Anna went to
the roof, and spotted someone sneaking into the embassy. The Black
Fox wanted to steal some jewels. He managed to inject ether
gas into the ventilation system, putting all the personnel unconscious.
      Only Anna was still awake.
Anna recognized Black Fox. She took some special
equipment from Sable's storage and snuck behind him. She surprised him.
She also made good use of Sable's equipment against the old cat burglar,
keeping him at bay for a while. She managed to set off the alarm. Eventually, she was apprehended by Black
Fox, but he had to flee without taking any prize.
When Sable came back to the embassy she found Anna
      restrained.
(Shadowland: Blood on the Streets#1 - BTS) - Years later, after the Hand constructed a base known as Shadowland in Hell's Kitchen, Anna was in a new expensive school, still paid by Silver Sable.
(Shadowland: Blood on the Streets#3) - Anna helped her aunt in a research about some murders of criminals, apparently executed by the Hand. Anna hacked into the NYPD archives and discovered that the victims had one thing in common, they all were cases where the criminals avoided incarceration but they all had been prosecuted by Lt. Rafael Scarfe's squad. Scarfe and his pals were the real killers.
Comments: Created by Gregory Wright, Steven Butler and James Sanders III.
The identity of Anna's parents is
unrevealed and the kinship link between her and Silver Sable and
Mortimer is not clear. Anna spoke about Ernst and Fritz Sablinova as
relatives (SSatWP#20) but not as her father. Even supposing
that Anna's original surname was not Sablinova, Silver was her legal
guardian. So, Silver could have lent the surname to baby Anna.
My guess is that Anastasia and Mortimer had another
sister or brother, and that Anna was her/his daughter. This would make
        Anna a cousin of Silver.
An alternative would be that Silver had a brother or
a sister, whose daughter was Anna, but it is unlikely. First, they would
be mentioned somewhere in the stories; second, Ernst would be Anna's
grandfather, and, from Anna's words with Black Fox, it doesn't seem at
all that she was speaking of her grandfather.
The best shot is that Anna was lying when telling
Black Fox about her parents. Why would she lie? To distract him? To gain time?
And how to tell that it was a lie? Because she said that her parents
        died when Fritz
Sablinova disappeared. But Fritz disappeared years before
Ernst "died," and when Fritz was captured by the Genesis Coalition,
more years passed. Anna was too young to be that old.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Anna Sablinova has no known connections to:
Sarah, a normal teenager girl, studied
at the Cranewood School with other girls and with Anna.
She was randomly chosen by the terrorists of Hydra to make her an
example of the strength of their statements. She
was ruthlessly killed before the other girls' eyes; her body was thrown
out of the window for the Police to see.
